Stayed for one night. Exactly what I expected. Nice side efficiency attached to host’s home. Eileen was very responsive and accommodating. Thank you for opening your home to us.

Had a wonderful stay! The apartment is great, perfect for what we needed. The hotel is beautiful with a big pool and lounge area. AC worked great and there was plenty of bedding and extra blankets for our stay. The hosts were super friendly and flexible with check-in/checkout which made for a very peaceful last morning. 10/10 would recommend and we will be staying again next time we’re in Orlando!

We had a great time here. We loved the outdoor hot tub and the jetted tub in the unit. The curtains were great at keeping the room dark when we wanted to sleep in. The bed was comfortable. The hotel itself was really nice and quiet. It was easy to get around with uber, and there are lots of door dash options in the area. It’s very close to Universal Studios and lots of other attractions and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Spacious clean and cozy 2 bedroom condo in a Great location. Close to everything. 8 minute drive to Seaworld. Pool and jacuzzi are a plus. Just outside the gate you have Publix, a cute diner, subway and other restaurants. I would highly recommend staying here.

This house was perfect for what we needed it for . Plenty of space in the drive way for a f150 a boat and a Kia car . The pool was great , she already had everything you needed right there for the kids . Enjoyed the patio as well . Will def recommend and come back again

This is the second time my family has stayed at Paula's. We LOVE the fenced in yard for the pups to run and play. The house is spacious and well maintained. Paula is extremely responsive and very accommodating & I'd give her 10 stars if I could! The house is conveniently located to the places we needed to visit, and not too far of a drive to the more touristy section of Orlando. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The house was very clean and well stocked with all the essentials. It did not have a washer/dryer, I don’t think one is mentioned in the description, but I overlooked that detail when making my reservation. We didn’t need it anyway. Very quiet and comfortable for five adults. Well cared for original hardwood flooring and tiles in the bathrooms, and some arched doorways. Very convenient for Winter Park area.

Our second time staying here and just like our previous stay, it was top notch! Loida was very quick and responsive to our questions, check in instructions were very clear as well as checkout. We also appreciate how clean and quiet this place is and truly was a very relaxing place to escape to. We are looking forward to our next stay here again!

This home suited our needs perfectly! It was close to town, even able to use the free shuttle service via Jon and his golf cart. The home was clean and neighborhood safe. We were a group of 6 friends on a girls weekend. Diana and Maria were thrown a curveball with the AC, but acted quickly and were responsive as we navigated the troubleshooting! She had the AC repair man at the house promptly. We would certainly stay here again.

It was the perfect location and accommodations we needed. Very spacious. Loved that we could walk to Publix, Walgreens, restaurants, etc. It was unfortunate the closest pool was under construction, which we were unaware of until arrival. However, the other pool was beautiful.

I was in Orlando for one month for work, and I have always enjoyed the Lake Eola neighborhood and wanted to find a place nearby. I booked the Metropolitan apartment near the Lake, and I hit gold. The apartment was excellent, and you can't beat the location. Walking around the Lake anytime is priceless, as are the nearby restaurants, bars, etc., and even the weekend market. Cheryl has been the most helpful host I have ever had. I was always ready to collaborate and even solved a problem I had with parking because of the size of my truck. During the month, she was always in constant communication. Also, the apartment is perfect; it has a nice view of the Lake and is completely clean. highly recommended

The stay was perfect for our family of five. Very comfortable. The beach was a couple block walk but our 2yo did fine with it. Enjoyed the pool as well!

By far one of the most beautiful airbnbs I’ve had the pleasure of staying. From the stainless steel appliances, to the cleanliness of the space, and to how conveniently close the listing is to the downtown area, I would highly recommend and rebook next time I’m in Orlando, Florida.

Martonio’s place was clean & super convenient. One minor inconvenience was the pool was under construction- but that there was another one within walking distance.
