Condo vacation rentals in Seminole County

This place was perfect for us (two adults and one child)… very clean, right on the beach and great location. My only feedback would be that the check in instructions were confusing. It said to check in at the front office but then the front office said we didn’t need to and the code to the keypad didn’t work… so we had to get keys from a lockbox. Other than that, it was great and we would definitely stay here again.

My family & I couldn’t be happier with our experience here! We came to New Smyrna for a family wedding, and all 7 of us loved everything about this property. It was clean, convenient & comfortable and had every detail and amenity we could want including awesome instructions about everything from parking to using the TV and beyond. Our hosts were super friendly and responsive, and the area is great. If we ever come back to New Smyrna, there’s no other place we would rather stay - It was perfect!

The condo is beautiful with a great view from the Lanai. Katharine and Gilberto were very responsive and very helpful. We asked for a few things to help with cooking and we received them the very next day Likewise, when the blender broke, a new one arrived the following day. The condo is huge and was very quiet. There was nothing better than getting up in the morning and having coffee on the Lanai while overlooking the water! We will be going back!

Mark’s place was exactly as described. He was very responsive to any questions I had. Overall, I had a great time staying there and thoroughly enjoyed the condo, the beach, and the local area.

I really enjoyed this airbnb. It had everything I needed and was clean and updated. I will be booking again in the near future. Plenty of room, very quiet. Great stay!

We had a fantastic stay at Gary AirBNB located in Vista Clay Resorts. It was centrally located near Disney, Universal & nearby shopping malls. Gated community and very quiet place to stay. The Air BNB was very clean and matched the pictures on the AirBNB website. I would definitely stay there again on our next visit to Universal. Thanks Gary for your constant communication and checking in us during our stay in Florida...

Very spacious and clean, nice garage and parking space, felt very locked in with gates and parking deck garage doors close, close to the beach and nice restaurants and things around and not too far from Daytona either, enjoyed the stay and condo was super nice would for sure stay again, pool was nice as well and hot tub just water was warm for 90 degree weather in the pool, other than that no issues at all, great price for 3 night stay and owner of the property was great as well helped out by extending the check out time when we needed it. Would recommend to anyone and will be back soon hopefully.

We’ve stayed in NSB quite a few times, and in quite a few condos. Needless to say, this was one of the best. Beautiful condo, right by the parking, pool, and beach; so so convenient. We would gladly stay here time and time again.

The condo was great, as advertised. Very clean, spacious, and in a great community. Host was very accommodating and responsive. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great value and amazing place to stay.

Peaceful, quiet, beach retreat. If you are looking for a quiet beach location away from the hustle and bustle this is a great spot. Clean amenities throughout the condo complex and this condo is spotless! Would definitely recommend this place!

Marianela was very accommodating and had everything we could have needed. She was super helpful with local recommendations. The beach is across the street and she had plenty of beach chairs, coolers and a wagon to transport it. Everything was super clean and she had a washing machine for us to wash our beach towels. Would highly recommend and we will be back!

where should I start? First off I put my filter to " Entire House". This was not a house, it was an apartment. There was barely any cleaning products, the dishes were dirty, and they charge for everything. They give you white towels and if they get stained they charge you for it. I wasn't expecting all of the out of pocket expenses just to clean the place du4ing my stay. The guidebook states there is a printer, however there was no ink or paper as it stated. When the owner came he told me nobody EVER uses the printer, and when he purchased ink and paper, and put it in the printer, it didn't work. The single bedroom toilet handle was off. Not enough thick blankets. I didn't know there was a pullout bed until the last minute because it wasn't listed in the description. We didn't use it because there were no blankets for it and it hadong dog hair all over it.

Highly 🙌 recommend anyone traveling with dogs! Nancy goes above and beyond for your pups. She welcomes them with fresh treats made with love by one of the locals, provides bowls to use, blankets to cover the couches, and doggie poop bags! AND surprises them with their own souvenir! Our pups really enjoyed finding their 🦀 🦀 and playing at the beach with them! From my first conversation with her, I knew she was definitely a dog person 🐾. We travel with 2 dogs and one of our dogs has MegaE with Addison’s. It can be challenging to make sure he’s comfortable. The space is spacious for a kennel and Bailey Chair. I appreciated the main area floor not being carpeted. It made for easy cleanup when our pup regurgitated from barking. The neighbors below are friendly with dogs of their own and the neighborhood is dog friendly too! 🐾 The location is fantastic and quiet! It has easy access to the beach within walking distance. New Smyrna Dunes are a must to check out with pups!!! 🌊🐾☀️🏖️ Thanks Nancy!

We took our kids 11 & 9 to this beautiful Boho beach condo!!! It was the last 3 days of our 2025 of our spring break. We loved the location, the views and all the extras at the condo. The condo had beach chairs, toys & umbrellas which made our days on the beach easy and breezy. We had a hard time leaving this serene space. Its as close to the beach as possible. The elevator made hauling the beach gear very easy. Great hosts for an amazing condo!! 10 outta 10 would recommend.

I can’t speak highly enough about my experience with Kerrie and her home. She offers all the amenities and it’s the most comfortable home in the best location. I love all the beautiful details she has in the home. Beds are super comfy and all the extras are so nice. She made it such a breeze to get checked in and responds so quickly. I honestly will plan my future vacations around Kerrie’s condo availability. Felt like home. Thank you so much for the stay.

We had a very nice stay at this place. It is exactly like the photos. Very comfortable for a group of 6. We had a problem with the wifi connection and the access cards to the pools (only one pool was open), but it was resolved in a timely manner. The ice maker was not working, but the apartment is in a great location, and we were able to get ice at a nearby Publix. Communication with Jennifer was wonderful. Thank you!

Great location for visiting theme parks and Disney! Lots of nearby walkable restaurants and shopping, including a Walgreens and grocery store. Havard was very communicative and upfront about some construction delays with the closest pool--make sure to check about that if you're booking in summer 2025, but the complex has an additional pool that is just a short walk away or there are golf cart shuttles available.
