We had a wonderful time at Heather's Cottage! The blackout curtains were great for waking up when you want to, not when the sun comes up.:-). The view of the lake from the screened-in porch was beautiful and peaceful. We enjoyed a canoe ride around the perimeter of the lake. Highly recommend this home!

Our party of two gymnastics families enjoyed the stay at Marie Laurette's. The home was spacious and everything was very clean and comfortable. We did have to move a few of the decorative pieces from the tables because of busy toddlers, but there was ample cabinet and storage space for that purpose. The location was great and less than 15 minutes away from everywhere we needed to go.

Zaff's home is truly as described - a peaceful and tranquil space with a gorgeous yard, a light-filled room thanks to the large floor to ceiling windows, and easy access to the best state parks Florida has to offer. I would absolutely return!

We absolutely LOVED the place!! Beautiful home in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We had 2 couples, plus a mother & son. The couples each had their own king beds, and the mother and son each had their own rooms with queen beds. We appreciated that we all had our own private corners of the house and yet a nice spacious area for all of us to gather. We enjoyed hanging out in the beautiful pool. It felt like we were visiting a family members home. It had everything we needed and more!! Thanks for a lovely stay :)

Our three night stay at Kim’s place was excellent. The houseboat is well designed and immaculate. The furniture is comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. Kim was always responsive to any questions. We especially enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the turtles and birds. There are many restaurants in Sanford or just stay at the harbor and eat at the deli or the bar. We would love to stay again.

This was the perfect place for us to use has home base while doing a series of day trips. Restaurants and grocery stores were just minutes away. Loved how quiet the neighborhood was, and especially enjoyed waking over to a nearby park with a great playground and open spaces for frisbee and running around. Beds were so comfortable, and there was a variety of pillows to choose from.

I stayed here with my wedding dress shopping entourage! We had a lovely time. The home is nice and spacious, very clean. It was perfect for our group, every body had their own room. The kitchen is huge and we loved gathering around the island for our morning coffee. The home is nice and quiet. We loved watching the deer romp around in the early morning and at dusk. The home is very accessible and not too far from any of our winter park or Orlando destinations this trip. Overall a great experience !

Great rental and host; would stay there again. Cons: we had some trouble with the dishwasher and ended up washing dishes by hand because it was easier (but Jeremy was very attentive and helpful as we were troubleshooting -- we just decided hand-washing was easier for us); the pool wasn't quite ready on check-in, but Jeremy let us know he was working on it (due to cleaning) and made sure it was mostly full... as well as stopping by to get the filter running correctly. Both were minor inconveniences, but I wanted to be open about the experience. Pros: Communication -- every time we had a question, Jeremy was very responsive. He stopped by while we were out to make sure things were working (or to get the pool running). The place was clean, the instructions were clear, and the value was exactly what we were looking for in Casselberry, near our family. Internet was fast, there was open space to spend time with family; multiple TVs were available, as was A/C.

It was nice and cozy! Walking distance to many wonderful places and is in a quiet area. A bit of warning though: if you are 6’2 or taller, be warned that you may feel a bit too tall in the bathroom! Overall a great place with a great host and great places near by!

The cottage is perfectly laid out with lovely details and decor. Nice, quiet neighborhood, walkable to downtown for restaurants and shopping. It’s so nice to stay in a place where the host thinks the little details like readers and a pen and paper and extra toiletries. The three outside areas for lounging in the great weather also really added to the enjoyment of our trip.

Chris’ place was just what we were looking for. A nice, private place with an awesome view. It was so easy for us to get in. Clean and with everything you could need! There were drinks in the refrigerator, snacks and coffee at the machine! My daughter loved that part especially. Toiletries, cleaning supplies, everything! Chris was so polite and responded to all my questions promptly! I wish we could have stayed longer to go out on the lake! If we need to come back and get a place to stay, I hope this place will be available!! Thank you!

Great place to stay and wonderful hosts! This was a great place to stay for my family while attending my brother’s wedding in Sanford, Florida. It was close to the airport, and the historic Sanford area where the wedding was taking place. The hosts were accommodating and responsive. The backyard was beautiful and serene even though we didn’t get to enjoy. I would definitely recommend this particular airbnb.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Marilyn went above and beyond to help us with providing essentials for our two kids. She is great with responding back quickly to any questions we had. There is a good reason she is a super host. There are some nice parks close by too. The house is very comfortable for us! We are so happy we were able to stay here:)
