Great property, relaxing neighborhood, communication was great, nice kitchen and dining area.

I love this little place. It’s like my own little tiny home. I have stayed here several times. It is near everything I could need or want.

Had a nice stay and my pet was allowed which was great. I am traveling with my small dog. Only thing i would say (and this is Air BNB bookings in general lately) is that there were no toiletries, coffee, basics provided. Less than half a roll of toilet paper and paper towels. I like when these things are there for your convenience when you first arrive. The last thing you feel like doing after a long drive or flight is having to immediately run to the store. I always end up buying these basics if i am there for more than a couple days and leave it when i go. Kind of a pay it forward. Overall, a good stay.

The duplex was as described and made a great first impression as you entered. Lots of nice restaurants close by that made eating out very easy. The host was very responsive

I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Orlando! The house was spotless and incredibly well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable and relaxed from the moment I arrived. Everything was just as described—if not better. The space was welcoming, and you could tell the host takes great pride in keeping it clean and inviting. I would absolutely recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area. Whether you’re in town for the parks or just looking for a peaceful place to unwind, this is a perfect choice. I’d definitely stay here again!

I was a snow bird this winter . I picked this winter park location because it was close to my family. I really enjoyed my stay and the bed is very comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. Brie and Kemper were very responsive to my needs. I rate this place a 10+

This is a very convenient location with close walking distance to most restaurants, bars and sightseeing in Sanford. A beautiful updated home with a large back yard and plenty of parking. I would highly recommend staying here. Had a wonderful time and would book again!

We LOVED the house. Beautiful and clean. Everything we needed was provided. The kids enjoyed the pool and I enjoyed the chairs to sit and watch them. I would stay there again if I am back in the area.

Aline is a absolutely wonderful hostess. She is thoughtful and quick in her responding to any questions that we had. The Home is exceptionally well kept. The location is beautiful and peaceful. We are already talking about and looking forward to our next trip to Florida and staying at this location again if you are considering this rental, I would encourage you to not hesitate. You will not be disappointed. Both the Home and the host are exceptional.

Five Star and Casterton were very responsive. The Moxy house was beautiful and well kept. We had a great week staying there and look forward to booking it again soon.

Great place to stay. Plenty of space and loved the pool area and the access to the pool area from the master bedroom. Living room tv had some connection issues but the couch was very comfortable. Garage access was incredible and it was easy to turn the car around in the drive way to reverse into the garage for easier exit onto North street. Great location with easy access to Altamonte springs and lake Mary area.

Heidy and her husband Michael were absolutely wonderful hosts while we were visiting Lake Mary. We loved the Sanford area and all the recommendations Heidy gave us. Their home is beautiful, clean, cozy and the backyard is an absolute dream. Our girls loved the pool. It is “cannon ball approved” by my 10 yo. My husband accidentally left the garage door open when we left for Universal for the day, but Michael was notified and kindly went and closed it and checked on the house for us. We loved having them close by. They were so sweet and helpful. We had the best time on our vacation and can’t wait to visit again.

Absolute gem!!! We couldn't recommend this home more! It is perfect! Our favorite was the lanai out back and beautiful pool, amenities, and tropical plants and flowers and trees!! The home is decorated with the most beautiful mosaic artwork and is sparkling clean! Everything we could have needed was provided! We truly didn't want to leave! We have stayed in many homes through Airbnb and other rental sites and this home was our favorite!!

Overall, we had a great stay here! Loved the fenced in yard for our dog and the screened in porch was lovely. The pictures accurately depicted the house! We also enjoyed the pool and found the pool heating price to be much better compared to other Airbnbs I looked at. The host was also very responsive any time we had a question. The location was great for our needs and there were lots of food options and necessities nearby (gas, pharmacy, grocery, etc.). The home has an in-law suite that could be added on to your stay. If not added on to your booking, just know that someone else could be staying there. This didn’t bother us as they have their own private entrance, they have ZERO access to the main home, and they do not have access to the pool and backyard area. We didn’t cross paths with our neighbor the entire time we were there and it felt no different than having a neighbor at a hotel.

We had a very nice stay in Woojin’s spacious home! They were very responsive to our requests. The kids enjoyed the pool a lot! We would definitely choose to stay here when we come back to Sanford again!

This was a wonderful little house! It had everything we needed to feel right at home. The hosts communicated well about check-in, where to park, and guests staying in the larger attached house. The neighborhood is within walking distance to downtown Sanford and the riverwalk, making it an ideal location.

Rolando was a great host. Easy to communicate with and always responded promptly. His place is clean and fresh and he had the air and lights on for us when we arrived. We got in at night so that was a blessing. Thank you for the stay!

This was our second stay with Claudia. We stayed in another of her listings last year. Just like their other home, we were extremely pleased with our accommodations. Claudia and Jose sent very helpful check-in and check-out information prior to us arriving. The house is super cute and very cozy. Decor is very fun, colorful and inviting, house was very clean, nice little screened porch to sit and enjoy the nice weather and very conveniently located to the shops, restaurants and bars. Only a very short walk from the home, yet the music and noise from the nearby entertainment could not be heard from inside the house. We would absolutely stay there again and would highly recommend Claudia and Jose’s listings to others looking for a place to stay in the downtown Sanford area! Wonderful hosts!!!

My friend's and I couldn't have enjoyed our stay at Amanda's cabin any more. The cabin was super cozy, well appointed, and was located in such a peaceful, tucked away neighborhood. It was a very welcome retreat from the hustle and bustle of south Florida. And we got to visit Amanda's horses right across the street, which was extra special! The house was very clean and we felt very comfortable. Amanda is extremely responsive and was amenable to questions and requests we had. We would absolutely love to stay at the cabin again in the future

We fully enjoyed our stay at Brusha’s listing. The home was clean, inviting and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed to have meals at home, and the location was perfect to find restaurants nearby. The outdoor accommodations were lovely and comfortable. When we had any questions Brusha was very quick to respond and react. We had a great week and are so grateful for the opportunity we had to visit the area.
