Vacation rentals with breakfast in Seminole County

We visited for my daughter‘s 10th birthday and could not have had a better time! We only live two hours south and visit the area all the time as annual passholders but this time we decided to stay at the Westgate resort for my daughter’s birthday and what a wonderful decision it was. The amenities at the resort are wonderful our kids had hours of entertainment between the waterpark, swimming pools, video arcade and restaurants with activities on site there’s almost no reason to leave the resort. The host was extremely attentive and helpful throughout our stay and the condo was spacious and had everything you could ask for while being away from your own home. We were also allowed to bring our family dog so again this place is absolutely great and a safe bet for any family looking to relax and enjoy their time away! Thank you so much to our wonderful hosts we will definitely be back!!

my group had an amazing stay. Home is absolutely gorgeous. Nick and Anna were extremely accommodating. staying here felt like staying with distant relatives. it's by far the best airbnb you'll ever stay at. only regret was that we couldn't stay longer.

We love the house si since we walk inside everything was super clean and organized just like you can see in the pictures. Jorge was very helpful with everything, definitely I coming back to this beautiful house that feels like home and I really recommend to anyone to stay in that house. Thank you.

Randy’s house was everything as described in the description. Felt very cozy. It was a great location and a great price! We were in the area for a race in Cocoa, Fl and a cruise out of port canaveral and needed to take a friend to the Sanford airport to fly home before our cruise. Randy’s house was 30 minutes to the race, 30 minutes to the Sanford airport and 32 minutes to the cruise port. It was a perfectly centralized place for us to stay. Randy and Sherry were always very responsive. I would absolutely stay here again! Randy & Sherry, thank you for the great air bnb!

Loved the decor! Very pretty! So glad they kept the charm of an older home, but plenty of updates so we were perfectly comfortable! I don’t believe I’ve ever slept on softer sheets! Dale & Oceana were very accommodating. We wanted to drop off our bags a little early & they made it happen! We were lucky enough to get to meet them in person! Super nice!! They even left us snacks! Everything was easy & simple. I can’t think of one thing I would change. We would definitely stay with them again! Thank you!! Sandy & Jay

Great place to stay; super convenient and well appointed!! Went to Orlando for the theme parks but didn’t want to deal with the vacation chaos, finding this gem in a walkable neighborhood with eateries was a welcome end of our day!! When we come back to Orlando this is our choice of stay, thank you!

We were so impressed with this Airbnb. It was exactly like the pictures. Very homey and welcoming. There were even 3 bikes available for our use. We were very familiar with the area but did explore a few new places. We loved the Hardware Store brewery downstairs and appreciated the word of caution of potential noise that filters through the Airbnb during operating hours. All in all, it was a wonderful experience that we would do again.

Travelled for my daughters wedding and the property was perfect for our large group!

This place is great!! was exactly as advertised. We had an issue with wifi when we checked in. Let me tell you. Steve was at our door within 10 mins of us sending out our message. He even had to remove equipment (modem, Router) and return to a store for exchange. He did that the following morning and got it working right away. The location is close to everything on Idrive, SeaWorld, etc yet still tucked away from the traffic. Walgreens connected to the entrance, 7/11 across the street with a new Chick Fil A as well. We needed a late check out and it was granted immediately. Can't thank them enough. The responsiveness was incredible. Denise was wonderful too. We will definitely be back!!!. don't forget to check out the pool. Very large Pool and Jacuzzi. with DJ and games. Oh and a Bar. coming back soon.

Cynthia's home was great for our 2 night trip. Comfortable accommodation well located with tons of restaurants close by. Inexpensive Uber ride to Universal Studios. Free parking at condo. Cynthia was very helpful. Would recommend this place.

This was my second stay here and I really enjoyed it. Misty and Phil are the loveliest people I’ve met 2 years ago, and they haven’t changed a bit! Great room, great garden, great house!

Jay is such a nice host! I was amazed. He is a friend in our hearts now, and we hope to stay again sometime. The home is one of the most unique and beautiful places we have stayed.

Came here for a girls trip and it was the perfect setup. The inn manager Carole is amazing. She made us feel right at home and went above and beyond everything she could to make our stay smooth. Great location too. Walking distance to beach and lots of shops, restraunts and bars. They’ll coordinate golf carts too if you wanna go somewhere you don’t want to walk. Very personalized experience.

The Mermaid Room was decorated so cute, the bed was comfy, and the jacuzzi spa was awesome. We had a fantastic time here and the location (right on Flagler) was perfect. We could walk to all the cute shops, restaurants, and the beach. Tamara and Francis were so sweet and made brownies, cookies, and sangria for us daily. We loved their table pancake griddles and their homemade breakfast each morning. I would love to stay here again and highly recommend it!!

Misty and Phil we're excellent hosts! 10/10 would go here again if we're ever vacationing in Florida. Helping us with shuttles was the biggest help of all. They saved us a ton on taxi/Uber costs by taking us themselves.

The Inn on the Ave is where you should be staying when in NSB. The personal touches of hospitality the Inn gives to their guests is something that cannot be quantified. Perfect location on Flagler for quick beach access as well as having some of the best dining options right outside your door or a few blocks away. The owners are personable and enjoyable so if you’re looking for the art of hosting that has been lost in contactless AirBnB options, book here! And don’t skip out on the Welcome Sangria, it’s delicious!

Cathy is the best ever. Meg is also the cutest dog ever. Spending two months here and it becomes one of my best memories for my whole life. Cathy’s always so welcoming and friendly and she brought me everything. I couldn't have imagined how amazing my life would be here before I came. I really appreciate all the things I experienced at Cathy's Bed and Shred. Would miss the time so much and I will absolutely come back again!!!
