Townhome vacation rentals in Santarém District

Cozy and cute, as the photos described it :) Right next to the beautiful gardens, which was such a treat. Also, the town is so walk-able and Tere's place is right in the heart of everything, which is super convenient. Not ideal for long stays, as it is an extremely small kitchen, so not great for cooking, and the stairs are quite inconvenient for those who are a bit taller or larger in size. LOTS of noise from the streets, felt like all the windows were open at night, even when they were closed, as were the shutters. The bed also felt old, and very well-slept in (caving in the middle). The shower pressure was phenomenal, and having a laundry machine I could see being useful for some folks. Tere was very responsive and kind in her messages, very willing to help. Great place for a night or two, but at the price point and the noise/comfort level, I would recommend looking at the local hotels that have breakfast included, rooftops, coffee makers, air conditioning, etc.

The place where the house is is incredible, super quiet and perfect to be with family or friends. It is a perfect place to visit Lisbon (35’), Sintra, Estoril, Cascais, Sesimbra,etc… It is very well located because everything is less than 1h and with easy access. The house is incredibly well decorated and super comfortable. If it is suer well, the temperature is very good, everything you may need is there and the spaces are very wide. If you go with kids it's perfect for them. We loved the pool as it is big and we were all alone all the time. Wherever you look there are spectacular views and the space is in the middle of nature. My family and I stayed in T1 house. The surroundings were beautiful. Yuri met us on our arrival and explained everything to us in great detail. He is an extremely friendly and hospitable person. Every time we met Yuri we were met with a smile. He was quick to respond to any messages and help us with anything that we needed. He even came to us on our last day to say goodbye and wish us a safe journey/trip. If you’re looking for a place to stay with great surroundings and privacy then this is it. Thank you to all the people involved in keeping the farm area well-maintained, it was a beautiful view for us every morning and evening.

We had a great time at Quinta das Arribas! Francisco is a responsive host and Yuriy did everything to make our stay comfortable. The house has everything you need and the pool is amazing with a really nice view. We will be back :-)

Place was exceptionally clean. A 1.5km walk into centre. Trouble checking in but sorted out over the phone. Checkin instructions should be clearer as others also had issues.

Apartment was absolutely beautiful had everything you need. lovely soft clean towels. The only thing that we would recommend to improve is WIFI. We did have our own mobile phone data but the coverage was intermittent. The neighbour was friendly the area is stunningly beautiful. Would stay again.

I stayed for a whole month at Manuel's place with my partner and my cat. We loved the clean, pretty and spacious apartment! It was located privately but also in the center, so you can get to all the fun parts quickly. The soccer field (grass), a ping pong table, volleyball net and a saltwater pool. Our cat felt at home from the start, she could explore a lot and meet other really gentle cats, who live close. And we enjoyed the calmness of the valley. No big streets, no big big companies. Only calm and peaceful little village. You can hear all the animals around. The goats were our favourite, especially the baby ones. So cute! The mini mercado is 5 min by foot and has everything you need in a place like that. I highly recommend a stay at this beautiful place, maybe next time in a different apartment on the property! :) Thank you, for hosting us! Greetings!
