Guesthouse vacation rentals in Santarém District

A very homey feel and amazing hosts. We were made to feel like we were welcome to use all the shared space as if it were our home. The swimming pool was a nice touch and a great temperature as they have a cover over it. We had use of a refrigerator and each of our rooms had our own bathrooms. The location is remote if you want to walk to a restaurant or bar and about a 10 minute drive if you want to go to a restaurant or grocery store. We found the area good as a home base for our excursions, with breakfast included and friendly and helpful hosts we’d recommend this Airbnb.

Maria and her place are amazing! She so kindly takes care of bus terminal and Sanctuary pick-ups (even after the nighttime Candlelight Procession). Her breakfast table is so delicious and the accommodations so comfortable. If visiting the Basilica of Our Lady, stay here!

We really enjoyed our stay. Our hosts were very welcoming and helpful. The house is in a quiet area very near to all the Knights Templars castles which we wanted to visit. Having the small swimming pool was a great addition. There are lots of good restaurants nearby.

Yesterday we said goodbye to Cesario and Olinda. What a lovely and captivating place to stay. After 3 nights, we weren't tired yet. Olinda and Cesare are caring, warm-hearted and thoughtful. Nothing is missing. Absolutely recommended! Clean, spacious, peaceful...what more could you need!

For our short vacation, we chose Cesario's guest house. The place was 6-7 minutes from the Fatima Center. After 4 days of Lisbon hustle and bustle, we were so enchanted by Cesario's property, even nicer than the Airbnb pictures! Cesario and Olinda welcomed us so warmly and guided us through the property and guesthouse. We felt very comfortable. Location is perfect for a few nice and contemplative days. Unfortunately, we did not have the opportunity to try Olinda's breakfast.

Extraordinário! A spectacular weekend among friends, in a wonderful home. Corresponds to the photos and all description made on the listing. Mr. Luís has been shown to be a super available host to help, so that everything went smoothly as possible. It should also be noted that Dona Diamantina is a love of person! We all loved the stay and we definitely intend to return.

Is a beautiful place around nature. Andrew and family are amazing hosts. I enjoyed my stay and will provably comeback one day.

One of the best hotel / airbnb experiences I have ever had. And Ive stayed in a lot of them haha. Daniel went above and beyond to make me feel at home and very safe and peaceful. The room was clean, bright and tranquil. Over 10 out of 10 experiences. Nothing could be improved on.

We had an amazing weekend at the Casa da Malta, the space is great for many people and we who were afraid of the cold, ended up leaving the blankets in the car that were not necessary. The house has some to-do however. But nothing that greatly affects the experience. I even told Mr. Artur that as a photographer that the space deserved better photographs of the space, the current photographs do not reflect how funny and comfortable the space is. I recommend!

I highly recommend!! Margarida was absolutely wonderful. We were on our honeymoon and she went above and beyond at every opportunity. We had freshly baked bread and homemade everything for breakfast and she put together a beautiful "romance package" of wine, cheese and fruit for us. The location is quite and a bit remote, but beautiful and peaceful and only a 6 min drive into Olcobaca. The rooms are new and were immaculately clean with a lovely bathroom and shower. The property is spa-like and has areas to walk with animals (we were fortunate enough to arrive a day after two baby sheep were born). There are a few things to be aware of: 1. I would recommend you have a car as it is not really within walking distance of shops/restaurants; 2. The address is not exact on AirBnB so don't be concerned with the location Google maps shows you - it is around the corner from there; 3. There are MANY beautiful towns nearby and you can easily spend 3-4 days exploring.

The house is decorated with an eye for comfort and convenience for the visitor. Done with love and with a personal "note". Lots of privacy, spacious, a nice bed, great toilet/bathroom and a friendly and helpful owner. I'm a fan of this location.

Maria is an amazing person! Very friendly and kind. I’ve had a great time in Leiria and her place certainly made things better! The house is very good and well located with a lot of natural activities around to do and very close to Fatima and Nazare!

Francisco was super helpful. We were cycle touring and his back garden was a great place to store and wash our bikes. There were limited restaurant options nearby so we cooked at Francisco's, which suited us.

An artistic and modern house in bucolic surroundings

Francisco is very friendly and considerate, and he can create a sense of comfort.Everyone who stayed was very moral.It should be everyone's favorite place to stay.

Twin room is small but good to stay for short time. There are big supermarkets around and pharmacy. Breakfast is included in the price and it was really good. The kitchen doesn't have the hob as picture shows but there are microwave, oven, toaster, plates and cutlery. The host response the message very quick. Highly recommended.

What to say... it's a beautiful place surrounded by greenery with stunning views of the surrounding area. Darleene is a welcoming and very kind person. It's available in the property. The pool is awesome. There is a common room to watch TV and eat with others inside. Outdoor play area ping, darts. Great outdoor space for large tables with an outdoor kitchen. Would definitely stay again as this slice of paradise is pleasant. As a bonus, I saw a shooting star and saw the swallows dancing above my head. Thanks again Darleene for your hospitality.
