Monthly Rentals in San Diego

I stayed here for 6 weeks and had a wonderful time. The unit is cosy, the bed very comfy, and the hosts were extremely helpful and responsive to all queries and made sure I had everything that I needed throughout my stay. Highly recommended!

My place is being renovated, and I needed a play to stay in San Diego for over a month. The Cozy Corner had everything I needed! Convenient location, fully stocked kitchenette, lots of cleaning supplies, desk for working remotely, etc. The only thing missing for a long stay was laundry, but it wasn’t too bad. Bob and Gladys were always super nice when I saw them. Would recommend!!

Joe's place was decorated very nice. His furniture and appliances were in great shape. He did a terrific job with the place, It felt more roomy than other Tiny Houses that we have stayed in before. Joe was a fantastic host with quick and excellent communication. He also showed a lot of flexibility and assistance with any questions we had. The house is in a nice little community where we found the people and local storekeepers to be very friendly. We were able to walk to a liquor store, convenience store, a great pizza restaurant and the famous Chula Tacos. The overall location was very convenient as well - 10 to 15 minutes to the Airport, Zoo, Downtown, Walmart, etc. With very close access to the 805, 5 and 8 it is easy to get anywhere easily. The surrounding neighborhood is a bit rough around the edges but we always felt safe when walking around. As mentioned earlier, anyone we encountered in the community was also very friendly, so no real concerns. Definitely a very good value.
