This is such a beautiful home, I already want to go back! The walk to the beach was easy and so close. The privacy of the outdoor seating area was really nice. Kitchen was clean and spotless and the beds were incredibly comfortable! The water pressure in the showers wasn’t very strong, but everything else was perfect. Would absolutely stay again! Oh, and the hosts were very responsive throughout the stay when I had any questions!

We had a fantastic time in San Diego. The home was in an amazing location about a block from the bay and 2 blocks from ocean. Lots of shops, restaurants and activities within minutes. Comfortable living space with comfy beds and FOUR bathrooms! Lots of beach supplies so didn’t need to purchase or rent anything. Family of five with 3 teens and could easily have had more people comfortably. Covered parking for 2 cars is a huge plus. We really enjoyed the space and would definitely recommend it and stay again in the future.

Extremely responsive management. Proactively reached out to check us in early. Charming house right on the water, you can dip in the ocean during low tide (or high tide if you're adventurous!). Enjoyed every bit of our stay and would definitely go again. 10/10 would recommend

Jeff’s place was in a great location in the middle of San Diego. The place was immaculate. He obviously is serious about the upkeep of his property and the happiness of his guests. I contacted him that we would be arriving pretty late on our first night so he made sure to leave the light on for us. Entry was always easy with the electronic locking system. Water pressure in the showers was awesome and we wanted for nothing. Thanks Jeff!

I booked this home for my stay during my daughters sorority mom’s weekend and it fit perfectly for our needs. I shared the home with one other mom and we were quite comfortable. We had a few other moms over for a happy hour and the front patio worked out perfectly for that. It was a very nice set up. We were in and out a lot attending events but each time we returned we were able to find parking spots right out front.
