Ty was a wonderful host! He was very responsive! It was raining the night we arrived but the directions were clear which made getting in super easy. The cottage is charming and has everything you need for your stay! We picked this house because it looked quiet and peaceful yet close enough to good food, wineries and fun trails- and that’s exactly what we got!

We stayed in Carla’s home for two weeks & had a hard time leaving we loved it so much. It is a beautiful & quiet area but still so close to the beach, restaurants, & coffee shops. We didn’t have a car for most of our stay so took advantage of the bus at the end of the block, or walked everywhere we needed to. It is an older home, but very charming. We stayed in early February & never had any issues keeping the house warm. Also, providing a highchair helped us so much with our 1 year old! Carla was super easy to communicate with & always responded quickly. Hopefully someday we’ll be able to stay in this lovely home again. 😊

We loved staying at Cardiff's place! The location was incredible, steps away from so many restaurants, the rail trail for walking, the Cardiff Beaches, and quick drive everywhere else on the coast. The beds were comfortable and the outdoor space was superb!! One thing we were surprised by is the 3rd bedroom is an exterior entrance so it is not connected to the others which is helpful to know if traveling with kids and want to all share one house. Could work well though if traveling with another couple or family and they just need a bedroom. Ocean views! We loved it.

We stayed in their lovely guest house for almost 3 weeks to enjoy the California sunshine, friends, and Pickle Ball. The place was just as described, and we had the added bonus of three lovable retrievers greeting us! The location is close to the ocean, San Diego and nearby national parks. I would highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Connie’s place. What an amazing location with Mission Bay on one side and the Pacific Ocean beach on the other side just across the street! I We loved the roomy garage (having parking is a huge plus in Mission Beach!) and being able to walk to the beach, restaurants, and parks. The kitchen was extremely well appointed - it is easily the most well-stocked kitchen we’ve ever had at any AirBNB. The bathrooms included plenty of towels and toiletries. The master bathroom shower is lovely and super spacious. All beach gear was provided, including a wagon, chairs, boogie boards, and a wide selection of beach toys. We loved having the full-size washer and dryer. We also loved the private outdoor patio with a grill. Connie was very communicative, responsive, and accommodating, and provided great local recommendations. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if back in San Diego.

Cypress Hill is our favorite place to stay when we visit North County. Each time has been great. Roxanne was very accommodating which we totally appreciate. The place is always stocked with whatever you may need. Location is nice just off the main road with tons of restaurants, stores, etc. Beautiful views, nice yard with cool chill space with some activities my kid loved, like ax throwing and tetherball. Gotta love that fridge always stocked with fresh eggs too!

Clean, comfortable, and convenient - no complaints! I loved the area. Very safe - would choose this location over downtown without hesitation. Uber is easy from here, and you feel immediately safe in the neighborhood. Great food is also within walking distance and everything you need is in the Casita for a home away from home. Hope to stay again!
