Everything was perfect for my son’s family to stay at Jason’s this weekend. Proximity to the beach, comfort, cleanliness, easy check in/check out, and great communication. Don’t hesitate to stay here!!

Traci and Kurt were fantastic hosts! Their home was absolutely lovely—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We especially enjoyed our time at the beach, which was a perfect getaway. Everything about our stay was wonderful, and we would definitely love to come back. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our family vacation very much. We booked with Debbie two years ago, and we had to book again. We plan to return to Debbie’s place in the future! The balcony is so beautiful with a great view of the beach sunrise.

Our family of five had a fantastic stay at Sue’s Virginia Beach townhouse! The location was ideal—just a short 5-minute walk to the beach, with cute coffee shops and ice cream spots nearby. The home was spotless, well-stocked with plenty of towels, and the check-in/out process was easy. We loved that each bedroom had a TV, and while there are a lot of stairs, it wasn’t an issue for our group of teens and able-bodied adults. The two bikes and pool table in the garage were a big hit with our family. Sue was responsive and helpful, even offered a great outing recommendation for our last day. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.

This is my 3rd year staying at one of Lynn’s properties. It is in an amazing location very close to the reason/location that I visit each year. I love the home and plan to book here once a year every single year when ai visit the area. Great host, great home, and great location.

Had a little staycation in hampton. I wanted something close to the beach (buckroe) and my massage/ reiki appt. Maia’s place was the perfect little spot to lay my head. The beach was even within walking distance and when I went, I saw some dolphins which was pretty cool. I went with Maia’s place after seeing the other reviews of how clean it was, I’m happy to say everything was accurate in Maia’s pictures and how other folks described it. It was nice having hosts that were intentional about thinking from the guests pov, even going as far to make a video for check in instructions to avoid any confusion. Every thing was clean, the hosts clean the carpets after each use and asks guests to take off shoes in bed area. Bathroom was spotless. They even had a couple board games/ uno for guests. Lots of closet space. The level of consideration felt like a hotel room without the hotel costs. Hosts responded quickly if we had questions. I would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay for the night while visiting Virginia Beach! Great location very close to the boardwalk and lots of restaurants. Nataly provided lots of recommendations, it was easy to find and exactly as listed. Would definitely stay again!

Very clean condo! It’s differently walkable to beach and boardwalk! Very convenient to shops and restaurants. A quiet area.

The location is great! You're within walking distance to the beach, so it's not a hassle to get things ready and go. The bikes she provided were also great as it was fun to ride them around and see more sites.

Gayle’s place was a great location to stay at with our dog!!! Great neighborhood to walk him in and the marina/beach is an added bonus! Gayle was very communicative and check in was easy. The space of the condo was great for a family and large dog! We will definitely be staying again!

We truly enjoyed our stay in late March. Very convenient location on the broad walk. Studio apartment was very comfortable and clean . Truly an experience , sunrise on the beach priceless. We would definitely like to return in the future.

The condo was great very clean and more than enough room for my guest and I. The beach was so close we did not have to walk far at all. Crystal was very responsive and made sure getting to parking to checking in to helping us find places to eat and things to do was easy you practically don’t have to look up anything cause everything was in the messages.

Ashley’s place was extremely clean, and close to everything. Comfortable bed . Ashley was very accommodating ! Would definitely stay again!

Loved loved loved this place! Beautiful and fun! So many games and streaming services perfect for a quick weekend get away! In the future I wish more blankets were provided but I love it!
