Raices, original and colorful studio with terrace.

This studio room has a lot of fresh air. I was living in there during 17 years and never I´d need a A/C or cooler. Even during the summer. I like contemplation, reading a good book or just mixing a drink in my own roof top terrace or sleep the siesta surrounded of green vegetation and the amazing blue maya sky. I recognized myself like an authentic Mexican... I know my ROOTS.

The studio is located in a 3-level building on the ground floor is 7 meters by 4, it is a large space with a lot of privacy and everything you need to spend time indoors, it has a smart TV and Wi-Fi with 250 megas. It has a good size bathroom and a large sleeping space, as well as a kitchen, dining room with 2 chairs.

We have 4 small private units in 2 lots. This means lots of beautiful gardens and space to enjoy. We are a couple of blocks south from the central town park and 1 street off the beach on the quiet end of town; fantastic location. All the units are clean, efficient and newly renovated.
