Eduardo is a gracious and warm host, and his place is unique. It is almost staying in the home of an artist and among his works. This Airbnb is for the true traveller, and for the intrepid, and the reward is an authentic experience of Playa Del Carmen as a Mexican city. And Playa 88 is still only a few blocks away on foot, and the pedestrian section of 5th Avenue is great for bikes, and Collectivos along 30th Avenue bring you downtown for pennies.

This was our second time at Sara’s place but our first time in this unit. It was great! So glad to be able to visit again and will continue to stay here for future visits.

The owner has upgraded the room for free, and the overall experience is satisfactory.The hot water for the bath was very hot at the beginning and it gets cooler in the back, but not a big issue.

We enjoyed our stay a lot. Carolina and José were extremely helpful to us. This place is run as it should. And with the extra love and care. The building is beautiful and we really enjoyed the shared kitchen and the sunrises on the rooftop terrace. The room was great. Just what we needed. This is a location we will come back to! Thank you!

We loved it! We will recommend to everyone. Great place centrally located. Close to everything you need. All within walking distance. Short car hop to beach on collectivo or by taxi. Perfect location for us. House was very clean and has everything you need. Just like home. Will look for this one again next time!

The location of the place is really great, just a 15 minute walk to the beach. A big supermarket is only 4 minutes away.

Adair's place, it's lovely. He is pending if you have any questions. The room has a super large and comfortable bed, very spacious closet, it has everything you need if you want a night or long stay. I highly recommend it. Also, he can help you if you need recommendations on where to eat and about tours. Super recommended. Successful Adair. 🙌 💫

Agnes, Ruben, and their son are very friendly and welcoming. They offer lots of recommendations on things to do, and we even went to Puerto Morelos and Puerto Aventuras together. Agnes offers meals most evenings, good, healthy food at a very reasonable cost. Uber Eats also offers delivery service.

It was nice. :) Even though I am not the best in speaking Spanish, we managed to practice talking a bit in the language :) super kind!

the hostess is very special, I guide us, she welcomed us as her family, I recommend 100% taking Airbnb with jasmine, thank you very much for everything, we were delighted with Playa del Carmen thanks to jasmine.

Andres is a great host. He’s very attentive to details and flexible if something changes. Great value, a fantastic location and easy walk to the beach and restaurants. I will definitely check availability the net time I’m in Puerto Moreles!

We had a great stay! There was a lot of space for all 5 of us, and the space was very private, beautiful, and the lady who was on the property was very nice and helpful. We did not have a car, and we walked to Xcaret on one of the days we were there. It was an easy straight- shot, 15 minute walk there. However, the walk back at night was a little difficult because there original path we took walking past Xsenses park was closed and they wouldn’t let us walk through, so we had to walk on a busy street in the dark with no sidewalks. Luckily the night before, we were shown a gate that exited the street that the property was on, onto that busy street, otherwise, I’m not sure if we would have known how to get back. I would recommend coming with a car, but even without one we managed. There is a breakfast place open until 2pm and a restaurant for dinner at 6pm within walking distance! The hosts stalked the fridge with a few beers, water, &milk though! Thank u for a great stay!
