Condo vacation rentals in Puerto Morelos

We booked Judith's listing last minute after a different Airbnb fell through. From the start of our interactions, Judith was very timely in responding and proactively gave us instructions for the space. The building manager Juan also helped us to get acquainted with the location and responded promptly to questions or needs we had. It's a beautiful building, close to 38th street where there are many bars and restaurants, and we had access to a rooftop patio which was nice to watch the sunset. It can be a bit noisy at night because of how close the place is to La Quinta. Despite Juan and Telcel's attentiveness, the internet was a bit spotty from the start and throughout our weeklong stay. We made it work and felt that the host did their best to rectify the situation. Overall, we had a lovely stay and I would definitely book this place again.

This appartment is in the middle of all that is happening in Playa del Carmen. you can walk absolutely everywhere. taxi service is in the front door. The only downfall is the noise from 5th avenue. luckely we were so exhausted after each buzy day that it did not disturb us at all.

Highly recommended. When I return to Playa del Carmen I would like to stay here at Casa del Sol again. The location is simply the best and the apartment is comfortable and cozy. It has everything you need to use at the time. Thanks Jeff for your kindness, Claudio was always attentive too and Isela was also kind when I arrived. Everything was on the lookout

Prior to arrival there was excellent communication, information and directions. Karen’s provided e-guide book was the best as it was the first we’d ever received in all the vacation rentals we’ve ever stayed, binders are ok but having an e-guide prior to arrival was awesome. The entire unit was clean, uncluttered and well decorated. Kitchen necessities (coffee maker, dishes, glasses, etc.) were well supplied as well as drinking water. Nice having a washer & dryer, detergent & brooms and such. Provided parking was a plus as we had rented a car (SNAP Rental in Cancun). Two beach towels per bedroom were very handy for the beach. Bed & pillows were comfortable. Outdoor patio was spacious with a comfortable sleeping hammock, nice table for fresco dining, a couch & chair. It overlooked a canopy of trees.Karen provided suggestions on places to visit & eat and the places we did visit we were very happy with. Cruz Con Mar 405 we miss already, but will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

Just one thing, one of the showers had no curtain and was outside the bathroom. We were all friends and would have liked to have had some privacy when bathing. The rest was all impeccable. We had more details than we expected. There was even coffee!

David’s place is in the perfect location walkable to the beach and restaurants. Raquel was wonderful and helpful with all our needs. We had an amazing time. Definitely booking again.

We have been at other places that did not turn out anything like the photos. This place was exactly like photos , they also left a good little book on where everything in the area was located and things to do. May need a little updating but generally accurate . Clean place close to everything and nice staff in facilities, we don’t speak Spanish but between us we worked it out, which I greatly appreciated.

Firstly I want to thank Gisle for his great attention. Super attentive and friendly To be honest, this was my first reservation with Airbnb and I was nervous at first because I didn't know what to expect but my experience with them was incredibly easy from the moment we arrived until we left, a family of 6 and super space for all my children, super beautiful A whole comfort especially the beds I slept better than in mine hahahahaha the super large pool we loved everything I'm left speechless to be honest, I loved that the beach is super close oh and the fifth avenue is super beautiful to go for a walk and eat only a few feet away, everything is super close, I definitely return to this place, I loved it

This was a very nice apartment and complex. The design of both was great. Our toddler aged daughter loved the pool and playground. There are friendly families in the complex who are full time residents, which was great. The apartment had everything that we needed. We had a couple of hiccups with entering the neighborhood. Some security guards would insist that everyone in the car wear their bracelets as well as show the QR codes that Olivia provides. This was frustrating but Olivia did everything she could to address it. After the first incident, we fastened the bracelets loosely and slipped them on just before approaching the gate. he neighborhood and condo have their own rules that must be followed. Some of the pool furniture could use a refresh. Otherwise, everything was perfect. The neighborhood was nice. You can walk to the beach and several shops and restaurants. Overall, Olivia was a great host and we recommend this home.

I loved the place, super quiet and safe, not so close to 5th Avenue but enough to get there quickly and not have any noise to be able to rest, the house is just as shown in the photos, with everything necessary to cook and a little more, Liliane was attentive to answer questions, and she allowed us to leave a few hours later due to our flight schedule, very grateful to her, we felt right at home.

A good place to enjoy Playa del Carmen, excellent service and attention from the staff who work in the building

if all the hosts were like Adriana and Ubaldo as well as their son Emillio, all the worlds would have a great experience, we enjoyed them, they were always there for us .

This was a beautiful and comfortable space to stay ! The amenities were excellent, beautiful outdoor spaces and pools. We had a small mishap with the door when we accidentally locked it from inside with a switch and then could not get it. We called Ericka and got in touch with her immediately and she easily walked us through how to get in. Beautifully decorated, books and lots to enjoy inside. Would stay again!

We stayed 4 adults and a 12-year-old and the space was just for us I think it could not be functional for more people, the location worked for us because we just wanted a place to sleep and go to Xcaret park which is reached in less than 30min by vehicle, it is not close to 5th Avenue so you should also consider a transfer of approx 25min. Equipped to prepare something quick in the kitchen, only one bench is missing and more space in the patio to reach out to tend wet clothes and towels The room where is the largest number of beds does not have air conditioning, (it has 1 fan) and contemplating that the greatest number of people will sleep there I think if it is important to consider it, we did not affect why it was facing cold and there was not the usual heat, the area is safe, we do not perceive noises from neighbors or anything that will bother us, it was a quiet stay.

This is a fantastic place if you’re looking for a relaxing, safe and beautiful area near Playa del Carmen!

All I have to say is that I have to go back. Beautiful Home and location! very helpful hosts who takes all the stress away from logistical point of view so you can focus on relaxation as intended.

The condo was in a great location and walkable to restaurants, grocery and shops. The condo was clean and spacious. The roof top patio and pool were fantastic. A great place with a large, walk out patio. Nice to have 24 hour security too.

This a wonderful apartment in a great location, the Beach is only a few steps away, lots to do. The host is very attentive, friendly and responsive. This is definitely on top of the list when returning to Playa.

Clean, well-maintained accommodation, close to shops and places to eat. If you're sensitive to noise, you should know that it's not one of the quietest buildings.

My husband and I just finished our one month stay in Estiven’s condo unit. What a great place to stay. His condo unit is clean and equipped with everything you need. Honestly I have never had an Airbnb with such good kitchen supplies, linens, and extras (beach chairs, floats, cooler etc…) The couch and beds were new and comfortable. The unit is conveniently located close to the pool, club house and front gate. The Selva complex is wonderful. It has a great community pool, organized pickleball, yoga classes, aqua-fit and weekly social activities like karaoke and live music. If you are a walker, you can get to groceries and restaurants in 25 minutes. You can get to convenient stores in 15 minutes. Taxis are inexpensive and readily available to take you shopping or to the beach. Public transportation is also close by. Anyone would be happy here. Please note it is a 3rd floor unit without elevators. I would book it again in a heartbeat.

Really enjoyed our visit. The host was responsive and made us feel at ease. The flat is as described and the lobby staff was very helpful.

The place is exactly what is published. Everything clean and tidy, the host responded to our quick inquiries. The area is safe, with supermarkets nearby and places to eat. I'd come back without hesitation.

We were here for 2 months. The condo is in a great location central to many fabulous restaurants and a fancy grocery store. It is exactly like the photos. Lovely view with a private balcony. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Juan and the other staff were helpful and friendly. The host, Steve, gave us many great local suggestions. Highly recommend staying here.

Very cute place. Looks like the pictures. The girls used the private pool once and the public pool a few times. Even though we had wrist bands we were not able to use the roof top. One other thing it didn’t have an oven so we couldn’t make pizza for the girls one night after a long day in the sun. But that was no big deal since we were hardly home. The master shower can be a bit of a challenge because you have to step down into it. The unit is very close to 5th street and all the attractions. It’s beachfront so very convenient being next to the Mamitas beach! Across the street is a 7 Eleven which we loved! Our girls were always wanting snacks! The host was amazing and super fast on responding. I can’t believe she responded to me at 2am one morning. I had to leave to the airport at 5am that morning and she still helped me with questions I had prior to check out. I dont think she sleeps very well when she has to respond to renters like me. She is amazing! Thank you! 😁
