Apartment vacation rentals in Puerto Morelos

Grateful to Inés for the recommendations she gave us to see spectacular places. The apartment greatly exceeded our expectations. We recommend it without hesitation. Thanks also to Gabriel and Christopher who made it possible to rent two adjoining apartments, allowing the two families to be together and extremely comfortable.

Eduardo’s place was the perfect base for my time in Playa Del Carmen. Clean, private, and as pictured. The location is central but quiet, close enough to everything without the chaos. The check-in process was smooth, and communication was always fast and clear. I appreciated the attention to detail and how comfortable the space felt. AC worked great, Wi-Fi was reliable. If you’re looking for a solid, stress-free stay in Playa Del Carmen, I highly recommend booking with Eduardo. I’d definitely come back.

Our family of four (two adults, two kids) stayed for five nights in unit B2. The unit is recently remodeled with new floor, kitchen, and bathrooms. The beds are comfortable and they provided a pac n play for our baby. There is AC and fans in every room. Lots of dishes, utensils, etc. There is a HUGE wraparound terrace with multiple seating areas. It would be great if they added a hammock :) The location is perfect: steps from the beach and a 10 minute walk to town. Pool is small but suited us well. We had excellent meals everywhere. Two small drawbacks: the couch and armchairs in the unit are not comfortable to sit on (they are wood, and even with cushions you can’t sink in and relax). Second, the high chair they provided did not fit the table, so we had to feed our baby by putting her on our lap. I would 100% return and recommend this to other families. You have to walk through one bedroom to get to the second bedroom, so it’s not ideal for two couples. Thank you!

My partner and I come to Playa del Carmen a few times a year, for a few weeks at a time. For us, this location is ideal. Only a few blocks from everything you can need. The apartment is comfortable, clean and safe. Jamie and Manuel are great hosts and great people. They are also very responsive and flexible. We enjoyed every minute and will definitely return.

Great stay. Perfect location and so comfortable.

This is my second review because we added an extra night - but we loved this studio! Perfect for everything you need to relax and rest before exploring. The roof top dipping pool was a extra treat and after 2 weeks traveling this was our favorite bed on the trip! So comfy! The combination of air conditioning with ceiling fans was also a treat :)

We loved the layout, the condo is very private. We enjoyed the fresh air when we opened up all the windows and sliding doors, the breeze coming through screens. We spent a lot of time reading/napping on the roof top terrace, lovely breeze. We so enjoyed the pool, almost every day we spent time there. Everyone is so friendly. I was very pleased with this condo and hope to return soon!

This place is really great. Quieter than all the other places, I’ve stayed in PDC . The check in and check out times were great surprise and so helpful. more Airbnb’s need to start doing better times. the place looks just like it’s described. Close to fifth and everything you need, grocery store around the corner an amazing taco truck to get on your way home. Really enjoyed my stay. Bed is comfy. On the third floor with an elevator. Will stay again

In my opinion, this condo is in the best possible location in PDC - just between quiet beaches to the left and busier 5th ave area to the right. Everything is walkable and pleasant. Also very close to the pickup area for attractions like Xel-Ha and related tours. Gorgeous location. Nice pool too.

Great stay! The place was very clean, easy to access, and exactly as described. The location was convenient, and communication with the host was smooth and responsive. Would definitely stay again!

I had the perfect stay here! :) It was super clean and the apartment had everything one would need. Don't worry about missing your gym routine because the gym is great and the apartment is in a fantastic location in PDC. Walkable to everything you need. We enjoyed our stay at Sarah and Gerzon. The apartment matched the listing descriptions! The wifi was fantastic and I was able to work remotely with no problem. I would recommend a car for this location for an easier way around. My partner and I also had a good night's sleep! Thank you!

Manoli was extremely responsive and helpful. She helped me with so many questions prior to our arrival. She was also very flexible when our flight was changed and we were coming in late. She rebooked our transportation for us! Her place was spotless and the kitchen had everything we needed. It is very updated with a great layout. There are 3 decks and a rooftop to take in the breeze and views . She also had beach chairs and an umbrella for us to use. Very peaceful place. The place is so close and walkable to many different areas of Playa. There are markets near by and tons of delicious food. We also felt very safe. We enjoyed coming home each evening after long days in the sun to the pool, AC and the rooftop breeze. We didn’t want to leave! Manoli was quickly attentive to all our needs, vey friendly, and easy to communicate with. We will be back!

The apartment is very private, it allowed us to be at peace and safe, everything was as published and offered by the host, it is a very complete apartment. The terrace was divine and had a beautiful view at sunset. My only observation would be that the cleaning was done with too much vinegar and about 2 days passed and the house still had a very strong smell, but it is understood that it is due to cleaning issues 🙂

What a gem this place is! Everything was as described , near groceries , restaurants and of course the beach. Personally I enjoyed the terrace with the little jungle and absolute privacy. Would definitely come back. Keep the good job Laurie !

I had a great stay for my second time in playacar. Having access to the bikes was great as it made getting to the reef hotel and playa del Carmen that much easier! I thoroughly enjoyed using the beach at the reef as well as the pool at the complex. It is very close to several restaurants and stores. Great value for money!

Everything is really just like the photos, fully equipped even in the smallest details, they make you want to come back

The rooftop pool was the absolute gem of the stay for us. Concierge staff lovely and helpful especially for English only speaking guests. We missed having a tv in the living room (only in bedrooms). View from windows of mangrove area so very private and cool. Two streets off Calle5 with restaurants, and easy to walk a few more blocks to more local restaurants. It was hard to leave!

We stayed two weeks with our 1 year old. The place was perfect for our stay. Great location, walking distance to the beach, 5th St. and numerous restaurants. The place is a lot bigger than the pictures suggest. The internet was fast and never went down. The hosts were great and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking to stay in the area!
