Wonderful internet connection, steps from the beach, includes a bicycle to enjoy the private sandy beach road behind the house & explore the town. I highly recommend and would love to be back again!

A very nice place, I would go again, if you want to go to a restaurant you can go to Progreso or Telchac, there are some pizzas nearby. (by car). You have everything to cook and store your food. Trola for the bathrooms and for the swimming pool and the sea, 2 beach chairs and 2 beds. The sea is quiet and you can walk and walk and it always comes to your knee. Highly recommended

Absolutely beautiful property and an incredible location if you are looking for something away from the crowds. Jorge was commutative and responded quickly to any questions that came up. Would certainly stay again... only longer.. 1 week went by so fast.

the view at this place is jaw dropping. it was the perfect beach getaway with our pups. AC worked well in the bedrooms, everything was clean (with a pleasantly surprising lack of bugs!), and water jugs were available for our stay. Our trip was meant to get away and unplug, but if you're considering this for a "working vacation," know that the Internet was only sporadically available. This is not uncommon for remote locations in MX, so if you really need Internet, find a place with Starlink. but really... who wants to work with views like this?? :)

The apartment was clean and the kitchen was well appointed. The sound of the ocean and the great ocean breeze lulled us to sleep each night. The town is not touristy, which we loved, but with a few restaurant choices and the grocery stores we were all set. We wished we had rented a car to get around more easily but it was a great trip.

The location was perfect. The house sits on a main road but has private parking that blocks any heavy noise that the road might bring. It is right on the sea with just a few steps down and you are directly on a sandy beach. The pool was clean and perfect for a quick dip to cool off. There was plenty of outdoor furniture that was comfortable and clean. The house was fantastic. It has 3 very large bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom, the other two share a bathroom. There were some very good details on how to operate everything in the house that ranged from how to hang a hammock to how to operate the on-demand hot water. There were plenty of items in the kitchen and everything we needed (although we didn't cook a dinner-time meal.) The bathrooms were clean with good water pressure and up to date. All the beds were comfortable and we all slept well. Christine and Sonja were instantly available and happy to offer suggestions and recommendations when we asked.

The pool and the cleanliness of the house is excellent. The regular beach. The host's attention is excellent and quick. The house is quite comfortable, the only thing missing is hot water in the showers.

Aidas is an excellent host who was always attentive, kind and willing to resolve any questions and needs before and during our one-week family stay. The house comes with everything you need to have a comfortable and pleasant stay located in a quiet residential area of the coast that allows you to rest if you are looking to escape the crowds. The beach is spectacular, as it is a healthy low-height sea with a calm wave that allows safe swimming for children and adults. It is ideal to arrive by car to get around to do your shopping, there are convenience stores less than 5 kilometers away and supermarkets 20 minutes away, likewise this makes it easy to get to know other villages, beaches, archaeological areas and ecological reserves nearby.

We loved the house, we were able to share very rich as a family, it is spacious, comfortable, well equipped and the best is the beach, very quiet, clean, little swell, pleasant temperature and in front of the house. The recommendation is to enjoy the house to the fullest because the experience is wonderful. Thank you very much

Excellent house in front of the sea. Easy access and easily accessible. It has good speed WiFi for any need, screens in the rooms, the living room at ease, the view and spectacular beach. Marilu is an excellent person, always in touch and helping. We will definitely be back.

Accommodation and host are exceptional! About the accommodation: It is on the beach side and you have everything to spend time in the house, privacy in each bedroom as each has its own bathroom, private pool and the beach just a few steps away. Although it is a secluded area it is quiet and I found it safe, there are nearby establishments (between 5 and 10 minutes by car) such as Oxxo, super and shops but definitely to which you have to move by car. In the house you will find towels, paper, soap, and water jar, they seemed to me very valuable details The stay was magical the last night we could see sea turtles About the host: Since before renting Juan Carlos answered all my doubts, on my arrival he gave me all the instructions as well as recommendations on places to eat At my departure it was very flexible and I make sure our stay was satisfactory, we also forgot some items and the kindly had the availability to return them

GREAT STAY! It is very peaceful place. The place is completely worth the place because of the location, the view. It has all the equipment of a house that is needed for a good stay. Sofía always answered my questions and that left me quiet. I would definitely go again.

Stayed for 7 nights. The house and property are vey nice, stylish and well-equipped. Steps to the beach, warm ocean and beautiful views from inside and outside the house made it worth the trip. Pool is small, but the courtyard area around the pool is nice, unique and private. Baphu was highly responsive and very helpful. He's a conscientious host. The town of Chuburná is casual, beachy and a nice place to be in the Yucatan. Was always nice to return to after a day trip. The main drawback, however, was the town's unreliable power. We lost electricity intermittently for three of the days-nights and had to run and tend to a generator. Overall, we were happy with the stay.
