It is a great property, simply decorated and yet with everything you need. The house is spacious, its three rooms have good bathrooms and comfortable beds and the AC works well (only in the three rooms, not in the common areas, which is a bit tough on hot days). The house is off the beaten track and at the same time only 4 minutes away from a beautiful beach and 100m away from a convenience store. We had a great time and would happily recommend this unique house in Holbox!

An Unforgettable Experience! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful house hosted by Sonia and Rene, and I can honestly say that this was one of the best travel experiences I've ever had. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Sonia, Rene and their exceptional staff, who went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home. The property itself is stunning. It is beautifully decorated, providing a perfect blend of comfort and style. Every room was immaculate and thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities we could possibly need. The location was ideal, offering breathtaking views and easy access to local attractions. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Rene and Sonia for being such wonderful hosts. Their attention to detail and willingness to help made our stay truly special. They were always available to provide suggestions and recommendations for our trip. And a special thank you to our Chef Rangel by far best chef I’ve had in all my trips.

Everything was great from before we arrived until we left, the apartment was very nice, close to several places and the beach. Just to mention one point of opportunity, the living room sofa is already worn out and somewhat dirty, however, it's nothing that affects the overall experience.

I don't gave the words for how wonderful it was to stay in this home! So comfortable, beautiful and peaceful. The hosts were incredible, helping with any request! I absolutely loved our stay here and dream of returning ❤️

Our family of four had an amazing stay at Casa Giraluna, thanks in large part to Carlos and Mercedes’ warm and generous hospitality. They provided us with numerous recommendations and we thoroughly enjoyed our time exploring Isla Holbox. Casa Giraluna’s artwork, mobiles and view were the icing on the cake. The house had all the amenities we needed and more and plenty of space to relax after a day exploring and enjoying the beach. Also recommend visiting Mercedes’ Arte Cafe in Solferino on the way to or from Holbox.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The apartment itself was clean and modern. The outside area with private pool was bigger and more luxurious than imagined (with spectacular views over the beach) We were appointed a personal concierge (the lovely Karina) - she was so helpful and friendly during our stay. Specifically she helped organise taxis and provided lots of recommendations. She even babysat our kids one night so me and my husband could enjoy an evening out! Unluckily there had been some flooding in the area just before we arrived, which made some of the nearby roads inaccessible. However, Karina helped organise taxis for us and we were also able to walk along the lovely beachfront. Next time we are in Holbox, we will be choosing to stay here!

great place, close to the beach. bones make a quick run to the store a breeze. kids loved the pool. would definitely stay here again.

Peru was a really nice host who was always there to help us with recommendations and tips. The AirBnB was super pretty and it really felt like home! Isla Holbox itself was a beautiful place and we would definitely go here again for the accommodation :)
