Separate entrance and eating area with kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge. Simple breakfast provided. Safe parking. Bench and Picnic table. Perfect for a relaxing break.

Cartref is a mid terraced stone built cottage. The accommodation consists of two bedrooms, each with a double bed, a large comfortable lounge with a small dining area, a fully fitted kitchen.Check in after 3pm,check out before 11am. Unfortunately we do not allow pets in the cottage.There is on street parking outside the cottage but is on a first come basis.If you arrive and no parking just put a note on windscreen to say you are in the cottage with arch over front door .

The Sage Hut - safe, private, warm and cosy

The Sage Hut is a traditional well-insulated structure set on a sturdy all-metal chassis and wheels. Double glazed windows are new this year making it even more warm and cosy. It enjoys lovely views to the south with its own peaceful small yard/garden and private car parking space. It enjoys mains electricity, hot and cold water; the shower/loo is approx 25m away . There is a guest fridge and microwave in the stable block. The woodburning stove is highly efficient.

Self contained annexe, Hay on Wye

This self-contained studio is the perfect location for cycling, canoeing, gliding, horse riding, fishing, wild swimming, and exploring the Black Mountains, Brecon Beacons and Wye Valley. A footpath at the door, with just a 5 min walk to the river and approx. 1 mile to the Offa's Dyke path which takes you to Hay Bluff. Very pleasant footpath/ bike route to the town . Bike storage on request, CCTV cameras on premises and free car park space provided.

Cwrt Nwylon, private accommodation

Located very close to The Brecon Canal and theatre, 5 min level walk to Brecon town. Cwrt Nwylon is a private annex, en-suite bedroom with king size bed, lounge, dining area and kitchenette with tea, coffee making facilities, microwave . We live on site, so can help if required! we also have a small dog called Bella. The area is ideal for people who enjoy all types of county pursuits or just want to relax.
