We had a lovely stay at Diana’s and would definitely stay again. Nothing was too much trouble, Hythe village is walkable and the apartment was lovely - extremely well appointed and even better than the photos.

We stayed for three nights over half term. The photos don’t quite do this place justice - I’m not exactly an architectural connoisseur but the place is stunningly designed with bifold doors straight onto the beach and a fire with ‘floating chimney’ visible from 360 degrees in the living area. Jo was an amazing host and showed us around personally, as well as supplying a very nice welcome pack and ample firewood! Whilst being right on the beach, this always felt like a very peaceful location. We enjoyed being able to do a bit of beach combing from the door as well as walk to the nearby nature reserve. Also had a very nice day out at West Wittering which is a relatively short drive. The weather was mixed during our stay (it was February!), but this the place is equally well equipped for a bracing walk followed by time by the log fire and more sunny days. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a short break by the sea.

Enjoyed staying here and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Well equipped high quality kitchen, 2 floor apartment which is nice. Great private parking, Waitrose or M&S across the road, lovely pubs and shops on your doorstep.

The caravan had everything we needed and was really well stocked. Perfect play to stay with our dog and very reasonable priced. It was sited in a lovely peaceful part of the park with bridle paths accessed easily nearby. Excellent communication with Emily, and we were even able to check in early which was fab. A characterful and charming cottage in a brilliant location. Lots to see and do and good places to eat in the locality. Kerry was very responsive in answering any queries. The cottage layout was perfect for our needs and had very comfortable beds and furniture. Good wifi. Tesco and Co-op 2 mins away for supplies together with an excellent bakery and butcher. Lovely walks and cycle rides on the doorstep, we hired bikes from the hire shop by the station. We also enjoyed the great selection of board games. A small suggestion that a guest information folder would be a great addition with information about the appliances, heating etc. We would definitely return

We had an amazing stay here! The house was beautiful, clean, and super comfortable. Mr. Rob was really responsive and helpful. There was an issue with a false carbon monoxide alarm, but he handled it quickly and even got a friend to come check things out. The bus stop is just 2 minutes away, and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely stay here again if we visit the UK in the future!

We had a lovely two night stay at the cottage. It was an ideal base for us to explore the island. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed. Comfy beds and the bathroom was amazing! Tracey and Geoff were very kind, welcoming and responsive. Would definitely recommend. Thank you.

Lovely place to stay, really easy to get into town. Very clean and thoughtfully decorated. Lots of nice touches including eggs from their chickens, toiletries & board games. Felt very homely & not too cramped, even with 5 of us staying. Hosts were really friendly and accommodating. 100% recommend!

A really great house for our New Forest visit. Managed a couple of very enjoyable gravel bike rides along the coast and through the forest. This is a great base for exploring the forest.

I had a great time at this place with my 3 friends and my dog. Beautiful and quiet surroundings. Friendly village and lots of great Restaurants like the Royal Oak and the Lion’s Den. The house was clean and I love the decorations. Mark kept in touch and left some goodies too.

The flat was perfect for our visit. Especially the railway station in easy walking distance. Spotless with everything you would need. Will definitely return when the occasion arrives. It is an annual visit for us. Great to be on one level as two people have walking difficulties. Private parking. Great stay, thank you very much.

We had a wonderful time staying at Eastern Lee. Great base to explore the island and relax in after a long day. Was as described and photos accurate. Hosts provided clear instructions and responded to questions. We would definately recommend to fa.ily or friends! Thanks for a great stay 😊

A charming home in a very beautiful and peaceful village, with easy access to the motorway and to both Southampton. Major supermarket a 10 min drive away, walkable pub (1/2 mile) and the historic town of Romsey just 15 mins away. The home was nicely furnished (they even decorated for Christmas for us), very clean and comfortable, and a breakfast pack had been provided to get us started. The bedrooms are all a good size but note that only the master has a queen bed, the others are all full and several are very low. Also the dining table only has 6 main chairs, with a couple of folding chairs it was full with 8 people. The kitchen is well equipped and the new fridge/freezer has a water dispenser and ice maker (great for those used to American style fridges). Jennine was highly responsive and friendly and likes to meet their guests on arrival. Would highly recommend and stay again.

The apartment was warm & comfortable, but has many windows which can be opened to get the breeze, plus the patio is quiet & nice to sit out on. The off street parking was very convenient. A 2nd toilet is always useful. It's within walking distance from great pubs & restaurants. The main smart Sony TV in the lounge is quite a few years old & therefore doesn't have many apps...Netflix, YouTube & BBC iPlayer were the only ones that are relevant...I tried to add ITVX & some others, but there is no way to do this. Also, you can't properly cast to this TV with a phone or tablet as the TV doesn't support this feature. You simply have the basic Freeview channels for live TV. The hot water pressure is very strong, but as I like a long shower, the hot water didn't quite last as long as I'd hoped & I had to have much shorter showers on the remaining days here. A negative! The house was far bigger than we expected, which is always welcome. Not the cheapest, but fair value for money.

Little Ridge was absolutely perfect for our mini break. It was a lovely and cosy place to stay with everything we needed. We enjoyed using the patio area and the village and sea are very close by. Milford on Sea is a super little village with great walks along the coast or to Hurst Castle. Highly recommended and we hope to stay again!

Had a lovely Easter break, George welcomed us to his lovely property, great location few minutes walk to the beach and shops, with the benefit of a quiet residential area. The property was just like the pictures, the enclosed garden with a hot tub was a real highlight for all three generations, together with ground floor bedrooms. George was quick to respond and provide help when needed.

Andy & Rosie are great hosts, very friendly & approachable but also, very respectful of your privacy. Little Fisher Farm is set within a very quiet, peaceful rural setting, & the sunsets from the private patio are a sight to behold…absolutely breathtaking! The lodge is stocked with everything you could possibly need for a very comfortable stay. Comfy bed, all breakfast essentials supplied & a lovely hamper of goodies to snack away on…not forgetting the complementary bottle of vino to pour up & sip whilst watching those magical sunsets! The hot tub was an added extra that we paid to enjoy & we’re so glad we did! It was great to come back to after a day exploring the beautiful area of West Sussex.

Had an amazing little break with my dog. Exactly what i needed, so beautiful and peaceful. We went on a lot of country walks and enjoyed the sunset in the evenings. My only suggestion would be to block the decking off with a gate on every access/stairway so the dogs can have roaming of decking freely. I did not realise until i arrived that they expected the dogs to be on a lead at all times and not allowed on furniture etc. It is only a small place and I do not own a long lead for my dog or expect my dog to be tied up for long periods at a time when we are away to enjoy ourselves. To avoid them running off into the field these gates in place would be ideal so you can turn your back for more than 2 mins instead of worrying. Besides from this and a brief power cut, everything was amazing and i would certainly return! Thanks so much for having us. The pictures speak for themselves!

What a wonderful place to stay. The peace I sought was found, the relaxation that was so much needed was there and very much welcomed. Days spent walking in the New Forest were finished with a chilled glass of wine in the hot tub that was tended daily by a really lovely chap. The lodge was spacious, clean and comfortable with the basics of equipment there for your use, which is helpful. The whole experience is one I shall repeat and have already begun to tell others to check it out too

We had a great stay over new years. We were two small families and found the space to be ideal. We ate at the local pub twice during our stay which served good quality food. It was a nice break

We loved our stay in the Annex. It was very cozy and the grounds were beautiful with lots to do. We brought our dog with us and he loved the fenced paddock and field across the road. Our daughter loved the kids play area and we also had great fun on the massive trampoline! Runner ducks and peacocks in the garden! Winchester was a 20 min drive. All-in-all a brilliant few days!
