Monthly Rentals in Palm Valley

Hard to find a pleasant place in Ponte Vedra when I visit my aging mother that is not an over-priced room in depressing resort. I know it's a wealthy enclave that people like -- it's all just not to my taste. I usually stay in old parts of St. Augustine or spots like Mayport. Peter's place was a nice nearby escape.

The condo was very cozy and the beds were super comfortable. Location was awesome. Short walk to the beach. Our favorite part was having the bikes to explore the area. Laura was very responsive and great to work with. Highly recommend staying here. We would absolutely stay here again.

Stuart and Elizabeth’s place was the perfect location to stay in Jacksonville. It was a mile from my family and all shopping centers and restaurants are right down the road. I will definitely keep this place in mind when visiting in the future.
