Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Palm Valley

We were so happy to find this Airbnb as I recently broke my ankle. Being unable to bear weight this home was perfect for us as we just had to navigate one step to get into the home. Our hosts were very friendly and responsive to our questions. The home was perfect for us with a full washer and dryer, office space and very comfortable beds! Each bedroom has a TV so everyone could be in their own space to relax. We will definitely be back when we are in the area!

April's home was our home away from home while visiting family in Jacksonville. We had plenty of room for all of us to visit, plenty of seating to have dinner. The grandsons had lots of room to play. I love when an Airbnb (such as April's) has everything you need in a kitchen and I don't have to go out and buy kitchen supplies. Providing my son-in-law doesn't get another job transfer, we will be back to stay at April's!

Extremely satisfied, with everything in the house

We had a forced mini vacation, due to hurricane Milton. We enjoyed our stay. The house is in a great location, not far from the main attraction. which we enjoyed after the hurricane had passed. thank you Kayla!

She was amazing and went above and beyond for us if we encountered any issues. Highly recommend her for anyone looking to stay in the st Augustine area.

Had an amazing stay for the Gators game weekend! The host went above and beyond by leaving a personalized welcome message and a selection of snacks, which was such a thoughtful touch. The home was clean, comfortable, and perfectly set up for a relaxing visit. The host was incredibly responsive and understanding, making sure our stay was seamless from start to finish. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area—especially if you’re in town for a game!

Cali our Catahoula, Cinch our blue heeler, Happy our mighty mutt, my husband and I enjoyed our stay at Ashley’s place! We loved how pet friendly the home was. It is a quick hop to downtown and great restaurants! We would definitely stay again :)

We stayed here for two nights and had a great time! Valerie's place made it easy to walk to the Christmas lights and all that St. Augustine had to offer. The apartment was clean and comfortable. My daughter adored the stuffed alligators on the beds and slept with them each night. We would definitely stay here again!

This is our second stay here and it’s always perfect. The location is wonderful, price is right and the check in and our process was super simple.

This cozy hidden gem is amazing for a family who wants to be near all the amenities but not assaulted by lights, noise and hotels. Super quiet, private neighborhood with a secluded backyard and unbelievable access to a quiet beach. We had a wonderful experience.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Great location, close to restaurants and the beach. Affordable Uber ride to downtown. House was perfect size had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable, would stay here again

We didn’t know that there would be an event when we checked in, thankfully the location provided parking off street and we were able to easily check in and bring our luggage in without any hassle. There is even a built walkway to travel on from the parking space. Everything is very well thought out.

The Airbnb was in a perfect location, only a 10 minute walk to downtown and minutes away from the San Sebastian winery! The check in process was easy and seamless. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to visit St. Augustine.

The stay was amazing me and my girlfriend had an amazing time felt right at home. My only complaint was that I asked for balloons for my anniversary and walked in to happy birthday balloons😂. Me and my girlfriend found it funny so it wasn’t that bad. Overall 10/10 would definitely book again

The location was perfect! Steps from the beach - we arrived to cold weather but we still walked the beach and pier and watched a surf competition. The apt is a little dated but so sweet, with beach decor and the most comfortable beds of our two week stay in Florida. Nicole was gracious in allowing our son to check in very early as he arrived ahead of us. It had everything we could have needed.

Loved our stay! The view from the balcony is unbeatable!!!!! We got to watch every sunrise and sunset, and the last full moon of 2024 glistening on the ocean. These views are also visible from the main bedroom. Proximity to the beach could not be better. Easy and quick. My husband swam and body surfed almost every day…even in December, and we enjoyed long beach walks daily. Beach chairs and an umbrella available. Condo was comfortable and spacious. Mattresses, linens and towels were good. Had everything we needed for self catering, which we did 50% of the time, even though the appliances, pots and crockery are a little outdated. Hosts were SUPER communicative. We love St Augustine and visit every year. We will definitely be returning to this condo if available, we enjoyed it so much. BTW if you want the best fish and chips IN THE WORLD you have to go to Mango Mangoes. It’s very close to the condo, walking distance if you are able.

Great place! We were able to walk to restaurants and grab some drinks at the gas station across the street before going to the beach! Short walk to the ocean was 100% worth it. Thanks Todd!

Spotless beach side studio, large bath, well stocked, with beach chairs and toys. gated and secure. I was able to cut thru Sawgrass CC once I had my temp parking pass. (saves time going to dinner/shopping). beach access, with shower at the sand. excellent. 2 beds w/ pull out sofa.

Absolutely amazing stay. Condo was clean, condo was clean, comfortable and decorated super cute! Very attentive hosts with great information. We will definitely be back. Such a great weekend

We enjoyed our time at the apartment and would love to come again. The location was excellent, right by the beach and pool, and the apartment was comfortable and looked exactly like the pictures. Check in was easy and communication with the host was excellent, thank you!
