We loved staying at hectors home! Everything was clean and well taken care of. He also offered everything you would need down to kitchen supplies, normal bathroom essentials, and extra blankets pillows and bathroom linens. He made sure we got in okay and that everything was going well periodically throughout our stay! We definitely recommend you stay here!

If we could do it, I'd say 10 stars ! Like at home. Everything you need, and Erin and David was so friendly! We will back again!!

Actually we were very satisfied with the apartment. Tracy was very nice and responded fast. The apartment was nice and in a very ice location. Even though it was located directly on A1A, it was quiet. Tracy takes really good care of her guests. Everything was prepared for our stay. The kitchen was equipped with everything you normally need. Also Tracy prepared two small bags with sweets and soaps. Very nice. The apartment itself could need a few repairs though. But nothing major. The building itself is not the newest and an add. layer of paint seem to be the solution for everthing. The gym is in a very bad condition (rusty devices and in a no window basement room) So don't expect to much from it. But who needs a treadmill when one can use the beach just on the other side of the street. So we'd recommend this place 100%.

Joyce was our primary contact and was always responsive. She took care of any issues, which were few. The location was perfect for anyone who enjoys nature and it has many options for walking, hiking and biking. The closest beach is a short drive away. There are nice restaurants at European Village and the surrounding area, especially on A1A North towards St. Augustine. The unit was perfect for two people and was well-equipped. There are several evenings that have live music and a farmer’s market on Sundays with fresh produce and many vendors selling a wide array of unique products and services. We enjoyed our two-month stay and plan to return in the future.
