Vacation rentals with beach access in Palm Coast

Beautiful spot on the beach! Great location and nicely laid out space with everything we needed and great communication. Definitely recommend and we hope to return.

This place was a real find. The quiet location in Butler Beach can't be beat. Because the area is all residential, the beaches are very quiet and peaceful. No high rises or hotels, so sometimes we were the only ones on the beach. The house has a view of the water, and it only takes 5 minutes to walk over to the beach access point. The house itself is all we needed: nice porches to sit on, spacious, well-equipped kitchen, and spotlessly clean! I've never seen a beach house so clean. The owners are super responsive too. When we had a small maintenance issue at check in, they were at the house in less than an hour to take care of it personally. Such nice people. We would highly recommend this rental, and we hope to come back again ourselves!

The house was great and looked just like the photos! It was very well stocked and had everything we needed. Heidi was very responsive when we had questions. We loved how close we were to the beach and the provided beach chairs, umbrella, etc were fantastic! We also really appreciated the provided streaming services - it was great to be able to watch Hulu without having to sign in to our account and switch our location. The local coffee shop was within walking distance and had great coffee and pastries, and the Publix was very convenient for picking up basics. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Heidi’s place!

We were very happy with our stay...unbeatable location and value for us. Catherine was willing to let us check in a couple of hours early. We had a bit of a hiccup getting in the front gate but Catherine was readily available to help us and the rest of our stay was great. I'm hopeful we can schedule another stay next year.

Clay was the nicest Airbnb host our family has ever had. He was super friendly and made great local restaurant suggestions for us. The rental was clean, had plenty of extra linens/towels, kitchen supplies and was a short walk to beach access. The neighborhood was very nice and we felt very safe to take family walks in the evenings.

Angela is a very thoughtful host. The apartment was well stocked, including with beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and even beach toys for kids. Everything is very clearly labeled, including light switches. We appreciated the ability to bring our pet. You absolutely cannot beat this location. It’s quite literally in the dunes, steps from the water. We saw gopher turtles burrowing in the dunes. One thing that would make this listing absolutely perfect and a repeat go-to for visits to St. Augustine would be if the sliding glass doors were clear and replaced (the ones in the bedroom do not open, which is disclosed in the listing, and the ones in the living room are hard to open; the glass doors on both sets are very cloudy; they are not dirty…they’re just sea swept and thus permanently filmy). Overall, a terrific location and a great host!

My partner and I really enjoyed Stan's place. It was very clean, nicely decorated and clutter free. It is above Zaba's coffee. We stopped into Zaba's each morning for breakfast and coffee, and the quirky place and warm proprietors added to the fun atmosphere. There were no noise issues with Zaba's (or otherwise). There are several fun beach restaurants just a few steps from Stan's and, of course, the beach itself just a block away. Definitely recommend for an enjoyable (and romantic) beach getaway.

This place has a beautiful view, very clean and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need, free wifi. A bonus is filtered water from the fridge. The host is very responsive and helpful. I 100 percent recommend this place. I would love to come back when the weather is warmer. The only thing that I didn’t like was check out time being 10 am . I feel like 11 would be more appropriate . This place feels like a home away from home.

Really great time! We brought our dogs for the spring break weekend. Super close to the strip of restaurants on the beach. Was a little pricey? But it’s spring break so I understand. Would definitely stay again in the future. There were guests upstairs, you can hear them walk around so that was the only complaint. They had a party one of the nights so it was pretty loud , but again, it’s spring break in Florida. Totally understandable. We spent most of our time out and about, so we didn’t mind too much. Love the New Smyrna area ✌🏼

We loved everything about our stay! We were traveling with two young kids, and the house had everything we needed and more. Really appreciated the wagon and all the beach toys and extra towels, and how easy it was to walk to the beach. Julie was so responsive to questions, and you can just tell she cares about the comfort of her guests. When we come back to Crescent Beach, we will definitely stay here again!

Our family of 8 stayed 4 nights during my niece’s wedding weekend. The house is spacious and met the needs of my parents and my adult sons & their wives. The house is a short block from the beach with direct access onto the sand. It is close to great restaurants. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Sherri was very communicative with quick responses. We will definitely be back!

Maia was fantastic! Went wayyy above and beyond for our Birthday & Anniversary weekend celebration. Great home with amazing spaces, patio, fire pit, hot tub & private walk way to the beach. Can’t wait to rent again!!

Melissa’s place was perfect for our stay. Getting in was a little bit frustrating…we had 4 adults and a t separate times all had trouble with the keyless entry. The decor was adorable, beds comfy and plenty of seating inside and out. My husband noted the deep fryer wasn’t clean but we didn’t need it anyway. And very occasionally in the master bed I would get a whiff of musty air. But, all in all it met expectations and was a comfortable, welcoming and affordable place to stay. Thanks Melissa!

Excellent location, location, location! Diego was extremely communicative and responsive. Clean and nice fenced backyard for our dogs. We will stay again!

We had another great vacation at Xue's. We thoroughly enjoyed the beach, and Xue was amazing as always with helping us out with questions and recommendations and such. This home was perfect for our stay. We were able to walk to the beach, it was a 15 minute drive to St. Augustine, and there were 2 parks South on route A1A that we were able to visit. The house was very comfortable and spacious enough for 4 people. We ate lunches at the table on the side deck. I would recommend taking wash clothes if you use them and chairs for the back yard. We really enjoyed watching the birds at low tide in the canal out back. Overall, a great stay!

We loved our time here. It’s spotless, incredibly comfortable and the best views. Absolutely perfect location and set up.

If you want an ocean view (and a sunrise AND moonrise!) and to be steps away from the beach, this is your place! For me, waking up and seeing the ocean is soothing and sipping coffee on this deck while experiencing the ocean was perfection. Once you are ready to hit the beach, you walk down the stairs and wa-la, there it is! If you forget something, no worries-- your place is only a few minutes away! It was so nice not to have to lug all the beach stuff and then worry about where we'd find a restroom. Nope-- it's all right there at this place! In addition to the beach, there is a pool and many hot tubs. I'm particular about my hot tubs, but this one did not disappoint. They kept it hot enough to relax those sore spots. We did rent a car and the drive to downtown is about 15 minutes and super easy. We Ubered one night and that was easy. I had a few questions for Butch during our stay and he responded immediately. Recycle in town. Butch will send you the link. Grocery is 2 miles away.

We have stayed in Chris' condo for 4 years..enjoyed very stay . condo is equipped with everything you could need or want ...always clean and filled with owner pride...view from balcony is second to none..over these years we have noticed the entire complex has been well maintained..close to St Augustine historic area..they fire the cannons on weekends!..and outlet mall...enjoy eating at seafood kitchen..get the seafood platter for 2! ..good communication and Chris is always quick to respond..thanks Chris for letting us stay in your condo ..or your little piece or paradise...

The location was right on the steps of Daytona Beach and conveniently located near stores and restaraunts walking distance. Kelly was super communicative and helpful and the whole trip went smoothly. I appreciated the sun hats and beach paraphernalia in the place. Also the fully stocked toiletries. All in all a great stay. On a side note the elevator was not working the whole time we were there which didn’t bother me but for someone physically impaired you have to climb stairs and walk a bit to get to the place. This is March 15 and I’m sure elevator is working by now. This does not affect my rating of the stay in any way. I highly recommend!

An absolutely perfect place to stay. I loved the quick walk to the beach, and the condo was adorable!

Great apartment, close to one pool and only 5 min walking to the beach. The complex even has 2 pools one being closer to the beach where we have been mostly alone during our stay. The apartment was extremely clean and the kitchen was well equipped. the apartment is on the street side but we did not hear anything inside, but on the balcony which was fine for us. AC and fans in the living and bedroom. All in all we had an amazing time here!

We were celebrating a birthday and the host left a little birthday decor. We asked to check out an hour later and they were flexible. We enjoyed.

We had a small leak in the shower. I texted Michelle. She responded quickly and had it fixed ASAP. The condo was perfect for the 2 of us. The bed was very comfortable. The view was spectacular. We enjoyed time on the balcony soaking in the ocean in addition to time on the beach. We will definitely be back.
