Cutest Airbnb ever!! It was so spacious and clean and the backyard is perfect. Not to mention the beds were so comfy. This place is just a short 5 minute drive to downtown and there was a cafe across the street that was 10/10. Would absolutely stay again!!

Our stay was a really great experience. The location is unbeatable—very walkable and safe, perfect for exploring all the nearby points of interest in Saint Augustine. The bed was incredibly comfortable, giving us perfect nights of rest after full days of activities. Additionally, communication with Huyen was excellent. She was always attentive to our questions, responded quickly, and was very kind. Without a doubt, this is a place we would highly recommend and return to in the future.

Cesar went above and beyond in answering questions and accommodating our changes. The home was better than the pictures, clean and smelled fresh. We had plenty of room go spread out and gave my son a nice break away from campus. The neighborhood was impacted by hurricane Milton a few weeks ago, however the surrounding community did a great job of cleaning up and only evidence we saw was the branches nearly placed curbside for town pick up. Would stay here again on a future visit.

We had a great stay in Ormond Beach for a family friend bachelor party (6 people). Key highlights of this AirBNB were: quiet neighborhood, walkable to a not crowded beach, vast array of beach-related accessories (wagon, skim boards, boogie boards, many beach chairs, coolers), good-working air conditioning, grill outside. Above all, we experienced excellent communication with Jessica. She was immediately responsive and very flexible with our arrival and departure needs. Highly recommend this AirBNB if you are seeking a chill getaway at the beach in Daytona area.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was peaceful and beautiful! You can see the beach from the balcony, couch, and bed. Also if you crack the patio door at night you get a nice cool breeze and you can hear the ocean. Truly a magical experience staying there! We’ll definitely be back again!

Location was excellent. We stayed one night to see the Christmas Boats Parade. We discovered we could see the boats from the local bridge a few blocks away instead of waiting for a hour in the downtown crowds.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Natalia’s place! Everything was so beautiful and clean. We really felt right at home here. Our favorite part was the bedroom with the Juliet balcony, you could hear the atlantic ocean waves from it! We were located so close to everything, including the downtown area and all the different experiences to see here. I’ll be recommending staying here to anyone I know coming to St. Augustine!

Really enjoyed our stay at Apothecary. The location is perfect, the street is pretty, quiet, and in 10 minutes you can walk to the historic district. The apartment was exactly as pictured. Do not let the downstairs kitchen discourage you! We honestly didn't miss having that on the same floor. That being said, the very top step is a bit creaky so if you're trying to SNEAK downstairs in the night ... LOL. The fridge is roomy and the other appliances are very nice - especially the coffee maker! The biggest plus? Bringing our doggo that does not fit the "25 lbs or less" restriction we found with many Pet Friendly rentals. With that in mind, the back yard is fenced but small, and has pea gravel covering. Not really an issue for us, but just an FYI. Last but not least, Jason and Berna were great hosts. Always very pleasant, very responsive when we had questions or needed help with anything. We would definitely rent this residence again!

This was the perfect space for a quick overnight. We took our engagement pictures at the Ponce Inlet, went out to eat to the garlic, which was five minutes down the road, and came back and spent the night and woke up in the morning and went home. The outside is absolutely beautiful. The inside is quaint and has a vintage beach house feel to it. I loved it.

What a great old school Florida apartment! So charmingly decorated. The shower is absolutely amazing! I love all the helpful notes in the house. The kitchen is well stocked. There was a spot right across the street to access the beach. At first glance, the neighborhood can appear sketchy but the apartment is literally across from the Police Station and at one point there was even a cruiser parked next to my car in the parking lot. I loved that it's above a small restaurant. We had burgers, calzone and fried shrimp, later on - Hersheys Ice Cream, and we all were happy with what we got. Prices are great. The street is noisy but it's Daytona Beach, there's always noise. My parents had the window ac to drown out the noise and I played white noise on my phone so we all slept great. I absolutely loved this charming apartment and would gladly stay again! Thanks Bill!

We didn’t know that there would be an event when we checked in, thankfully the location provided parking off street and we were able to easily check in and bring our luggage in without any hassle. There is even a built walkway to travel on from the parking space. Everything is very well thought out.

Loved our stay! The view from the balcony is unbeatable!!!!! We got to watch every sunrise and sunset, and the last full moon of 2024 glistening on the ocean. These views are also visible from the main bedroom. Proximity to the beach could not be better. Easy and quick. My husband swam and body surfed almost every day…even in December, and we enjoyed long beach walks daily. Beach chairs and an umbrella available. Condo was comfortable and spacious. Mattresses, linens and towels were good. Had everything we needed for self catering, which we did 50% of the time, even though the appliances, pots and crockery are a little outdated. Hosts were SUPER communicative. We love St Augustine and visit every year. We will definitely be returning to this condo if available, we enjoyed it so much. BTW if you want the best fish and chips IN THE WORLD you have to go to Mango Mangoes. It’s very close to the condo, walking distance if you are able.

Needed a place to stay while visiting my parents, who live in a local assisted living. Todd’s place was convenient, clean, pool was beautiful although it closes at dusk (no fault to Todd but good to know) and easy access to the beach. Will definitely look to book here again in the future!
