went out there for a weekend with my wife and our pet Lillie. We had a great time. everything was as advertised. The home was cleaned and the location was perfect for us to go to the beach and walk to some restaurants. We will definitely consider coming back. Thank you Andres.

We really enjoyed our week stay and hope to return next year. Susan was a very responsive host and condo was comfy and nicely decorated with coastal decor. We especially loved the beautiful, private beach…well worth the walk!

Had a wonderful stay. The unit was comfortable and exactly as advertised. Convenient to Daytona Speedway and I-95, and close to Starlite Diner, a great old school diner for breakfast. Esther is a perfect host and easy to communicate with. In fact, I’m staying at another of her properties in February. I would definitely recommend.

We loved verything about our stay. Had a view of the ocean. Great restaurants within walking distance. It was beautiful.

We loved staying here! It was amazing to enjoy our morning coffee on the balcony, overlooking the ocean. We loved time on the beach and our kids were thankful for the skim boards and other beach toys that were provided. What an amazing weekend away for us!

We had a wonderful stay at the Anchor House! The location is ideal and is about a 3-min walk to the beach. The pool and lanai are lovely and my kids enjoyed being on the canal and fishing. We saw a manatee, some snakes, and other fun wildlife! The beds are comfy, and the couches (and giant tv) in the living room are great. Ponce Inlet is a cute town - our favorite restaurant was Hidden Treasure. We also did parasailing, which was a good time! I highly recommend the Anchor House - you can’t go wrong!

This place was just as advertised, affordable, and a great place to stay for a nice getaway. We would definitely stay here again!

Very comfortable, roomy and attractive accommodations. The venue was very quiet and scenic with the lake in the back yard. For our party it was very nice to have a dining table with eight places. Especially, regarding our full day activities away from the site, it was a great place to come back at the end the day to relax and get a good night's rest before the next day's activities. Unfortunately, we were not able to take advantage of the provided recreational aspects afforded with the accommodations.

Fabulous. Very clean house, very well stocked, and it’s hard to imagine a better or more dynamic view. The location is one-of-a-kind. The hosts are very responsive. Stay there if you can!

We really enjoyed staying at Dee’s place for Christmas that we are already discussing coming back for the summer! We didn’t think exactly how we were going to pull off a Christmas tree for Santa to bring presents to our 4yr old, but Dee informed us that they had an artificial tree with ornaments in the garage!! It was extremely easy to put up and take down. This house is in a great location, close enough for early fishing charters out of St. Augustine. Also surrounded by a good selection of golf courses to choose from. The house was very clean! We had zero issues during our stay. The pool was well heated and was able to keep up even with the very cold temperatures we had. The hot tub was very clean. We didn’t get to enjoy the pier and pond as much as we wanted due to the weather but any chance we did get out there was very enjoyable.

This was hands down one of the best stays we’ve had away from home. The house had everything, the pool was like bath water, and if you’re concerned about messaging the host about the hot tub, DON’T. They immediately responded and it was on in seconds. (It’s an insurance thing) The beds were so comfortable we didn’t want to get up & the view and feel from the poolside, speechless. The fully stocked kitchen and outdoor grill added another level of feeling like home. We only left the house to go out to eat once and then to get bait for fishing off the boat dock. We even canceled our plans to venture out because we were so comfortable we didn’t want to waste a moment there. The kids brought their game consoles but barely even touched them (I was shocked and pleased at the same time) To see my family so happy brought a calm over me that even my health apps noted the stress reduction. Only advice I have of this entire experience is, DON’T believe any negative reviews on this property prior.

House was amazing, very clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this home. Only issue was that we did pay to have the pool heated for 10 days, day 1 was amazing and very warm. After the first day pool did not stay warm and wasn’t enjoyable.

This property is peaceful and on a corner lot to provide the most privacy in the neighborhood. There was plenty of wildlife. Access to the river and Springs was easy, close, and inside a beautiful and private park. The house is spotless and updated. The hosts are wonderful. We can't wait to go back!

We have stayed in Chris' condo for 4 years..enjoyed very stay . condo is equipped with everything you could need or want ...always clean and filled with owner pride...view from balcony is second to none..over these years we have noticed the entire complex has been well maintained..close to St Augustine historic area..they fire the cannons on weekends!..and outlet mall...enjoy eating at seafood kitchen..get the seafood platter for 2! ..good communication and Chris is always quick to respond..thanks Chris for letting us stay in your condo ..or your little piece or paradise...

A slice of paradise! We spent 4 weeks here. Secure building, great location, good free parking, nice pool, sauna and exercise room. The pool was wonderful, and the beach is stunning. Grocery and wine stores under a 5 minute drive. 20 minute drives to 4 public golf courses. Apartment clean, and very comfortable. Great bed, shower and kitchen, highly recommend!

Very nice! The lanai helped make the living area look and feel much larger than it is. Very quiet and nice complex. Great view of the Indian river. The location is only minutes away from beach, parks, restaurants and stores.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The location was perfect—just a short, easy walk to a beautiful beach. The property itself was lovely, and the hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our entire visit. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable vacation. We were there for the IMsA Daytona race and the place felt like home when we came home each day!!! Lucas was very understanding of our late arrival due to delayed baggage and was able to accommodate us with a 1:30am check in. Lucas was very responsive and helpful before and during the stay!!! Will be booking this place again for 2026!!!
