Susana’s place is in the perfect location! Steps to the beach and close to lots of activities. Although there were some weather related issues, Susana was extremely responsive and had someone out right away to fix the problem. The house is older but has an old beach vibe. I felt right at home!

This place was wonderful for our beach trip! We loved the hot tub and back patio! It was so nice to be so close to the beach too! It was a wonderful place and we want to book a future trip here with more of our friends! Thank you!!

We had a great time at Martie’s home, it was exactly what we were looking for! It was in the perfect location and had all we could need. She was great at communicating with us on all of my many questions and even sent us a PDF of not only things correlating to the house but also recommendations for nearby restaurants and attractions. Ronnie and Marlo’s place was exactly what we needed! Located on a perfect road, with trees and good nature spot nearby to walk my dogs. Airbnb had a great porch and beds were super comfortable! The hosts were so helpful and friendly, responding quickly to anything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

So happy I booked this cute little villa, perfect for 2 adults and our 2 dogs. Clean space, super comfortable bed, and the patio was an added bonus. Quiet neighborhood nestled between the ocean and intracoastal within walking distance, and plenty of areas to walk the pups. Friendly host and easy communication. Thank you again! p.s. Señor tacos is a must for lunch or dinner if you are staying here.

Stayed for a week and landed during the hurricane and the host checked in with us following the flight to ensure we got in fine, offered lots of resources for hurricane prep, and was so pleasant the entire stay! The home was clean and well cared for, very conveniently located, and the couch and beds were very comfy! Will be staying here again!

The bungalow was perfect for our family's stay. Walking distance to a dog park and pet friendly. Walking distance to the cute downtown area of Sanford. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

This was our second stay with Claudia. We stayed in another of her listings last year. Just like their other home, we were extremely pleased with our accommodations. Claudia and Jose sent very helpful check-in and check-out information prior to us arriving. The house is super cute and very cozy. Decor is very fun, colorful and inviting, house was very clean, nice little screened porch to sit and enjoy the nice weather and very conveniently located to the shops, restaurants and bars. Only a very short walk from the home, yet the music and noise from the nearby entertainment could not be heard from inside the house. We would absolutely stay there again and would highly recommend Claudia and Jose’s listings to others looking for a place to stay in the downtown Sanford area! Wonderful hosts!!!

We really enjoyed the Mimosa Manor! We stayed for a little over a month and enjoyed the area. Took our dog on daily walks and felt safe doing so. Very conveniently walking distance to a Publix and many places to eat! Of course, close to the beach as well! Charlesie was very nice and welcoming! Replied fast and was very helpful!!! We enjoyed our stay!!
