This is hands down the nicest place I have stayed in Daytona over the years and we will be returning! Loie was so nice and helpful and made the whole experience extremely pleasant! Nick, the property manager was also super nice and helpful! I cannot praise them all enough! Gorgeous views from the balconies, every amenity you could possibly need, and super clean and well kept. We had a wonderful time during our stay. There were plenty of beds to accommodate our large group. We had some issues with the hot tub heating but the daily morning walks on the beach at sunrise were priceless! Excellent location, great restaurants close by, safe and cozy! We highly recommend!

Todd’s place was incredible! We’ll definitely be returning. It’s right on the beach, offering stunning sunrises every morning. We can spend the entire day relaxing on the beach, explore nearby restaurants, and enjoy various activities without ever having to leave the premises.

We had a fantastic weekend at this beach house! The home was clean, comfortable, and just steps from the sand. The owner was incredibly responsive—we requested additional blankets, and they provided them right away. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

This place was exactly like the photos and the description. Everything was great, easy walk to the beach and several restaurants/bars less than 4 miles away. It was peaceful and the neighbors were super nice to us. We had everything we needed right at this home, including amenities for the beach which was awesome. Best Airbnb I have ever stayed in!

Fantastic accommodations for our family spring break trip! We truly enjoyed having so many options to entertain ourselves at the house plus walkable to get out of the house and head to beach or into town for drinks, ice cream, or food! Host was also extremely responsive and friendly.

We had a great stay at Butch’s and Heidi’s place. They were very responsive and gave us many recommendations on places to eat. The property was in a great location- nice and quiet with a perfect view of the ocean! We enjoyed having coffee on the balcony almost every morning. We absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb! The stunning views and incredible amenities had us spending more time enjoying the home than exploring the town. From the beach chairs and hot tub to the grill, everything was thoughtfully provided to make our stay comfortable and fun. The kitchen was fully stocked with high-quality pots and pans, making it easy and enjoyable to cook breakfast, lunch, and even grill burgers—while soaking in the most amazing beach view! The layout of the home gave us the freedom to tailor the experience to our group's needs. Whether someone wanted to relax with a nap or head to the beach, it was effortlessly convenient. The beds were so comfy, ensuring restful nights, and the cleanliness of the entire place was impeccable. This home had everything we needed and more, making it a perfect destination for our Daytona trip. We’re already looking forward to planning future stays here!

The house is absolutely beautiful! Great location that is a short walk to the beach. The pool and yard are excellent and the kitchen is top notch! Beds and furniture are very comfortable. It is an easy drive to great shops and restaurants. Our hosts communicated exceptionally well, were very responsive and provided clear instructions before and during our stay. Their recommendations were spot on. LOVED this house and all the amenities. When we come back to the area, this house will be the first we look into!

5 Stars! We had an incredible stay at Mimi’s place. The home was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach! Mimi was extremely welcoming and responsive, making sure everything was in place for a comfortable stay. Mimi went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay! Would definitely book again!

We love Low Tide and look forward to our beach trip every year! It's the absolute best pet friendly place to stay, my dogs always have the best time going for walks on the beach and hanging out in the beautiful backyard. Inside is cozy and comfortable too. The best part is being only steps away from the beach, and many great food options also within walking distance. My favorites are Burrito Works, Beachcomber, and Cone Heads for ice cream (and pup cups!) Low Tide has just about everything you could possibly need, and Laurie is always making improvements to her beautiful place. We're always sad when it's time to leave!

This cottage met all expectations and is just what we've been looking for in this area. We will definitely stay here again each year on our way home from South Florida! Comfy beds, reading lights in bedrooms and living room. Great location. Great host! We love it!

Great location with easy beach access and private! There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance and getting to the beach is easy with public access just on the other side of A1A. 2nd street is a dead end Street, so there was no a lot of traffic and the backyard space is really private. Wendy was a gracious host and very helpful when I had a change of plans, then ended up being able to stay for the full initial stay.

The place was super cozy and decorated nicely. It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. It was a short walk to the beach which was absolutely beautiful. If I’m ever in the area again I’d definitely stay there.

We had another great vacation at Xue's. We thoroughly enjoyed the beach, and Xue was amazing as always with helping us out with questions and recommendations and such.
