Jamie and the condo were great! She was so quick to respond to questions. We had a little internet issue which she helped resolve within 24 hours. The place was spacious for our family of 4. The beach is just a 3-5 min walk and the pools was 5-10 mins walking. It didn’t feel crowded and views were peaceful. Thanks for great memories for our kids first trip to the beach!

This is hands down the nicest place I have stayed in Daytona over the years and we will be returning! Loie was so nice and helpful and made the whole experience extremely pleasant! Nick, the property manager was also super nice and helpful! I cannot praise them all enough! Gorgeous views from the balconies, every amenity you could possibly need, and super clean and well kept. Thank you so much for sharing your condo with us. It felt like being at home!

We had a wonderful time during our stay. There were plenty of beds to accommodate our large group. We had some issues with the hot tub heating but the daily morning walks on the beach at sunrise were priceless! Excellent location, great restaurants close by, safe and cozy! We highly recommend!

We went there to celebrate our daughter's birthday. We had a great weekend at the beach. the place is huge, inside and outside. Had everything we needed for a beach getaway.

My family and friends really enjoyed our stay at the beach house. The home had a great layout and really nice outside pool and entertaining area. The beach was only a short walk away. The location of the home is perfect. Downtown St. Augustine was only a 15 min drive so you get a great historic city and beach all in one vacation.

We felt right at home in Matt's place. The house was big and spacious, we absolutely loved the pool on the back porch. Was a perfect setting to grill dinner and enjoy the pool, was very hot outside but the back porch was very shaded and comfortable you could feel the ocean breeze., just perfect!! The ocean access was very close walking distance. The garage was also stocked with all you need for a day at the beach. Coolers, umbrellas, chairs, even beach toys for the kids. The kitchen was also stocked with everything you need to cook a meal for your family. The snacks and bottle of wine that was left for us by Matt was a great surprise and treat after a 6 hour drive. Plenty of restaurants within good driving distance. Plus a circle K at the top of the road. Matt was very responsive to my messages. We would definitely stay at Matt's again in the future. Our family had a wonderful stay. The home was exactly what we needed—comfortable, well-appointed, and thoughtfully designed for spending quality time together. Every space felt intentional, from the common areas where we gathered, to the quiet corners for relaxing. It was clear that a lot of care went into creating a space that truly feels like a home. We appreciated the attention to detail and how well it matched our preferences. The location was amazing offering the quiet street with a quick minute walk right to the shoreline! We had a great couple of days here! The house was fantastic – right on the beach, with restaurants just a short walk away. There was loads for the kids to do – they especially loved the games room. The garage was stocked with bikes and toys, which was a lovely bonus. Perfect location and a really comfortable stay – highly recommended!

We were very happy with our stay...unbeatable location and value for us. Catherine was willing to let us check in a couple of hours early. We had a bit of a hiccup getting in the front gate but Catherine was readily available to help us and the rest of our stay was great. I'm hopeful we can schedule another stay next year.

She was very quick to respond to emails, and very helpful in the questions that I had. She forwarded all information to me, and checked when we arrived to make sure we got in okay! We had a wonderful stay, and she even recommended a favorite restaurant in the area. I would highly recommend Diane, shes a terrific host!

I recently stayed at this fabulous 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo at 300 Cinnamon Beach Way, and it exceeded all my expectations! The unit was incredibly spacious, with generous bedrooms and roomy bathrooms that made our stay extremely comfortable. The beds were a dream to sleep on, and the top-quality linens added a touch of luxury. The condo came with plenty of beach towels, which was a thoughtful convenience. The kitchen was well-appointed with everything you need to cook a nice meal, making it easy to feel right at home. One of the highlights was the stunning view of the golf course, which we enjoyed from the balcony. The balcony itself was perfect, furnished with a nice outdoor table, chairs, and two rockers where we could relax and take in the scenery. I highly recommend this condo for anyone looking to enjoy a wonderful stay in Palm Coast. It truly offers all the comforts and amenities one could wish for!

We loved everything about our stay! We were traveling with two young kids, and the house had everything we needed and more. Really appreciated the wagon and all the beach toys and extra towels, and how easy it was to walk to the beach. Julie was so responsive to questions, and you can just tell she cares about the comfort of her guests. When we come back to Crescent Beach, we will definitely stay here again!

This was a nice stop for us and our pup as we traveled through Florida. We had a nice walk on the dog friendly beach on our quick overnight here!

Another wonderful stay in this cozy cottage. Within easy walking distance to beach, restaurants, shopping. House is cozy and had everything we needed. Wil is responsive to any questions. Received information prior to check in with the smart lock combination. Having a smart lock is so convenient as we didn't have to worry about a key at the beach or anytime my spouse or I were coming and going at different times. Thank you for letting us use your lovely home!

Overall Great experience and time our family had. Location was great. Within walking distance to Flagler Ave. The Beach views were breath taking, from early morning coffee on the porch to watching the kids play on the beach. Frank & Terri’s place had all the amenities you need for a great vacation. We will book again for next year.

The house was perfect! It was very clean, near the beach, with everything needed for time spent at the beach, like surfs, balls, trolley, simply everything! There was also a washing machine and dryer, which was very cool. The beds were very comfy, peaceful neighborhood around, sleeping there was like in the fairytale. Kitchen has the basic spices for cooking, containing fridge, fully equipped. We recommend this accomodation, communication with owner was very easy and quick, instructions clear. Definitely we would like to go back again some day.
