Vacation rentals with beach access in Ormond Beach

This place was extremely peaceful and comfortable. It was spotless and close to the beach! I had a couple of questions, and they responded right away and were very helpful. There was some pool construction going on at the time of our stay, which did bring a bit of inconvenience, but nothing crazy. Overall, this was a wonderful stay, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone and stay here again! Ronnie and Marlo were great!

This place was a real find. The quiet location in Butler Beach can't be beat. Because the area is all residential, the beaches are very quiet and peaceful. No high rises or hotels, so sometimes we were the only ones on the beach. The house has a view of the water, and it only takes 5 minutes to walk over to the beach access point. The house itself is all we needed: nice porches to sit on, spacious, well-equipped kitchen, and spotlessly clean! I've never seen a beach house so clean. The owners are super responsive too. When we had a small maintenance issue at check in, they were at the house in less than an hour to take care of it personally. Such nice people. We would highly recommend this rental, and we hope to come back again ourselves!

We were very happy with our stay...unbeatable location and value for us. Catherine was willing to let us check in a couple of hours early. We had a bit of a hiccup getting in the front gate but Catherine was readily available to help us and the rest of our stay was great. I'm hopeful we can schedule another stay next year.

We had the best time, perfect location. Crosswalk for beach right at the front of the condo. Pool so much fun and pier a walk away to fish. Neighbors so friendly. very clean everywhere we went.

Great unit to stay in! Beautifully decorated and seems newly remodeled. The building/lobby/hallways still appear to be under repairs from the recent hurricane we were told.

My family had a great vacation at this house. We were 8 adults and 3 children under 10. We love the beach, we surf, and with young children the proximity to the beach was our #1 priority. All other attractions were a short drive away. The bedrooms setup offers flexibility for different families. Geni & Chris were helpful and replied to any questions very quickly.

Really great time! We brought our dogs for the spring break weekend. Super close to the strip of restaurants on the beach. Was a little pricey? But it’s spring break so I understand. Would definitely stay again in the future. There were guests upstairs, you can hear them walk around so that was the only complaint. They had a party one of the nights so it was pretty loud , but again, it’s spring break in Florida. Totally understandable. We spent most of our time out and about, so we didn’t mind too much. Love the New Smyrna area ✌🏼

We had a wonderful week staying at this location. Great location, quiet and safe neighborhood, close walk to the beach with everything needed for fun on the beach. The kitchen supplied all that we needed for our meal preps. It was a pleasure to lounge on the deck and listen to the sounds of the ocean. A great stay.

We loved everything about our stay! We were traveling with two young kids, and the house had everything we needed and more. Really appreciated the wagon and all the beach toys and extra towels, and how easy it was to walk to the beach. Julie was so responsive to questions, and you can just tell she cares about the comfort of her guests. When we come back to Crescent Beach, we will definitely stay here again!

Our family of 8 stayed 4 nights during my niece’s wedding weekend. The house is spacious and met the needs of my parents and my adult sons & their wives. The house is a short block from the beach with direct access onto the sand. It is close to great restaurants. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Sherri was very communicative with quick responses. We will definitely be back!

Excellent location, location, location! Diego was extremely communicative and responsive. Clean and nice fenced backyard for our dogs. We will stay again!

We looked for a home in a quiet location right on the beach that allows pets. This beachfront home was perfect for our week long stay. We got up every morning for the absolutely beautiful sunrise, visited with our daughter in Daytona during the day and then returned to be on the beach to look at the stars and even saw 2 rocket launches. The private ramp to the beach is only about 20 steps and your feet are in the sand. The neighbors on the road are friendly too. We easily walked to get coffee, breakfast and pick up a pizza and groceries. The pictures listed are spot on, so what you see is what is there. The home has everything including paper products, spices, and cleaning products. I could tell there was a light smokey smell as another renter mentioned, but nothing that would make us not rent again. Miss the view of the sunrise already!

We had another great vacation at Xue's. We thoroughly enjoyed the beach, and Xue was amazing as always with helping us out with questions and recommendations and such. Coastal Soul was the perfect place to stay, everything was as listed, comfy, cozy and a great beachy vibe. we had a great view of the ocean and we felt at home. Will definitely stay here again. Amy is a great host and we highly recommend staying here. We had a great week. Joe and Ann

We have stayed in Chris' condo for 4 years..enjoyed very stay . condo is equipped with everything you could need or want ...always clean and filled with owner pride...view from balcony is second to none..over these years we have noticed the entire complex has been well maintained..close to St Augustine historic area..they fire the cannons on weekends!..and outlet mall...enjoy eating at seafood kitchen..get the seafood platter for 2! ..good communication and Chris is always quick to respond..thanks Chris for letting us stay in your condo ..or your little piece or paradise...

Beautiful condo, breathtaking views, and so comfortable! I loved having a very well-equipped kitchen, and Erica provided lots of conveniences that made the trip super enjoyable.

The location was right on the steps of Daytona Beach and conveniently located near stores and restaraunts walking distance. Kelly was super communicative and helpful and the whole trip went smoothly. I appreciated the sun hats and beach paraphernalia in the place. Also the fully stocked toiletries. All in all a great stay. On a side note the elevator was not working the whole time we were there which didn’t bother me but for someone physically impaired you have to climb stairs and walk a bit to get to the place. This is March 15 and I’m sure elevator is working by now. This does not affect my rating of the stay in any way. I highly recommend!

An absolutely perfect place to stay. I loved the quick walk to the beach, and the condo was adorable!

Chad’s Place was everything advertised and so much more. We came down for a family vacation with kids and had the absolute best stay. The condo was clean with linens and cleaning supplies/toiletries to spare. We were able to check in a little early and Chad checked on us throughout our stay. He even let me know he had new beach chairs delivered to the office for us to go pick up to use while we were there. From the moment we checked in until our last day we felt like we were at home. Plenty to keep our big kids entertained including games for rainy days. 100% recommend Chad’s Place.

Great little studio condo bnb. You get a view of the beach from the balcony. In my experience it may change for others, it was extremely affordable. You have your own beach access, pool, and even a small laundromat on site. 10/10 recommend.
