My sister got married nearby so we stayed at the place for the week. It was amazing from start to finish. Firstly, the beds were so comfortable. Secondly, this place is really private and quiet. It was so relaxing to sit outside in the enclosed porch. This place looks even better in person. Very well maintained and probably one of the nicest houses on the street. I would definitely stay here again, and I highly recommend this place to other people.

What an amazing stay we had here! This is a peaceful & very clean home in a safe neighborhood, walking distance from the beach & any store or restaurant you’d need are a quick drive. There’s an incredible playground/park called South Beach Park & Sunshine Playground just a few mins drive away! The beds & furniture were all so comfortable, the house is thoughtfully stocked well-kitchen, bathroom & laundry had all we needed including soaps, shampoos & conditioner. There are plenty of beach towels, pool & beach gear (chairs, toys, umbrellas, etc). If you have small children, there’s a few games & packnplays too! The backyard is beautiful-a great space to hang out, have a meal, relax & swim. The pool is heated-we could even get in on the cool & rainy days & still be warm! This was such a huge bonus for us! The hosts are AMAZING-very quick to respond to any questions, great communication, the check-in/out process is super simple. Will DEFINITELY stay here again!!

We are so grateful to Tim and Melody for providing a space where our family could be at home for a long weekend. My partner and I are in the process of creating a blended family, so this time together - and the need for it to be peaceful and joyful - was especially important for our young kids. It was everything we could have hoped for and more. We will be back!

We stayed at Nick’s place for a couple nights, and we had a great experience. The place was very comfortable, and ideally located, in a peaceful neighborhood and only a few minutes away from downtown Saint Augustine. Nick was also very helpful and responsive. We would love to come back for our next trip to Saint Augustine!

Fantastic house! We stayed here while attending an event at the Equestrian Center. We loved the extremely safe neighborhood (very walkable), it was a short drive to food, gas, etc., and it was an easy drive every morning to our event. The backyard was perfect for our dogs and toddler, with tall solid fences. The house itself had everything we needed, while being free of clutter -- we had plenty of space for the pack-and-play and dog kennels. We've stayed at many locations for this event, but this was our favorite!

We have been staying at Steve's homes since 2018 and never have had a bad stay. His home is clean and nicely decorated. They are always ready when we arrive. We always have 5 star stays. As a host, Steve is very responsive and easy to work with, checks frequently, and provides clear check in/check out instructions.. We look forward to staying again next February.

If you like to watch to world go by whilst having a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at night on the porch, this is definitely the best place in town. Absolute great location, nice apartment. You can walk to all the restaurants and it is an easy drive to the beaches (and they have free parking). External stairs to get up to the apartment are not that easy. We definitely recommend this lovely Airbnb right in the great atmosphere of St Augustine.

Was a very cozy weekend getaway. Very close to the beach. Quiet and peaceful. Definitely the place to stay when you just want to getaway from everything else. We enjoyed ourselves.

An absolutely beautiful place to stay! Natalia was a lovely host and was very kind to me, helping me with my luggage and bringing an electric kettle and toaster oven for me. It’s just beautiful to go and sit down on their dock and watch the sunset. I will stay here next time I am in the Saint Augustine area.

Had a lovely stay. Location couldn’t have been more perfect. A quick 10 min walk to all the things. Cozy little place. Would definitely stay again :)

We had a very relaxing time thanks to Ashley and her immaculate place. The pool was amazing and felt very private as no one else was there most of the days. We enjoyed the well equipped gym and the beautiful walk around the lake. Overall we were thrilled with our vacation and would definitely return. Ashley was super responsive to any question we had and we felt right at home.

This place is beautiful, very comfortable and a lot larger than I was expecting. We rented bikes to get around (highly recommend) but the house is in a very walkable area. I would stay here again in a heart beat. The host was also very friendly & communicative.

A cozy little apartment with a great sunset view, overlooking the inlet. We enjoyed our stay and our hosts were responsive wen we asked for a cutting board; They left one at our steps on the same day. Our favorite part of the stay was sitting in the backyard and watching the sun go down. The Fish Camp and Iceplant restaurants, nearby were delicious too! Such a beautiful, old neighborhood and city!

This place was AMAZING!!!!! The views of the beach were beautiful. We would definitely love to stay again, hopefully that will be soon. I came to visit my Navy son and his wife. It was our first time meeting her and they visited us and loved the place as well. It was so peaceful and quiet....HOME AWAY FROM HOME 💜

Great location close to everything very clean and comfortable

Recently renovated, beautiful space. Host was extremely responsive. A short walk to the beach was perfect. The bed is a Tempur-pedic queen. We would stay there again!

Kimberly's place was excellent for our family! it's a great location walkable from downtown St. Augustine in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. The rooms were all very comfortable and accommodating. Having baby family amenities like the pack and play, Disney+, and toddler plates/cups was a huge plus. The air conditioning worked well and was easily controllable. The building was quiet and accessible. The kitchen had plenty of utensils and pots/pans to actually cook if we wanted. we had a great time exploring shops and restaurants and taking daily trips to the beaches!

This condo is perfection. Everything seems brand new. It looks exactly like the pictures, immaculately clean, 2 jacuzzi tubs, a clean kitchen plus a kitchenette for the second bedroom and 2 washer/dryers! The walk to the private Omni beach access is only a half mile and is lovely. It’s a ground floor so we were able to walk our pup outside easily. The tennis courts are nearby providing more paths to walk & the courts are not noisy, the condo must have good sound blocking because we never heard them. We were there in February so we didn’t go in the pool but it was lovely to sit by in the Florida sunshine. The beds and furniture are very comfortable. The living room TV is enormous and provided all of our channels and streaming apps. The security gate was ready when we arrived and the check in was easy. The code was provided and the door lock worked easily for our self check in. We loved staying at the property as we love to bike . The trails are right there

Cheryl was a very kind, responsive host. She was flexible with our check in and check out. Her home is beautiful and well appointed…lots of towels, beach supplies, kitchen supplies, etc. If you are visiting for a wedding at The Amelia Island Club, this condo is the perfect spot, as it’s a less than a 2 min drive. We would definitely stay here again if we’re back in the area.

We really enjoyed staying at Sadie's villa, the location is wonderful, most everything you need is within walking distance along with many fabulous restaurants, Jimmy Hula's is super casual, on the water and a short walk from the villa, food is delicious, teriyaki bowl and their fish sandwich were fabulous! Back 40 Urban Cafe is a cute place seemingly located in the middle of a neighborhood, sit outside, food is fresh and yummy! Definitely try Columbia in Downtown St Augustine, but you need reservations, it's a landmark, beautiful restaurant and also delicious. If you want to bring your boat this is where you stay, Sadie's villa has a dock and we spent the week on our boat. It's an easy cruise to downtown where you can dock at the big marina and have lunch or go shopping, see Villano Beach and Anastasia island, there is so much to do and we had beautiful weather. The Villa was comfortable and the pool was great for a dip in the afternoon!!
