Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Clay County

We needed a pet friendly place that was close to family for Christmas. What a great fenced in backyard for the dogs! House was clean and easy to get to! Michelle was great and attentive to any needs, of which we had none.

Courtney is a great host, very responsive The house is amazing and in a great location,the king size mattress upstairs is extremely confortable.

Very nice place! Too bad weather was too cold for the pool! Would definitely stay here again when back in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was cozy and very clean, and had all of the items we needed. (paper towels, extra toilet paper, enough towels for everyone. A couple houses we stayed at recently didn't have these items) They also provided us with some welcome snacks, and coffee (THANK YOU) and when one of my daughters realized she forgot her toothbrush it was not a big deal because they had two travel toothbrushes new in the wrapper in the bathroom. All of these touches were very much appreciated. Very easy to enter and exit the home and it was in a very quiet neighborhood. If our kids have another event at the Thrasher Horne center we will absolutely try to rent this home again.

The house worked really well for a week of long-distance cycling in NE Florida. The kitchen had everything we needed and the place was clean and everything worked. Since we were coming and going at odd hours it was far better to have a house than to stay in a hotel so we could prepare meals and not have to count on a hotel for breakfast or on restaurants that might not be open overnight when we needed them. Christopher communicated everything we needed to know and was super-helpful, for example, when one of our group realized he had packed up a remote among his bike electronics so he could return it. We would stay here again if we returned for another similar stay.

Katie was an excellent host and was always responsive, even to concerns that surfaced later in the evening. She was responsive and always provided friendly and clear communication. The house was in great condition and we felt right at home. Highly recommend!

We visit Florida every year this time we changed up where we stayed at this time and love this place . The stand up shower to the soaking tub was amazing pool out back was great over all loved everything about this place

It was a great stay my 10 yo nephew and 5 yo son loved the heated pool. And it’s a really nice neighborhood with quite a few things to do surrounding

The place was great! Even though we had to share common areas, it worked out great. The other two places were rented at the same time by people other than our family, but it was absolutlely no problem. We made new friends! The only issue that ever came up was the parking. We had rented the space to accomodate my in-laws that were in for the holiday. My children and my husband's sibling wanted to come and visit, but the parking was very limited. We managed it by carpooling from my house that is not very far away. Andrew was very nice and quick to respond to any issues and also very understanding of our circumstances. This place is absolutley amazing and is full of places to just relax for any size group of people. There is always a little nook somewhere to escape to if you need to get away from the rest of the residents. I would totally recommend for vacation or just a get-away!

I’ll definitely recommend Daniel home to anybody his communication was very helpful he answered Any questions that might have been asked..he also checked in to make sure everything was good enough for us! His home was amazing inside and out the pool was perfect!! If ur looking just for a small mini vacation in Florida please don’t hesitate to contact Daniel I promise u want be disappointed at all.

Amazing, place! I would highly recommend Jessica's place. It was so spacious, beautiful, peaceful, and comforting. Just such a spectacular place. Decorated nicely, everything needed for daily living and relaxation. I didn't want to leave! LOL The neighborhood is so quiet, peaceful, within walking distance to the river, restaurants and more. We had such a great stay! The cottage is beautiful and had everything we could ever possibly need inside (including a Nurtribullet, toys, and plenty of hooks and drawers). Bob and Tina were easy to communicate with, and check in was a breeze. We are very familiar with the area, and the access to the Saint Johns River via the property's dock was great. The sunsets here never disappoint! The cottage feels remote, but you're actually very close to stores and popular event locations. We didn't get a chance to use the outdoor seating area, but it is private and looks lovely! Kids of any age will love the sleeping area upstairs - a super fun space. Thank you!

This is my second time being hosted by Nakita, and it is always an excellent experience. The space is perfect for two groups (parents with kids, work colleagues) as there are two separate bedrooms with their own bathrooms. In unit laundry and ground floor access are added bonuses. Nakita is a very responsive and friendly host and made the whole process very easy. We will definitely be coming back!

Jonathan and his family are extraordinary Airbnb hosts. I had the delightful pleasure of spending my weekend at their Airbnb. The experience was beyond what I expected, from having super friendly hosts to beautiful, modern decor and thoughtful amenities. I love the kitchen setup; the HD wide-screen TV, the comfy couch, and nice hot, high-pressure showers were all highlights.
