Hi joes place was amazing for my family an I . I loved the view from the balcony , pool was walkable from the house . Property was super clean and quiet . Inside the house had everything I needed . The beds were so comfortable the house was so clean I totally would do it again . Joe was great he was responsive and available if needed

very friendly host, and extremely considerate. thankful host allows people to stay here, makes you feel at home yet also on vacation. She even offered to let us stay past checkout time which I found very nice. overall it was rather easy to find despite the warning, the noise wasn't trouble at all, you could barely hear anything even with the live band next door. If I can, I'll be booking here specifically during my saint augustine trips from now on.

This place was such a gem! The private backyard was a peaceful retreat—perfect for morning coffee or winding down by the fire pit at night. We loved having the bikes available; it made exploring charming St. Augustine so much fun (and it’s a super easy ride into downtown!). The house was spotless, beautifully designed, and had all the beach gear we needed for our days by the water. Thoughtful touches everywhere. We’d definitely come back!

The host was wonderful and the home was perfect! Amazing location - can walk anywhere in minutes. My parents (who also stayed at the house) confirmed our thoughts by pronouncing this airbnb the only place they ever plan to stay at when visiting St. Augustine.

This location was very Convenient for walking around the city without the hassle of driving and parking. Comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood, three bedrooms and one bathroom worked fine for the three of us. Walking distance to restaurants and close to Flagler College. Good kitchen with coffee but not much else for condiments. There is a grocery about a five minutes drive away. Beaches were about 15-20 minute drive and we especially liked Hammock Beach.

The Mini Moody Close to Beach and Downtown!

A great little place for me and my kids to kick it for a weekend in Saint Augustine! The entire area and streets were kids safe for bikes and scooters and we walked or rode everywhere, to include downtown in the historic area. As well, the hosts were exceptionally responsive and even gave a few recommendations for us to do. Very nice place and will definitely look to stay again!

Unbeatable Downtown Studio On St. George Street

After being a 5-year resident of St Augustine and frequenting the downtown regularly it was a fun time to stay downtown on St George Street. The Glitz and Glamour lives up to its name in how the apartment is decorated. The location is in the heart of the bustling downtown, easy to walk to dinner and drinks afterwards. The apartment was very clean and well-appointed for quests. Hats off to the owners.

very home feeling. clean close to amazing spots (ice plant & fish camp 2 must go restaurants) the house was amazing comfy it could use a slight updating ( but because my taste in decor is very morden) but nothing that will discourage me from booking 10 more times. Ashish very friendly and positive. neighborhood was perfect safe clean quite. we will be back!!! one request give me a shower caddy lol and it's a 10 of 10 for us.

Kristen’s place was just as described. It was very easy to check in and get inside. Everything was very clean. Our favorite part is that there were no strong fragrances, all of the bath and cleaning products were low to no tox, she had very clean and healthy snacks which came in very handy with our 3 kids. She was also very friendly and responsive. The area is very centralized to a variety of destinations. We would definitely stay again if we needed to be in the area.

I would definitely stay here again. she was also very friendly and easy to communicate with.

Visited with my family of 3 over Easter weekend and we enjoyed our stay. The location is why we chose this place and it really is the highlight. It offers the best of both worlds in St. Augustine: walking around and enjoying the historic part of town, while having a short drive to our favorite beach access. The place is like pictured, small but good for a short stay. Our dogs loved it also!

My family and I had a spectacular time in Saint Augustine. The house was the perfect place to stay at. The house was super adorable, very clean and well put together. It’s walking distance to the old jail and the fountain of youth. And just a few minutes walk to Our Lady of La Leche and some shoppes and restaurants. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. I will for sure stay here next time I’m in Saint Augustine. Thank you Cheri for everything.

We loved the house. The three full bathrooms in each bedroom were exactly what we needed for the number of adults we had staying. We drove in separately so the parking in the back was perfect for us. The location was also great. It was such an easy walk to everything downtown.

My husband and I loved this quaint, quiet location near the marsh and across from a historic mission. It’s within a very reasonable walk to downtown St. Augustine, the fort and fun restaurants and coffee shops. We had a great list of activities and restaurants which helped plan our week. The neighborhood felt safe and as enjoyed walks near the marsh and seeing historic homes. We had plenty of amenities to cook breakfast and have a comfortable stay.

Our stay was excellent! Home was really nice and clean (really important) - It was equipped with everything you can think of! We even bbq’d! Neighborhood was quiet & close to all the places you’re gonna want to see! Prettiest and cleanest beach (Vilano Beach) so close by too. My family and I were so happy here. Many nice memories made. Thank you for having us, til next time St. Augustine, back to Miami we go!

My husband, dog Stella and I had a wonderful months stay at Krysta‘s house. The house and yard were lovely as was the neighborhood. We enjoyed walking our dog around the neighborhood and met many nice folks. The location was also ideal to get to the old town and the beaches. The house was a wonderful size, a comfy master bedroom and nice kitchen. A perfect place for 4 but even with 6 it was worked! We enjoyed the house and the backyard a lot and the one minor issue we had was taken care of by Krysta immediately. I’d highly recommend staying at this Airbnb.

I can't remember which visit this is to Peter's house - maybe 7 or 8 now? My son and his family live in St. Augustine and we visit at least 2 to 3 times per year. I always check Peter's availability before we visit and if his unit is available, it is always our first choice! Meets all of our needs when we are there. Our two grandkids come and stay with us while we are there. Peter and his unit not only meets, but exceeds our expectations every time!

Tannis home is absolutely amazing! Extremely clean & loaded with everything you need to feel right at home. It was everything our family needed for a weekend getaway! The pool is beautiful and very clean with plenty of pool floats. We enjoyed the firepit as well. Did I mention how beautiful its decorated! Every room has a gorgeous light fixture and the beds are so comfy! The Pink Cabana will be my choice every time I visit Jacksonville. We give it a 💯!

Clay was the nicest Airbnb host our family has ever had. He was super friendly and made great local restaurant suggestions for us. The rental was clean, had plenty of extra linens/towels, kitchen supplies and was a short walk to beach access. The neighborhood was very nice and we felt very safe to take family walks in the evenings.

A slice of heaven for the week. We would definitely return to Inga's beautiful beach house. We already recommended it to our family and friends! The location is great. Quiet community and within minutes to beach, and about 10 mins. to the Publix grocery store. The St. Augustine historic center is about 20 minutes away. Inga is quick to respond and adequately communicated. The home is spotless and well appointed with all you need for a comfortable and memorable reprieve. Thank you!

We are so grateful to Tim and Melody for providing a space where our family could be at home for a long weekend. My partner and I are in the process of creating a blended family, so this time together - and the need for it to be peaceful and joyful - was especially important for our young kids. We are so grateful for Randy! This was an amazing location. Everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable was already there waiting for us. I would 100% recommend staying here. My kids had the best time and loved all of the beach toys that were neatly waiting for them. I can’t even tell you my favorite part. Everything was perfect.
