Clean, cozy house. As described. The outdoor space is amazing! We loved the screened in porch and the pool area.

Nice accommodations. Convenient to Gainesville. Very comfortable bed. Only downside was traffic noise on I75

Great place. Very comfortable. Loved the pool and driving golf cart was fun. We had everything we needed for a great stay. This is not a complaint at all more of a helpful hint but one of the town squares was too far to take golf cart and you will need a car.

Chuck's place was perfect for our family of four! Our kids really enjoyed the pool and game room. The pool house was super clean and had everything we needed. We felt like we were at home. Even though the owners lived in the house attached to the pool area, we were given privacy. The clean up list was simple and reasonable. Can't wait to come back!

Oh my goodness, this Airbnb is an absolute gem! It is quaint, cozy and has everything we needed for a family of 4 to be comfortable during our recent visit. I loved all the vintage touches and the character! It was incredibly peaceful; but best of all it was only about 5 minutes away from the Jonesville tennis center - where my daughter was participating in a tennis tournament! We could not have found anywhere closer or better, even if we had tried! We will absolutely be back, thank you sooo much! Kindly, Collette and family

Lovely spot for a family with a baby in a very convenient and safe location! The home itself was very clean with great amenities. The weather was not the greatest, so we didn’t get to take advantage of the pool, but I’m looking forward to returning in the future for another Disney trip.

We had a great stay! A did a little fishing, swam with manatees, hiked, kayaked and enjoying area restaurants.

We fish tournaments and frequently stay in BNB’s. This was hands down the best one yet. The host contacted me once we arrived and walked me through everything on the phone so we knew where everything was. We had an issue with no hot water, I contacted her and she had it fixed before we returned to the house the next day. She was very flexible on the check in/out procedure which made things easy for us. The house was great and we had a cover to back the boat under so it stay dry without having to put cover on it. We will definitely use the place again. Highly recommend for anyone in the area.

We had such a great time at Salt Springs resort! Soo many fun things to do on the property and it was a nice quiet, relaxing resort. The RV was clean, big and comfy! The golf cart included with the rental was a big plus and convenient for driving to breakfast and dinner nearby. Jason was a great, friendly responsive host. The kids loved our little weekend getaway and we can’t wait to go back again!

Can't say enough about this charming house. Guests absolutely loved it! Definitely our go-to for the next show at Clarcona. Look forward to seeing you then.

We had a great stay at Chimera. We brought our own tubes and floated from their other property upriver and back to this property saving us $120. The float took about an hour and a half. Parking at their other location was well marked. The walk from this rental back to the other location to pick up our vehicle took about 40 minutes. The walk was through a neighborhood slightly uphill without side walks. It’s not a bad walk for adults or teenagers. Using the kayaks was great.The river water by the private dock directly on the river at Chimera has two sandy river bottom patches we stood in and swam around. The current river depth was about five feet by the dock. We saw Fred the bird, fish, small turtles, a young bobcat, and four otters swimming/feeding by the dock almost every day. We did not see any alligators during this stay but have along the river during previous trips which have avoided humans. Chimera is in a great river location. Hal and Sandy are friendly and take ownership pride

Cute and clean property that completely met our needs!

Thank you for a welcoming place to rest for a few days. There was a lot to do, including kayaking and games. We appreciated the little things like having ice in the freezer and a spare fan! The beds were comfortable. This is one of our favorite places to catch some rest and relaxation. We had a front row seat to observe the wildlife and it didn’t disappoint! We will gladly return for future adventures! Thank you!!!

If you are looking for the peaceful, relaxing place you have found it. We stayed here to get away from everyday hustle and bustle, this was the perfect place.

We opted to stay at the Crabby cottage since my wife’s parents live in the villages. The house was just down the street from them, which was great. The home was beautiful and we didn’t wanna go home. There was no noise neighborhood was peaceful.

We arrived around 10PM after a very long day of travel. The place was a little hard to see in the dark however once we found it the door unlocking experience was uneventful. The key code worked exactly as described. Once we got in we found the house to be super comfortable and clean. We were exhausted and found the beds absolutely heavenly. The A/C worked great and the bathrooms and kitchen were super clean! The kitchen featured new appliances and you could easily see the house had been renovated very recently. Even though a busy road was nearby the location of the house is such that you don't hear any road noise at all. The Sugarfoot turn off has speed bumps so there is no loud traffic and no noise. All the needed utensils and cooking supplies are available in the kitchen which was awesome. Only complaints are they need a new sofa in the living room and the yard/lawn needs some TLC to make a better 1st impression. Loved the art work. Will definitely be back!

Paul is a Superhost! His home is so comfortable and the three bedrooms and 2.5 baths are great! As is the screened-in sunroom. He is very attentive and answers any questions or concerns promptly. It's a beautiful, safe neighborhood and so convenient to grocery and liquor stores and the downtown scene. You will not be disappointed!
