Sara was one of the best things about this reservation. She was proactive and helpful and did a great job of responding through the concerns. A couple of uncontrollable circumstances took place, but it was still a great overall experience and her and Mo were great hosts. I would recommend staying at this AirBNB...great hosts and great location!

Great place to stay! The unit was very spacious, exactly as described, and the beds were comfortable. I'd definitely stay here again. I encountered ZERO issues with my stay. The large balcony was Amazing to have!

I was very happy with the apartment. It was clean and roomy, and there were clear instructions for everything. There was a reasonable and short list of “things to do before checking out”. The neighborhood is quiet and, although I didn’t bring my dog along, it’s a very pet-friendly area. Right across the small street (with practically no traffic) is the community pool and gym, to which you are allowed access. Around the pool is a grassy/wooded area where you can take a pet, and the neighborhood has lots of walking paths. Restaurants and the Saturday Farmer’s Market are within a very short walk, and there is a small play set area next to the closest restaurants, which offer outdoor seating and sometimes live music. I spent a lot of time on the balcony because the weather was beautiful. I’d definitely stay here again!

We were in Gainesville for work and couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. It felt like a true home away from home, providing a comfortable and peaceful environment that allowed us to fully relax after long hours. The quiet atmosphere was a huge plus. We can't say enough good things and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Gainesville, especially for work.

The DT Beautiful 1000 sq ft 1 BDRM listing hosted by Frank was perfect. The pictures and description were accurate and I felt right at home when I got into the unit. I personally liked the proximity to downtown and it is very walkable to tons of restaurants, activities, and a Publix. In addition having a parking space included in a covered garage with secure entry to the building was great and safe. I didn't access the gym at the facility but I know it was included. I would highly recommend staying at this location if you are looking for something easily accessible to Downtown Orlando.

Very nice space and layout. Had a nice extra bedroom which we did not need but would be quite helpful if you were four people. Kitchen adequately equipped for basic cooking. Appliances were in good shape. Location is excellent and many amenities within walking distance. Easy instructions for check-in and it came with two parking spaces with plenty of room to fit a large vehicle if you use both of them. Would definitely recommend.

Margaret's place it great. I had to bring my dog for consultation at the University of Florida Small Animal Hospital and Margaret's place is literally 2 blocks away so it was perfect for me! The university is right around the corner and very convenient for everything on Archer. The complex is very quiet and easy to get to. The parking is right outside the door and check-in was a breeze. Will definitely stay again if it's available.

The place was so nice! Pictures don’t do it justice! The area was perfect, walked around lake eola and surrounding areas all day Saturday and it was picture perfect. We don’t have any need to drive anywhere. The only slight complaint I have is the shower, the curtain had a slight smell to it and needs to be changed most likely. Everything else is a 10/10!!!! Would definitely and WILL stay here again!!! Thank you for everything Marc!!!!

It’s an older property, but owner tries their best to keep it in good condition. Was cheaper than a hotel and had much more room for our group. Would rent it again.

Wonderful location and Brenda was quick to respond to any questions. We enjoyed the Saturday morning farmers market and hope to come back!

James was a fantastic host that went above and beyond when communicating. He even let us borrow a set of golf clubs to use. House was clean and conveniently located.

We had an incredible stay! The owner was extremely attentive and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The location is absolutely stunning, surrounded by natural beauty and so much to explore. The entire estate itself is gorgeous—very clean and thoughtfully designed with amazing themed touches throughout. There’s a lot to do on-site, and the pool at the main house truly feels like a resort. While I didn’t initially realize the pool is a short walk from the guest houses (rather than right outside them), it was still AMAZING! The owner’s attention to detail is next level, and it shows in every part of the property. Our family loved every minute, and I would highly recommend this Airbnb and these wonderful hosts!

This place is a hidden gem! Close enough to everything you could do in the Gainesville area but far enough away to be away from the hustle and bustle. Heather was super helpful with suggestions for my family and very responsive whenever we reached out. Loved the little neighborhood and the other residents were nice as well. Additionally, the little things that Heather did for us really hit home, super sweet of her! When we come back to Gainesville, we will be staying here.

Linda’s place was exactly what I needed for my vacation. It was close to my event that was going on, very comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. Linda responded very quickly to any questions I had. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone looking for a place in this area. I will book again next time I am in the area!

We were so comfortable and happy with the home we booked another stay as soon as it had an opening!! Large rooms, comfortable beds, and especially loved the 2 electric controlled recliners! Kitchen had all cooking needs, and the beautiful sun room was so peaceful!! Can’t say enough great things about this home!

Christine made us feel like it was our home away from home! We booked on a whim and she was helpful navigating us around The Villages via her gold cart, which made for a true first time experience and like a resident would enjoy! Her place was immaculate and the recliners perfect for evening relaxation! We look forward to referring others to her and hopefully staying again ourselves!
