Amazing place, full of nature, and closed to everything

Great location and great communication. Very clean quiet and secure. The owner ga e excellent service and information for tours and transportation. Definitely recommend the soda restaurant next door. Good food and reasonable. The bar across the road is good service. There is only a cook top and a smaller sized fridge but plenty of room for a few days.

Central location near beach. Nice and cozy. Pool was a plus! Christian, working in the property, was very helpful regarding any concerns.

Reyna is the best :) She is always happy & ready to help. We stayed in another house because reparation was needed, but she really came through. There are often no numbers at the houses in Costa Rica so due to an internet problem it was a little search to find the right house, but after that we were happy we stayed in a nice neighbourhood and also close to the centre.

The Quin Surf Residence properties are an absolute gem. I highly recommend them if you're in the Nosara area. There are at least a dozen good restaurants in walking distance. The walk to the beach is very short. The staff is lovely and made us feel welcome the entire time. The gardens on the property are beautiful. The local Organic Market is within walking distance. The units are beautiful, clean, and modern. We enjoyed our visit to Nosara and our stay in Quin Surf Residence so much that we will make a return visit in the near future. We have stayed in many Airbnb properties, and Quin Surf Residence is hands down the finest property we have rented. Special thanks to Paolo and his staff for making our visit memorable.

This studio was perfect for our one month stay in Guiones. Walking distance to the beach and town. Tucked away enough that there was no nighttime noise. Being in the upper apartment feels very private. Everything is very new. Loved the outdoor shower. Angela was incredibly attentive and communicative. She often gave us a heads up about local power outages or things to be aware of. Internet was strong but very spotty—something to be aware of for the entire region, so bring backup. Would definitely book again! We miss it already.

We had a great stay at the container loft. Beautiful view of the cloud forest and valley. Very convenient for anyone looking to tour the cloud forest reserve, was only a few minutes walk to the shuttle. We had rainbows everyday. Place was clean and well appointed and had clear instructions to get in. I would only point out it does get loud with the wind noise. If you’re a light sleeper you may have trouble. They do provide a white noise machine which may help some people.

We loved staying here! Spacious and beautifully decorated. We loved having the balcony to enjoy the beautiful weather. Extremely comfortable bed and a very functional space. Responsive and friendly host. Extremely close to La Fortuna town with good eats and convenience stores withjn minutes. Highly recommend!

I met Robert, his wife and grandson day of check-in at his eBike rental company on the main strip in Coco. We took my luggage to the condo a short ride from his business. Robert's grandson Dylan accompanied Robert and I on the ride and they both helped get my luggage into the condo. I found the condo relaxing, clean and very homey. The pool that you can see from the door is clean and well kept. During my stay Robert and his family were instrumental in helping me obtain transportation to the grocery store, cell phone store. Robert and I did take an eBike ride on Coco Beach early morning which was spectacular and fun. I actually took a ride with Robert through the countryside and ate some of the best pizza I have ever had. All in all, no complaints the Internet connection was great.. and I did enjoy learning how to operate a Costa Rican washing machine! Would highly recommend Robert, his family and property.

Clean and beautiful! There was a huge back porch overlooking a field and a view of the Arenal volcano. Nice neighborhood.

Eugenio and the family were lovely, welcoming hosts who made us feel right at home. Apartment was very clean, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. A short walk to the beach, peaceful and safe location.

Ivan and his family are very kind and nice. It has room is on a second floor and is very clean, has very fast wifi, Netflix. We were greeted with some snacks, thank you! The bed is comfortable. Recommended!

I am so grateful to have stayed at this Airbnb for a month! It’s incredibly comfortable, modern, and in a beautiful area. The beaches and sunsets will knock your socks off. A car would be beneficial to explore the surrounding areas but I didn’t have one and got around just fine. Edwin was incredibly helpful and attentive and I felt well taken care of. It really felt like a home away from home and I can’t wait to return!

Lili was very kind, she was always attentive to help us or solve our doubts, she is an excellent person. The place we loved it, it has everything complete for two people, kitchen, refrigerator, electrical appliances such as coffee maker and toaster, etc. In terms of location, it is on the outskirts of downtown (but a 5min walk) which we loved to find tranquility and rest, and also a view of the gulf with some incredible sunsets. We would definitely stay with Lili again!

Great for the 1 night I stayed. Host will greet you and give the key. The place is a small 1 bedroom with a small basic kitchen, lounge room and shower with hot water. Wifi was perfect, location is super central. 5 min walk to a supermarket and 2 minute walk to a delicious restaurant called El Patio. Place is super secure, yes it can be loud but you can't control anyone revving an engine, however it didn't bother me when sleeping (and I'm a super light sleeper)
