Heike and Hans place is a slice of heaven! Very remote and hard to find but that is the best part.

This was a great place. Right on the beach. Safe, clean. We only stayed 2 nights. I would definitely stay here again. Great if you have a larger group because of the 4 bedrooms and 7 beds.

Beautiful spot at the end of the road. A short walk to beach, fishing, zip line, horseback riding, market, and pizza. A short drive to nearest town for everything else. Awesome pool and patio area. Super clean and well maintained. We were a family of 6. Kids loved it too. Joseph is running a tight ship, which becomes very evident if you go out on his boat and fish with him.

Great spot, easy parking, the beach is literally less than a 60 second walk away.

Such a beautiful stay, perfect location close to restaurants, cafes and steps away from the beach. We stayed with a 7 month old and 5 year old and they had the best time!

We do a family vacation every year. After this trip my family hands down stated this was their favorite place. The area is very lush with plants and trees. Everyday we saw humpback whales swimming by, birds singing, and saw monkeys. The house was impeccable, 2 huge master suites with bathrooms and a casita with essentially what ends up being 2 rooms and a shared bathroom. The livingroom and kitchen is located outside with a roof. We loved the open air feel. We spent hours per day in the pool which sits right above the ocean. We took trips to the nearby Resort that is located by a path right next to the property. Its a very short walk across a very cool bridge. At the resort is a public beach with virtually no one on it. We did some body surfing and boogie boarding as it had some great waves. Marisol made us breakfast every morning and did housekeeping and laundry. She was fantastic. The place is magical and I highly recommend it.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and the pool was great right outside. I highly recommend the snorkeling person she recommended as they picked us up from the beach inside the community. It was a great stay and would stay there again.

Our stay at the Firefly house was amazing. The locations is perfect right on the beach, with a yoga studio and turtle hatchery next door. The town of Montezuma is walking distance with plenty of restaurants and groceries available. We enjoyed watching the wildlife including monkeys and coati from the front porch. The house manager was always quick to respond to our questions and provided toys for our children to play with. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. Joshua was super responsive and always ready to help anytime we needed assistance. The house was simple and elegant and comfortable and super close to the surf school, beach and a bunch of great restaurants. There had been a torrential downpour before we arrived so we needed to clean the pool ourselves—totally understandable—something to keep in mind during rainy season if you expect outside to be “spotless”. A note to newcomers coming from Liberia to Nosara— during rainy season: take the inland route through Nicoya!! We took the coastal route and it was barely drivable.

This is a gorgeous house our family really had a wonderful time Murielle's a great host, Very helpful, great communicator. This house is perfect for anyone seeking privacy. Has a great outdoor patio with Nice, clean pool. The town is close, within walking distance. truly recommend. Gracias. Pura vida!!

This place is true paradise. The home has everything and you cannot beat this location — it’s steps from the beach and close to other beaches, close to town with lots of bars and restaurants, and super walkable but also feels private because you’re not right in the center. The house itself has bathrooms and air conditioning units in every bedroom, parking spots, a full kitchen, a beautiful pool and overall great property. For 6-7 people, it worked perfectly. We couldn’t have been happier with the place. The host, Nick, was also great. He helped coordinate a rather early check in for us, which we were immensely grateful for after a red eye. He gave golf cart recommendations and even coordinated the pickup the next day because our flight was early. He never took more than 2 hours to respond and was extremely helpful. This place is a special oasis, we hope to be back!

The apartment with everything we expected and more. The housekeeping staff kept our apartment immaculate every day.. they took care of things that we had no intention of them taking care of. It’s a great location near to shops, tours, restaurants and cafes and more beach areas. I love that the parking is inside of a motorized fenced in yard. We always felt safe! The pool was gorgeous. The kitchen had basic necessities along with all of the dishes for us to cook our own meals and make our own coffee.. the only thing I would suggest is they need a sharper large knife. The air conditioning is great. Outdoor shower helps with the sand.. beds were comfy too.

Wonderful stay at this absolutely beautiful condo. It was more than expected! We cooked breakfast and supper in the well appointed kitchen. Our teenagers enjoyed having their own space - the beds were comfortable and linens very nice. All of the furnishings were top notch. The location can’t be beat. The beach was steps away and this condo has the best view. Our kids enjoyed the pool, the beach, and use of the boogie boards, kayak, and paddle board daily. We had Coco Loco delivered and ate at nearby restaurants - Margaritaville, Camparino, Surf Box etc. Between Alejandro and Blue Zone and the concierge at The Palms, our every question and request was taken care of. They booked transportation for us, helped to rent us a golf cart for the week, booked excursions, gave area recommendations and just made our whole trip seamless. Thank you for a wonderful first trip to Costa Rica.

We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to visit again. The house is in the perfect location- a short walk to town and just steps from the beach. We also all fell in love with Missy. She is the sweetest dog. The owners are very responsive to any questions. They met us there to check in and even messaged me with restaurant and grocery store recommendations.

where do i start, location, location this place will leave u breathless, its peaceful, clean, serene, when you first walk in the jungle the green the lush gardens welcomes you you then proceed to where the rooms are and the views of the beach just steps away from you room makes you feel in paradise, breakfast its served on the beach everymorning, you can just feel the stress melting away everyday, the rooms are clean, private,its in the heart of santa teresa plenty of walkable places to go yet while you are inside the compound just will not here the noises from the street. the staff, Glori is an amazing host she is kind, humble, & her warmn heart makes you feel you have been friends forever, Rosa keeps everything clean and neat she is very polite friendly and a great cook & don chepe is always so helpful and kind. if you see Nekaui available i urge tou to snatch it right away i promise you it will not disappoint & you will have an amazing experience.

Pia’s home was beyond amazing, the pictures do not do it justice. The location was picture perfect, right on the beach, walking to restaurants and shops, located on a huge long lot. We had howler monkeys visit a number of times. And Pia was super responsive and always extremely helpful and communicative. Just a perfect stay!

Our family loved the location of Casa Circa Del Mar, it is wonderful being so close to the beach and not having to drive all the time . We also enjoyed the pool so much and had many wonderful meals outside on the Veranda . The house was amazing with so much space and has everything you need. The Host was very kind and always available and responsive. We were celebrating an 80th Birthday and she had decorations and candles for us which was very sweet.

Gary’s house was perfect for our group of ten during Thanksgiving week. Transportation to and from the airport was seamless, even with having to leave at 4am to catch our early flight home. The outside area was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful views. Kids loved the pool, and there were plenty of floaties and beach toys for them to use. We hired Krista for many meals, which was a great alternative to grocery shopping and cooking for a large group. We also rented Gary’s cars which was super convenient and alleviated the hassle of doing it at the airport. Don’t hesitate to book this house, it’s a great spot for a family vacation!

The house was perfect for our family, 3 boys, grandma and the two of us for a total of six people. Wonderful indoor/outdoor living. The backyard, pool and beach access were amazing. Very relaxing and peaceful, we felt like we had the beach to ourselves. You can rent everything you need in the community, book all tours and excursions at multiple places in the community. Easy access to Tamarindo if you want to have that experience as well. We’d 100% recommend this place and hope to go back soon.

Our stay at Jarrod’s place was incredible! Best vacation house you could ask for. Perfect location right on the beach but still super private. Having a swimming pool right on the ocean is about as good as it gets, we usually spend most of our vacation time at the beach but this house was so great we wound up spending more time by the pool. Also the house is stocked very well, everything an Airbnb/rental house should have this house has. Jarrod was very accommodating and helped us with transportation and Covid testing at the house. I highly recommend this to anyone visiting the Playa Negra area! We will definitely be coming back!
