Loft vacation rentals in Costa Rica

This Loft was truly magical. the photos don’t capture the serenity we experienced in person. the outdoor kitchen allows for beautiful airflow and the open shower allows you to watch monkeys climb through the trees in the morning. felt private though the main floor was occupied ***highly recommend renting ATV / 4x4 for your stay , house is on steep hill***

We loved our stay! Kathleen is a sweetheart and so kind and attentive. And her three dogs are adorable. The unit is perfect for two people. It is situated on a dead end street, making it a very quiet location with no street noise. There are so many places to eat just a quick Uber ride away - both Los Yoses and Escalante barrios are very nearby. Super convenient location and a wonderful host!

I want to thank Melissa for accepting our request with a really short notice. The place we were staying got threatened by a big fire and we had to leave. A few other hosts declined but Melissa was there to save our night. In regards to the place, it went beyond expectations. Its a big property with several things you can do outside your place. I really liked that! The bed was truly comfy, it is really safe for you and your car as well. I definitely recommend staying here and Im looking forward to come back. Thanks again!!

Really nice and comfortable room in a modern motel-like complex called Arenal Rooms. Room was clean and spacious. We appreciated having access to the facility's roof deck; it was perfect for watching volcano-view sunsets (dreamy!). It's in an area of town we liked -- far enough from the beating heart to be quiet, but close enough to walk to anywhere in town. There's also a super funky and tasty restaurant next door -- soda rodriguez. Think jungle treehouse fort with great food and handmade decor. We even saw a sloth while dining there. Hosts were kind and responsive. Would return!

We did not want to leave!!! What an amazing location. Lots of wildlife and birds. The pool is amazing!! Will come again. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Gustavo and Sandra were great hosts and were very welcoming. They were very responsive when I needed help with anything. The apartment is in a great location. There are many food spots in walking distance, and Walmart is not too far away. There is a grocery store one block away. There are also a couple of gyms in walking distance. The neighborhood is safe and quiet.

Great location, right in front of the beach. The loft has everything you need, we couldn’t fault it. Rob and Marienne were kind to let us in slightly earlier on check-in. Recommend to everyone, pretty cool spot

It's a good place, very safe and quiet

The apartment was lovely and had the basic amenities available. The building itself included many excellent amenities including a gym, pool, coworking space etc which were easily accessible. I most enjoyed the location and accessibility to restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. Would recommend staying here.

We had a great time staying in La Fortuna at one of the Home Vacations properties! Would highly recommend to anyone coming to La Fortuna. The company office also had great recommendations of places to eat and things to do and made booking activities a breeze.

Located in a quiet part of Manuel Antonio where only locals live. By car, many restaurants can be reached in no time. The place was clean and well maintained and offers everything you need during a tour. Including views from the terrace into the jungle. We regularly had visits from various birds and monkeys. The hosts responded immediately to inquiries and gave excellent tips. We had an all-round nice stay at the apartment.

Just what we needed for a short hospital stay. I love Barrio Escalante anyway and this is perfectly placed. Easy check in and good comms. Thanks

A nice studio with everything you need for your stay. The apartment is on the 26th floor which gives you nice views of the city. We had to stay due to a medical emergency and the host was so accommodating. We thank you for your kindness!

We had a very good experience staying at the place. I would not call it luxurious, but it’s definitely spacious , well designed and well located. I didn’t meet the hosts, but they were responsive to our questions and requests.

Lively, animal friendly, place. Shops and restaurants within walkable distance. Charming, well kept garden, common area. Warm and kind hosts. The bed was AHHmazing!!

Highly recommended on airbnb! Pedro and his mother are super attentive, very good communication, always there if you need anything and in the same way you have all your privacy. During my stay suddenly towards very cold and they gave me some extra blankets, super good! The studio is very spacious, I have your years but you feel very comfortable and very well maintained. It has up to a large table with a comfortable chair to work with. It's a super quiet place. A few blocks away there are cafes, restaurants and like 10/15min is the university where there are many options for food of the day. The area is not my favorite in the world, but the airbnb is worth it!

This is my second time at an extended stay at this location. I liked it so much that I returned to this location. It is a modern and clean apartment, with good internet, in a convenient location. It is easy to get to many places from there. The hosts are very friendly and hopeful. I would stay longer if I could!

Great hosts. They were always attentive to any needs. The accommodation is even nicer than in the photos, and I would definitely come back as it has a good location, in a quiet area and close to several commercial businesses, it also has all the amenities needed to be comfortable either one or several days. Highly recommended.

It is great for one couple plus maybe 1 small kid (sofa bed needs upgrade)... right in front of the complex there is a tiny bakery and neighborhood grocery store that takes credit cards, perfect for improv breakfast or dinner. Ana was very responsive which was helpful during our stay. Definitely recommended!

I worked at the German School Abroad for three months and the accommodation is centrally located in Pavas and opposite the German school. Camille was a very good who always responded to guests' requests. The apartment was always super clean and the pictures correspond to reality.
