I really enjoyed an extended stay (over a month) at the Coco Sunset Hills property being managed by Tropical Gardens. This staff is the happiest and friendliest ever. The property was all that is was advertised to be. Many different and beautiful pools to swim in on very well landscaped and maintained grounds. The property itself was wonderful (2 floor, 2 bedroom) with all modern conveniences, great A/C, room fans, and weekly cleaning services! I have told my friends about this place and will also be back.

It’s always a pleasure to stay at Freddy’s place. He’s a great host. The pool is lovely and the property is surrounded by nature. The house is comfortable and cozy with lots of outdoor space. This is our favorite place to stay when we are working in the area.

We really appreciated the location of the villa which allowed us to be quiet in a great garden and very close to commercial life and the beach We had the Hummingbird villa on the ground floor ( parking space for the car next door) All appliances are new as well as the dishes and very nice to find all the essentials ( coffee sugar salt pepper olive oil...) A great place to discover this corner of the Peninsula I recommend

We loved this Airbnb! It was the perfect end for our trip. Would definitely stay here for an entire trip! The beach close by, the terrace, the pools, and gated community were awesome and made our Costa Rica trip better. The host was great when we couldn’t find the office space to check in due to construction, but she came all the way out to the street to help us! Friendly staff!

this is a great place to stay with family or a group. The house is quiet, even with guests in the unit above. The caretaker (not Carole) is fantastic, super helpful and friendly, and always responsive.

It is a clean, tidy, bright and cozy space. Beautiful view. We had an unforgettable sunset and red limpets passed by several times in front of the balcony. The pool is very clean and well-kept.

What a beautiful property. I can’t speak highly enough of Paul, Rosie and their beautiful property. The location is stunning, away from the crowds, the grounds are beautiful and the house is perfect. We awoke to jungle sounds every morning, enjoyed the breathtaking views from the balcony, spent time in the pool which is fabulous, and enjoyed the best hospitality from Paul and Rosie, ably helped by their wonderful dogs! Breakfasts were delicious, and real treat to get up to each morning, and we booked a couple of dinners which were equally delicious. Rosita’s is the perfect private restaurant to enjoy them in. Paul went above and beyond to welcome us to his home and help us explore the surrounding area. Our children loved playing with the friendly dogs, and milking cow in the morning was a lovely experience for them. Paul also booked several trips for us which were exactly what we wanted, and the onsite tour of the ranch is highly recommended. I would happily recommend CRR to anyone.

I had a fantastic stay at Juan Gabriel’s place! From start to finish, everything was smooth and well-organized. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area and enjoy all that Costa Rica has to offer. Juan Gabriel was a wonderful host—friendly, responsive, and eager to ensure a great experience. His communication was clear, and he genuinely cares about providing top-notch service. Diego was an excellent host, and this was a great place to stay for my family of four. The kids liked having their own room with their own beds. The patio and pool were great. The location is close to the action in town, especially close to the night market on Thursdays and Saturdays. Diego responds to messages quickly and even went out of his way to get us an extra sheet when we asked for it. We'd stay here again.

I would definitely come back. Mauricio is an excellent host and the house is extremely nice, the place is super quiet and many cute animals visit. It's best to bring everything to eat, as there aren't many restaurants nearby if your budget isn't much.

This place was incredible! Perfect location for La Fortuna adventures. Extremely clean and comfortable. The hosts were very welcoming and had excellent recommendations. The beautiful back patio, private hot tub, and rain shower were all great perks! We would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time at this property. Caroline's house was peaceful and private. Bas was the gentleman who helped us check in and gave us house keys. He was friendly and helpful and let us check in several hours early. This property was very convenient. It's really like a small town with a restaurant that has great pizza and a convenience store right at the property that sells some groceries and alcohol. There is a beautiful quiet beach. We were given recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Caroline even provided coolers, chairs, and beach towels for our beach day. A huge plus...Los Delfines is in Tambor Bay which is close to Isla Tortuga. I would highly recommend renting a boat and spending a day on the water. Our guide picked us up right on the beach in front of the property. Tambor bay also has bioluminescence at night but be sure to avoid your stay during a full moon if you really want a good show. We would definitely stay at this property again.

In the place I found everything you need for your stay. And I appreciate the attention they gave me actually did not require to ask since the guide with the information is very clear and has what is required. I really liked the common area of the place.

Everything about our stay was smooth and easy. The place had all the items we needed for meals and going to the grocery store or beach. We had an amazing recommendation to attend a sea turtle release happening about 20min away that was unexpected and loved by our whole family. We will recommend and hopefully stay again at this place!

Our first time to Costa Rica. We had a 3 year old, a 17 year old and a 20 year. Plus my wife and I. More than enough space. Super clean, private and safe. The guards at the gate were the best, friendly and on top of it. It was our own little neighborhood right in the middle of Costa, Rica. The wild life in the whole country is great, but we were able to see many animals from our front door. Fernando was a great host and very responsive. The house was beautiful. Having your own pool was great for the kids. Restaurants and stores right outside of the gate and a quick walk to the main strip. We will stay here again. One of the best Airbnb's we have stayed at ever.

Perfect spot for those looking to stay near the action but not directly in the action.

The property is lovely - very safe, secure access and the pool is essential as, while only 10-mins to be beach, the wind can get up making relaxing on the beach a bit sandy! It was easy to walk to the grocery store, restaurants and the tours we booked picked us up at the entrance to the property. Very relaxing and lovely with a built in holler monkey alarm system!
