Gmund is the insider tip to stay at lake Tegernsee - our house is situated at the little river Mangfall only 300m away from the train station and 150m from the lake. Our holiday home was completed in 2016, has two rooms, a new bathroom and a big eat-in-kitchen. We furnished the two-story flat, in a way that our friends, family and you can feel at home: the flat is bright, spacious and cosy. Our holiday home is suitable especially for couples and families.

Karl-Heinz and his wife Gabi are wonderful,warm hosts!! We spent 2 nice weeks at the property and were able to contact the two at any time. The location is perfect for trips in the area or to the lake. Even though the house is right on a busy road, we could enjoy the morning sun and our breakfast on the balcony and felt really comfortable. The bathroom is new and the kitchen has everything you need. Wifi works well,so you can also work well from there. We would have liked to extend our stay with Gabi and Karl-Heinz,as we enjoyed the time there very much. We hope to see you again. Thank you for your kindness!

Really lovely apartment in a peaceful neighbourhood just 20 minutes from Munich centre. There are really good local restaurants and a river at the end of the road which was a great area for birdwatching. Ros and Robert were great hosts, really friendly and helpful. And the apartment was very comfortable and great for us and our two teenage kids. Thank you.

The apartment is spacious, quietly located and excellently equipped – ideal for longer stays. We were particularly impressed by the well-equipped kitchen and the beautiful garden, which can be reached directly from the parking lot. Also ideal for a stay with children. Communication was always straightforward, and the personal support on site was extremely warm. Clear recommendation!
