Amazing place and great service

My guests had a very enjoyable stay. The apartment is nicely designed. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The apartment is very close to Messe München. Contact with the host was very pleasant. Everything worked out well and we will be happy to come again.

We immediately felt extremely comfortable and welcome in the apartment. The apartment is very tastefully furnished, everything is well coordinated with each other in terms of color. The bathroom is luxurious. In addition, you can see from many loving details that the hosts make a special effort: There was not only a small welcome gift, but there are also espresso capsules or vinegar/oil available. The main room is very bright and the view of the terrace into the garden is really nice even now in winter. Just one thing to know from our point of view when renting the apartment: The bedroom is located in the basement and is supplied with natural light via a wide light shaft located in the floor of the terrace and covered with a grid. The bedroom is therefore quite dark. But since everything is made so beautifully overall, it didn't bother us any further. We really highly recommend the place, and will be happy to come back!

The apartment was clean and well equipped! Caro was incredibly friendly and always available. Your fast communication has made everything – from booking to departure – totally uncomplicated. Check-in and check-out also went smoothly. The location is ideal: the city is within minutes walking distance. Thank you, Caro, for the warm hospitality! We will be happy to come back.

We recovered magnificently and were able to relax in Annika and Nicolai's apartment after the long hikes. We were there in January...and it was pleasantly quiet - I'm sure it's a little livelier in the summer;-)

We felt very comfortable in the bright and spacious apartment. We were not particularly appreciated: • The warmth of the landlords, • The cleanliness of the space, • the tasteful and functional furnishings, • The extensive amenities in the kitchen and bathroom as well as • the roof terrace belonging to the property. We would like to sincerely thank our hosts and will keep our stay in beautiful memory.

Verena is a very friendly and accommodating host. She always responded very quickly. The apartment is a little far from the center. It's a good idea to plan your rides in advance. Near Aldi, a bus stops that takes you to Grafing station. Upon arrival I took a taxi from Grafing station. The driver tried to charge me 18 euros instead of 8. You should look closely at your screen. The flat is very quiet. The vibe in it is appealing - there are pictures and photos with various positive messages. You should ventilate the room regularly. Aldi is very close by. About 10 minutes from the apartment there are several bakeries and restaurants.

We stayed with Dagmar and her husband for a short stay, both of whom are extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment is top furnished and the location is super, quiet, in nature and super connected to traffic.

Gerrit is a responsible, hospitable, and friendly host. The apartment truly feels like home - comfortable, cozy, and filled with a welcoming atmosphere.

I am very grateful to have this experience in Franz house. Everything we need is there and it's actually just 23min with car to the city center. I definitely would recommend it to my friends who really want to experience a comfort & daily life in Munich.

Wonderful location in the old city behind the Rathaus with beautiful walks to the Maximilienstrasse, the Függerei, and the Christmas Market. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Very comfortable apartment with plenty of space and charm. Marcel was proactive in sharing parking and checkin instructions with plenty of pictures to make it easy. Perfect for attending Messe. Very close to the metro that goes from the city center to the expo. The place has everything needed to live multiple days. Very responsive host.

Andrea is a friendly and open host who always had an open ear for me and my furry friend. She was quick to respond and communication was straightforward. The small apartment is located in a small village - I love church bells (unlike other guests) - and also the peace and quiet and being able to be right in the meadows was perfect for us and our walks. Everything corresponds exactly to the description and was perfectly clean. We will be happy to come back. :)

Wolfger was an incredibly nice man who loves being a host. Expect to be treated with care and invited to his tasty dinners. He is very easy-going and is willing to help with whatever need you have. I highly recommend you stay here with him.

Very quiet and lovely flat, fully equipped kitchen and close to the train station. We had a wonderful time and Werner was a wonderful host!

Robert's space is very beautiful, cozy and easy access to the center. He was very attentive, kind and fun :)

The stay was really great. Everything we needed was there. The location is very nice and you feel right there. There is a special plus for the hot tub, which can be heated with wood. That was a great treat. The location to Lake Ammersee is very good, you should definitely be traveling by car.

it is my pleasure to stay three nights at Monika's house where located in a quiet town and also easy to go to Messe. my room is pretty clean with a kitchen and garden. Monika and her husband are very nice people with good English. I will stay at their house again once I come to Munich.
