Great stay with a quiet apartment, close to public transport

The apartment is modern, equipped with a lot of taste, clean, the kitchen perfect. In the quiet apartment we felt comfortable from the beginning and could relax very well. The paths to the surrounding lakes and excursion destinations were short. The landlady Karin is very kind and accommodating, the contact exemplary and fast. The term Superhost is completely accurate. We can take care of the previous reviews without restriction. We will be happy to come back.

Lauia has a great place. Book with confidence. Wonderful host & tram stop to get everywhere quickly is right outside the door. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed with Violetta for 5 days, were greeted in a very friendly manner and were able to reach Violetta at any time. The apartment is in a very quiet area overlooking the magnificent nature. We had a great stay in Ashot's place. The flat is spacious and private, next to the parks and lakes. The area is quiet and residential, but within 20m train from the city centre.

Stephan is great and the place is awesome. Definitely will come stay here again.

We didn’t want to leave……. It is hard to sum up just how amazing this stay has been. Right from the moment we arrived we had a warm welcome from Vicky. Detailed instructions upon arrival and we felt every need had been thought about and catered for. We arrived late in the evening and when we awoke it was to a breath taking Mountain View. The outdoor space was beautiful, our 3 boys were out there everyday and loved the freedom. By the end of our stay we felt like we were staying with friends and didn’t want to leave this piece of paradise. This is a well equipped accommodation with everything you could need. Even first aid and local maps. We miss this place and these people already and can’t wait to go back. Vicky we can’t thank you enough for your warmth, kindness and hospitality.

Great apartment, quietly located, from which you can make many excursions (by public transport) e.g. to the thermal baths or to Munich.

Everything was fine. Jürgen and Petra were responsive and hospitable. Pleasant stay.

It was very clean and had everything we needed. It got a bit cold at times, but that was easily fixed with the heaters. Marc was really nice and very helpful, explaining in great detail the easiest and cheapest way to get where we needed to go on public transport.

We liked Mathias's apartment, especially the location with good subway connection, shopping within walking distance and lots of greenery outside. Parking was easy to find,after that we left the car. Communication with Mathias was great.

Lovely place and lovely location - conveniently close to several S-Bahn train stations. Being able to buy fresh eggs was an added plus!

Hans was responsive and welcoming as a host. We were due to arrive on Sunday when food markets are closed, so he bought a few basics to have on hand. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located.

Andreas was a very nice host and the apartment was very nice and clean. The area is very quiet and great for hikes on the Staffelsee. Glad to come back!

We spent a very nice week in Andreas apartment. Our kids were able to enjoy the garden, and the puzzles and games for children that were already there were also used. Communication and cleanliness great! The location is great, we drove by car to Murnauer Moos, and to the Ammergauer and Garmisch mountains.

We had an incredible stay at this charming apartment near the hills. The location is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. Waking up to the fresh, crisp air and scenic landscape was truly a highlight of our trip. The apartment itself was cozy, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped and had all things one need for preparing a full course meal. Whether you’re looking to relax or enjoy outdoor adventures (Skiing, etc..), this place offers the perfect balance. We especially loved the peaceful atmosphere and proximity to nature, making it a great choice for anyone wanting to escape the city for a few days. Highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting the Unterammergau or Garmisch-Partenkirchen area. We’ll definitely be back!

Vera was a great host. Communication was clear and Vera was quick to respond to any messages. Check in was easy and Vera gave clear instructions. A great host!

A really amazing place! Very cozy and clean. The neighbourhood makes you feel as if you are on a vacation even if you go on a business trip. Very wuiet place. Furnished with a lot of good taste. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. It is also close to the city center I can say - only about 4km. Everything was great!

Everything was awesome. It has a great location and a fantastic view, Stefen was beneficial. We enjoyed. The only thing that we didn't expect was that the barbeque in the photo wasn't usable during winter. We prepared a lot of meat for several meals, but we had to cook them in the kitchen and it was hard. In the end, we enjoyed it we hopefully we'll come to see here in summer.

There were three of us skiing on the weekend and we were looking for an apartment for one night and came across this apartment. The apartment is ideal for shorter, but also longer trips. The amenities were more than sufficient, there was everything you need and much more, such as an Alexa on the dining table with which you can listen to music well, good for us as we had forgotten a jukebox. The bed was very soft and very comfortable, but also the stylish sofa bed was very good and also very large, so you could easily sleep 2 people on it. I would definitely come back, full recommendation from me

The place is great! We felt right at home. The public transport connection is great, so you can also get to the city center quickly. There is a park nearby, so well suited with a dog. Overall, the place was very clean and well equipped. Will be happy to book this place again next time.
