Von Bernried ist man auch mit dem ÖPNV schnell in München und in den Bergen. Unsere Ferienwohnung verbindet Altes und Modernes. Vier Generationen haben in diesem Haus ihre Spuren hinterlassen und machen aus diesem Ort etwas Besonderes.

Willkommen im charmanten Ferienhaus in Utting am Ammersee, nur 10 Gehminuten vom See entfernt. Utting bietet Freizeitmöglichkeiten wie Seebad, Klettergarten, Bootsverleih, Minigolf, Biergarten und Tennis. Geschäfte, Bäcker und Cafés sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das geräumige Ferienhaus ist ideal für Ausflüge nach München (40 Min.), Augsburg (45 Min.) und in die Alpen (ab ca. 1 Std.). Der Bahnhof ist nur 5 Min. entfernt. Entdecken Sie die Schönheit des Ammersees und der bezaubernden Umgebung!

Conveniently located stylish oasis

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Additional information is of course available in the apartment.

Apartment in a quiet location

The apartment is on the first floor of the family house. Next to it is our riding stable and nature (meadows, forest and the lake). The sofa can be folded out into a sofa bed on which 2 children or an adult can sleep. If necessary, a large, comfortable folding mattress (1.20 m wide, 15 cm thick) can be added. It is 3 km to the train station in Tutzing. By train you can get to Munich in 30 minutes and in the other direction to the mountains. It is approx. 10 minutes' walk.

Our historic house is located close to a creek and is the perfect place for a break on the beautiful Ammersee. As a young family, we know what it means to go on vacation with small children and lots of luggage. That's why we want to make your stay as pleasant as possible. From our own parking lot, ground-level entrance, crib and baby chair to a stationary changing table, we have placed great importance on things that are also important to us on our own trips.

The stylish, modern and lovingly furnished apartment in an architect's house is located in a quiet location near the village center. The architect made optimal use of the hillside location to the east for the apartment located in the basement. In addition to stays for business reasons, the apartment is also suitable for holidays in the Chiemgau. Munich is easily accessible via the subway from Messestadt Ost (26 minutes to the subway).

Our jewel is finally ready! The bright and luxurious loft (approx. 80 square meters) with roof terrace offers absolute seclusion and a unique view over Lake Ammersee. After our beautiful garden apartment in the basement, you can now get to know Villa Romenthal from a completely different perspective: Under the historic roof beams, we welcome guests to our open 1-room loft with roof terrace. The beautiful Ammersee is about 900 m away.
