Anita welcomed us personally. She was very friendly and helpful, even in advance the contact was great. The apartment is very nice, bright and very quiet. Far above standard, coffee was even and a mill and espresso pot. The area is a bit shabby, but also very quiet, you only have a short walk to the subway and three stations to the city. The hallway could really be cleaned and painted, but don't let that deter you, Anita's apartment is great, nicely decorated and sparkling clean. Thank you for the lovely stay!

We stayed in Brunnen Apartment 302A (New Dawn). The apartment was exactly as described, clean, spacious, and well located. The apartment looked onto the street (Brunnengasse) but noise was not an issue. Heating and appliances worked well. Shower pressure could have been better, but wasn’t bad. The team was responsive and helpful. Overall a great choice for exploring Nuremberg Old Town!

If you are a couple spending a few nights in Nuremberg, book this place. It is a great location, pubs all around, but when you finish exploring Nuremberg and close the bedroom door, silence. We would book again for sure.

In the heart of the old town, top location,

I can't say enough good things about this place. It was very comfortable for our 2-week stay and had all the amenities of home. Though the bathroom was a bit small, the bedroom and bed was large and had a nice view of the street. The living room was large and had a comfortable sofa in addition to a good sized table for working space. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything one would expect, and had all the necessities for coffee: a Nespresso machine, a French press, and an electric water kettle. Above all though was the location. It is immediately adjacent and in easy walking distance of all the sights and shops in the area. We spent every day walking out our door into the Altstadt and along the river immediately outside the rear of the house. I could not imagine a better location. The host was available and accommodating of us non-German speakers via her son, though we did not have much need to communicate after check-in. Very highly recommended!!
