Very convenient and quiet location for philharmonic, city centre and lots of bars and restaurants walking distance or cheap taxi.

Karl’s place was first class in all aspects, we all enjoyed our short stay and New Brighton is somewhere everyone should see. Thanks for a great stay.

Had a lovely few days at this property. Well stocked with all amenities you might need for a home away from Home. Handy for Liverpool city and Enfield stadium. Very very quiet local residential area which is exactly what we wanted.

She kindly made up an extra bed for us because of a late check in and made us feel right at home. Her plants are also super impressive! Thank you for a great stay!

Thanks to David and Anne for a great stay in Waterloo. The house was very clean, really well equipped and conveniently located for visiting Crosby, Formby and Liverpool. We hope to visit again!

We felt right at home, and safe and secure with our three young children. The house was warm and comfortable, and well catered for kids with a high chair, toys and a chalk wall (a firm favourite!). Our hosts were very responsive, helpful and welcoming. A perfect start to our time in Liverpool!

What a beautiful place to stay and a beautiful location. The cottage was immaculate, spacious and had everything you’d need for an excellent stay. Well equipped kitchen, spacious lounge, bedrooms were fresh and airy and so quiet and peaceful. Bathroom spotless with bath and shower, towels were thick and fluffy. It was a sunny weekend, we even sat in the back yard with a coffee. Brilliant hosts, instructions were clear, access was great and parking was convenient and ample. Cannot recommend this cottage and the location enough. Public transport to Liverpool and Chester practically on the doorstep.

Overall, our stay was good. Check in smooth, clean, responsive host, excellent location, good size living room and gated parking a bonus. Only negative was that the other residents in the building slam the doors - though we’ve experienced this at many other Airbnbs, so can’t fault the host on this. Recommend for adult couple max, no room for any kind of baby travel cot in the bedroom.

A wonderfully bright and spacious apartment. It had everything needed for a 4 week stay. Bus stop close by. Beautiful park in close walking distance.

Had a great stay. Alison and Steve were so helpful and accommodating. Place was very clean , modern and had all you could want. Was easy to access everywhere by car. There is off road parking. Would definitely stay again.

Once we arrived at Holland House it did not disappoint. we know the area quite well so was pleased to be so close to sea, restaurants and shops. The apartment was so relaxing and the perfect 2 days away from stressful jobs and home life. Charlie was perfect at keeping in touch and making sure we had everything we needed which was a really nice touch. We will absolutely book again without any hesitation.

An outstanding place and ideal location. Lots of space, character and places to relax or socialise within the accommodation. We all loved it. Crosby is wonderful and there is the beach, shops, bars and takeaways nearby. Christine was the ideal host. Thank you very much.
