Cottage vacation rentals in Liverpool

Me and my partner stayed here over the New Year period and thoroughly enjoyed our time in Gavin and Nicky’s property. The amenities such as the hot tub, kitchen, bathroom etc was absolutely perfect and exactly as described on the listing. They even went out of their way to leave us some small bottles of Prosecco and celebratory items which we thought was a wonderful thought from them. We would definitely stay here again and cannot recommend Beeches Bach enough to potential future guests.

Top Locks Cottage is the most perfect place to say. It is spacious, amazingly tastefully appointed and is situated in a stunning and peaceful location. Everything about it is perfection. Finally, the wood fired hot tub is such fun. You do need to light the wood fire to heat the water as long in advance as you are able to, in order to get the water up to the correct temperature. However it is well worth the effort! Tony

Had a wonderful 2 nights staying in the cottage on a working farm. It felt really peaceful but was also only a 5-10 min drive to Ruthin. We stayed here so we could go walking in the Clwydian Range, this was around a 15-20 min drive depending on which car park we wanted to start the walk from, but it was all perfect for us. We even found a short local walk from the cottage itself along a public footpath. The cottage was very well equipped, we used the kitchen each evening, and it was a lovely cozy space. The cottage was immaculate and we really enjoyed the hot tub, and watching the horses nearby. Richard and Ceri were lovely and welcoming hosts and we'd highly recommend the rural retreat.

We had a lovely stay at Pilgrim Cottage. Cosy, easy to find, and squeaky clean! We didn’t use the hot tub as we were out for most of the day, but it is a beautiful set up and it was a shame not to have had time to give it a go. The beds were really comfy and we so slept well with it being so quiet. Overall, we would recommend and thank you Sam for being so communicative ☺️

What a fantastic stay! The property is stunning and the undercover hot tub lovely. The location is great for visiting North Wales. We told Suzy it was our daughter's birthday whilst we were there and she put up balloons, a birthday banner and even left us a cake! Very much appreciated. Would highly recommend the property.

If you would like to get away someplace private and peaceful and just to relax I couldn’t recommend this more! It’s a lovely place and just amazing. Plenty to do nearby and just a great time!

Gorgeous host, gorgeous location, so accommodating 💕 we had the absolute best time! Such a clean lodge Deborah was so friendly and kind couldn’t recommend her Airbnb more! Must add the lodge smelt absolutely DIVINE 💕 Thankyou Deborah we’ll definitely be back!

Sometimes you need a break. We needed a break, so we chose this place because have a young dog and wanted somewhere near a beach and good walks. What we found was an ideal place for a few days away. The bungalow sits opposite an area of sand dunes - home to a surprising variety of birds. The garden is fully enclosed and well set up for dogs. The back garden is quite a sun trap and we were able to sit out in the afternoon, even in March. Thanks to Kirsty for providing everything we needed.

Have a lovely weekend. The house was immaculately presented and well thought out. We couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Lovely, cosy cottage with a beautiful log burner. Really appreciated the wood and kindling being left for us and a very useful welcome pack as well. An easy 20 minute stroll into central Prestatyn and a lovely pub only 2 minutes walk away. Would definitely stay here if visiting Prestatyn again!

Great house and great location. Able to step out onto the canal and take my dog for nice long walks. Great bars and restaurants nearby also.

Lovely weekend getaway. Bluebell woods were right behind the cottage which was great for walking our dog in the mornings. Lovely views around the cottage too. It was lovely and warm and felt completely safe. Very relaxing time away.

We stayed in the cottage for our friend’s wedding in the local area and we felt right at home. Gillian was extremely accommodating, responding straight away when we had transport issues. The cleanliness and homeliness of the cottage really added to the shine of the weekend. The prosecco and cake on arrival was also a fantastic touch!

This was our 2nd visit here and probably won't be our last. Small clean and tidy and just what we need for a central stopping point to meet family and friends.

Our stay at the cottage was very enjoyable. Clean, comfortable and with all the amenities we needed. The view on a clear day was excellent. A good pub a short walk down the road helped too! Would definitely recommend.

Three words……. UN-BELIEVE-ABLE! From the second we booked it, Ruth’s communication was first class and her recommendations for local restaurants and things to do in the area were superb. Ruth and Alan were there to greet us which was a lovely touch and made myself, my wife and our 4 year old feel very welcome which was in keeping with the warm and lovely home they have created at their cottage. The cottage is beautiful, peaceful, spacious for 3 people, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, is in a great location close by to Pontcysllte Aqueduct (which was recommended by Ruth and was an incredible day out) and Chester Zoo and many other beautiful places. A lovely and very comfortable little barn with great hosts. Excellent communication and flexibility: We booked on the day of arrival and Kim very quickly replied offering us early arrival should we wish. Very highly recommended.

One of the best holiday cottages we've stayed in. Very clean, cosy and quirky, with loads of thoughtful touches. Well equipped kitchen, lovely welcome hamper, even a tin of biscuits for the dog. We wanted a coastal location with walks from the door, with places to eat and drink nearby, and we got just that. It was also beautifully quiet at night so we slept like logs. Loads to explore nearby by car, train and ferry. Totally recommend a New Brighton break! Thanks Kate. We had a fabulous time. :-)

The house is beautiful. Despite the fact is antique, the appliances and decoration style are pretty modern. The rooms are spacious and Matthew is an excellent host. We felt at home for the 30 days we spent there.

Diane is an amazing host and this Airbnb is truly a gem. The location is beautiful, quiet and the views from the cottage our over the fields are amazing. The cottage is luxurious spacious and incredibly well equipped. The kitchen had everything we could want including a proper espresso machine. The local towns are good and have plenty of restaurants and shops, our host also shared several amazing local dog walks with us.

We had a really comfortable stay at the cottage. All necessary information and more available from the start. Great location, lovely walks along the Parade. Delicious food locally. The cottage is beautiful, had everything we needed for our birdwatching break.

Everything was excellent - house, location, Jill. Lovely house, beautifully decorated and furnished, very well-equipped, light and comfortable, nice little back garden/yard to sit in too. Would definitely recommend it (in fact I already have to various friends and family!).
