This place is worth every star and Marco deserves a lot of the credit. He met us at night and took us all around the apartment, showing how everything worked, how to get into and out of the place, and had a binder setup with every possible piece of information you could possibly want. He has a clear passion for for this industry and a desire to do well. It was exactly as the pictures showed, the location is perfect putting you near multiple useful bus stops and excellent restaurants. I can, without reservation, recommend this place for anybody.

Our family of four (2 adults, 2 teens) had a wonderful stay in this apartment. The location was perfect, and the wifi and washer/dryer were wonderful amenities. Every detail was thought of, like laundry soap and some espresso pods. We would love to stay here any time we are in Rome!

Excellent Location and Immersive Roman Experience I recently stayed at this Airbnb and had an incredible experience. The apartment is in an excellent location, allowing easy access to everything I wanted to see in Rome. Whether I was strolling to a nearby café or heading to a landmark, everything felt within reach. The apartment itself was very spacious, with plenty of room to relax after a day of exploring. It had all the amenities I needed, and the space was both comfortable and welcoming. One of the things I loved most was how each time I stepped outside, I immediately felt immersed in Roman life. The street below seemed to have a life of its own, constantly evolving from morning to night. From the busy hustle of people in the day to the relaxed vibe of evenings, I felt like I was part of the city’s rhythm. It was the perfect balance of convenience and cultural immersion. Andrea and her assistant Lucia were absolutely great from the first message after we booked her her beautiful place to the moment we left. The place is fantastically located, beautiful, and you will truly feel immersed in a charming Italian neighborhood. Our 4 year-old son loved everything about Andrea’s place and so did we. Our stay here was phenomenal! We stayed for an entire month and felt right at home. This apartment was very spacious, beautifully decorated and perfect for both long and short stays. The beds were very comfortable and it is fully stocked with anything you might need. It was nice to have a grocery store and a fruit/vegetable market nearby. It is walking distance to so many great places such as the Vatican, Trastevere, Janiculum (Gianicolo) Hill, and much more. There are so many great restaurants to choose from near by and being only a 6 minute walk to the train station was very convenient. Paola was so kind and such a great hostess and was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. We highly recommend this beautiful place!

We had our best holiday in Rome ever staying with Andrea. He was the most attentive, helpful, considerate, and welcoming host we've ever experienced through Airbnb. We came to Rome to stay for about five days with our two-year-old son, and had a wonderful experience. Everything is so incredibly walkable. Pizzerias, restaurants, the Colosseum, Trevi fountain… Anything you could want in Rome was right at our footsteps. Andrea was so thoughtful and even set out a few toys for our two-year-old son, and even though the apartment was in the hustle and bustle of Rome, it was very quiet and peaceful inside. We would absolutely love to stay here again and absolutely recommend it. Thank you for everything Andrea!

Location is good. Close to Vatican. It’s great that we can check in earlier but bags cannot be stored at the place after check out. Overall is great!

All this is reflected in the harmony of the rooms of his apartment, cared for in every detail, so as to make the guest feel at home. The title for Alessandra should be "Mega Host"! Congratulations!

We had a lovely stay at Mario's. The accommodation matched the description and expectations. 2 steps (really) from the metro which was not negligible after days of walking 20 km! Be aware that the line closes at 9pm at certain times... but a replacement bus is available. Our host is very welcoming and concerned that we have a pleasant time. Grazie!!

We enjoyed our stay a lot! The highlights - pool and jacuzzi ! And great beach nearby with self school - my teenage kids were happy and busy. We also made a day trip to Rome ( around 1 hour drive). Overall really pleasant stay, great host- highly recommended

We had an amazing stay and I can’t recommend it enough! From the very first moment, Diandra was incredibly responsive, replying to our messages within minutes. She made us feel welcome. The apartment is spotless and looks even better than in the photos! It’s new, spacious, and beautifully designed. The Jacuzzi was a highlight for us – we used it every evening after our long walks around Rome. The hot water was always available. The location is ideal – close to everything you want to see, yet quiet and peaceful with very little traffic. We loved the convenience of being able to walk everywhere while still having a calm environment. There was a bottle of wine waiting for us in the apartment. The heating was excellent and fast, and there was also ac. Additionally, the apartment was equipped with a hairdryer, coffee machine and a smart TV, which was a nice bonus. Diandra kindly allowed us to do a late check-in with no extra charge. This was the perfect place for our week in Rome! ❤️❤️

I can only recommend this accommodation, clean and comfortable, a 5-minute drive from Sabaudia and close to various services. Giuseppe has always been Super helpful both as a comsigkiiitili and for every need, from parking in front of the house to the use of the private garden to the barbecue in the garden. He offered us free bikes to get around. Great place to visit the surrounding area or as in our case to follow the canoe races. Heartfelt thanks, and see you soon.

Our group of 7 had a great time at Livia’s place. Everything worked, The place was clean, quiet and comfortable. Everyone enjoyed it and we have no complaints only praises. Thanks again for a great place Livia!

The apartment is extremely complete. With all the equipment in the kitchen, new televisions, washing machine (with option to dry). Spacious. Very good internet! Very well located, you can walk to São Paulo Station, with great mobility in Rome. The owner is very attentive and responds quickly.

I was planning a trip to Rome, comparing several B&Bs and thinking about it, and it was unnecessary. If you are thinking of only traveling to Rome while staying here, it would be a good idea to lighten your suitcase. Washing machine and dryer, fabric softener, and laundry detergent are all provided. Also, bread, two types of jam, Nutella jam, and espresso machine (the beans are the best)., There were coke, fanta, milk, 4 bottles of beer, and various types of cheese and butter in the refrigerator. There was nothing lacking in using breakfast every day before the start of my trip to Rome. In addition, salt, sugar, oil, pepper, and kitchen utensils were enough to make and eat food in the accommodation. The dishwasher was also useful ~ The cleanliness of the accommodation was at the hotel level. Towels were changed every day, and during the 5 nights and 6 days, the accommodation was cleaned whenever I wanted. You can pass by the Colosseum every day, or you can enjoy the atmosphere of Rome on the terrace. Except for the Vatican, many tourist attractions were all within walking distance. Ah. Late check-in is also possible for free, and you took care of your luggage for free after check-out, so please note. If I go to Rome again, I want to stay here again. It was much better than the hotel. The host was always kind and quick to meet any questions or needs I had, which made the place feel better. I want to go again. Accommodation, Rome. It's a place I want to give 10 and 100 stars, not 5 stars. (If you need to prepare anything, please bring shampoo, conditioner, foam cleansing, toothpaste, and toothbrush. Only shampoo and body wash are provided in the bathroom.)

My son and I spent the past week at Andrea's place and it was wonderful. Very clean, large rooms, pictures appear exactly as the place looks, great having the washer and dryer, and Andrea was very flexible with check in and responsive. We did a lot of walking to the Colessum, Vatican, Pantheon and some took us 45 minutes but we enjoy walking so it was no problem. only a block away there are a few restaurants that we enjoyed going to. If you need some McDonald's it's only a 5-10 min walk so that was a nice too! Definitely would recommend staying here! Thanks again Andrea's!

Max is an excellent host with a fabulous apartment!! Centrally located within walking distance to shopping, dining and attractions, this is ideal place to stay in Rome. Max went above and beyond to make us feel welcome over email and with all the little touches one could desire upon check-in including, but not limited to: fruit bowl, cookies, coffee, orange juice, laundry soap, travel toiletries, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Travel crib was excellent with nice bedding. Lots of kids toys. Apartment is very large. 4th bedroom is very, very small and right off the kitchen. Not a deal breaker, and it is portrayed accurately in photos. Max and his team are highly responsive over text and were kind enough to arrange transportation for us to places we couldn’t walk to. We would stay with Max again in a heartbeat!

It was pleasant staying at Davide's. It was convinient in terms of getting around. Colesseum was 13 minutes walking distance, and Roma Termini station was 9 minutes away. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had pots, frying pan, cups, plates, bowls, utensil we needed. I wished they had a spatula though. Microwave and burners worked fine. Refrigerator and freezer were decent (ice were bulding up in the freezer though). It has small bathroom that had sink, toilet, washer, and shower. Only issue with bathroom was that the shower door keep hitting the toilet and sink when you open. You need to manuever the door so that the water would not spill out when showering. We manage to put some towels so that it would not fllood the floor. Water was not draining well so I had to pull out the drainage cover and clear the hair gunk that was building up from previous use. I did not mine. Other than that it was decent place and was perfect for our family of five. We really enjoyed the place. Thank you!!

Outstanding! Absolutely one of the nicest Airbnb we’ve stayed at. Beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable home in a great location. Every amenity has been thought of. The apartment is very nice and its location is very good, you have in front the buses that take you in 15 minutes to Piazza Venice, 5 minutes walking the tram which takes you to the coliseum in 20 and 10 minutes walking the train station that takes you to the Vatican and the airport.
