Noemi, was really great at communicating with me incredibly responsive I never had to wait her mother manages the place and I absolutely love her she was totally amazing! the apartment was clean had everything I needed to enjoy a full month stay it was close to the hot springs and close to my favorite medieval villages very convenient wonderful parking the place was really safe and the little village was absolutely wonderful I felt safe comfortable at home and really enjoyed my stay! I highly recommend this apartment if you're looking to be in this area and enjoy the hot springs and all wonderful back roads of Tuscany and the beautiful landscapes and The Beautiful People and the absolutely delicious food! Edmondo is a great host, willing to help at any time, easy to communicate with. The apartment location is great, right in the middle of beautiful 'centro storico' in Terracina, it's air conditioned (main bedroom and living room/kitchen area). It's also equipped with everything you need. We stayed for 6 nights and wish to stay longer😊 Thank you Edmondo.

Thanks to Iris and Daniella, lovely ladies and superb hosts. Totally responsive, nothing too much trouble. We spend many weeks each year in Rome and when visiting in hot weather like an apartment that has easy access to the centre of the city and also outdoor space for sunbathing, eating etc. Iris place ticked those boxes for us. Ponte Milvio is a super area with lots of great places to eat and drink. A pleasant walk down to the amazing old bridge and you can drop down to the bus station and there is also a fantastic tram service. Very frequent, takes 10 mins to Piazza del Popolo. Romes public transport is so easy to use and exremely pleasant to use and cheap. It became a very enjoyably part of our trip. There is also a bus stop opposite the apartment to save walking to the station. The apartment is a home from home. Everything you could need. We had a very happy three week stay and were well catered for. The apartment's out door space is fantastic with an amazing outdoor kitchen!

Traveling solo once again in beautiful Roma, I found this gem of calm and light in Luigi's Vatican area Airbnb. His decor choices are thoughtfully serene and everything he provides is spotless and just right. The stunning terrace was my highlight to choose this hillside neighborhood of beautiful period buildings.For a week in mid January I had the prettiest outdoor haven, so very relaxing. Luigi's hands‐on caring Hosting style is evident here as well. Gosh it is such a find!! Dreamy comfy bed, spacious shower, modern kitchen and heating, bingeable Netflix, easy walking to everything Vatican and Uber is just a quick call away. Do book a ride with Luigi from the airport FCO if he's available, and try to arrive into Rome midday. You will thank yourself!

This was a magical experience. I cannot imagine a kinder and more helpful host than Kevin, and I can’t imagine a more magical location. Great advice on things to do in the area and incredibly helpful in terms of getting us oriented and “plugged in” in Capestrano.

The space is the core essence of Airbnb It is not the typical 08 15 standard sterile Airbnb you get these days, but a place with love and character You can tell it's decorated with heart and she's really interested in her guests, not just the money It's a really great place and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone

It was late at night when I arrived, and it was dark due to the nature of the countryside, so it was somewhat difficult to find the accommodation, but when I finally arrived, the accommodation was spacious, clean, and peaceful. This accommodation stood out in terms of quick replies and thoughtful consideration from the host.

We spent a month in Paolo's house with my wife and two little kids and we really enjoyed everything about that! Paolo was a great host and the house has everything that you can wish – well equipped kitchen, nice bathroom, AC and nice garden with a grill. As a parent, I also appreciated the reliable fence around the garden, which makes it safe for the kids. :-) The neighborhood is very calm and friendly, the shops, restaurants and bars are nearby and there is plenty places to visit around – the sea, Nettuno, Anzio,... And Rome's main train station is less than 50 minutes away by a comfortable and cheap train. I highly recommend Paolo's house to anyone, who wants a nice and quiet place to enjoy Italian sun, heat and comfort – for both families or smaller groups of friends. PS: The area is nice and warm even in November!

Farmhouse nothing short of amazing! Equipped with every comfort, from air conditioning to every possible kitchen utensil, not to mention the extra amenities provided in each bathroom or inside the laundry area. Original, modern, refined and elegant furnishings. Dreamy outdoor space! Breathtaking view, an entire orchard with 100% organic products at our complete disposal. Vincenzo is a discreet and reserved host but always present and available as needed. His tips on activities, restaurants and places to visit in the area are very much appreciated. Upon our arrival he gave us a bottle from a local winery and some excellent Abruzzo oil. Our Golden Retriever loved the outdoor space, super well-kept garden and breathtaking 360º view, spectacular sunrises and sunsets. Perfect solution for those fleeing the chaos of the city and looking for a totally relaxing stay. All that's missing is a nice pool, then it would be the house of dreams! We will definitely be back!

I had a fantastic stay and I highly recommend this property. The home is very clean, spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing. The hosts, Gianni and Carolina, are exquisite people who make guests feel welcome. The house has a large covered veranda and a garden equipped with a barbecue, in a quiet and peaceful setting. Everything was in excellent condition and the house was comfortable. A commendation goes to Mr. Gianni who, during this period of such cold days, his attention to detail made a difference. He called me in the morning to inquire about my arrival time and, upon my arrival, I found the radiators on, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. This pampering did not go unnoticed and made my stay even more comfortable.

Davide offers a great accommodation ,furnished in a modern,simple and effective way,easy to get to,it is in a great location to be able to visit the places of historical interest,it is 5 minutes from the beach. I highly recommend it.

Aldo's house is very cozy, clean and well located, the car has always been parked in front of the front door of the house, a very quiet and quiet alley, a stone's throw from the central square, a short walk from the grocery stores (fishmonger, butcher, bakery...). About 30 minutes from the slopes of Campo Felice and 15 from Ovindoli. Highly recommended, THANK YOU MR. ALDO.

A perfect little apartment in a great location. It was less than ten minutes to walk to the Pantheon, and right beside Campo dei Fiori, but on a quiet little road so away from the hustle and bustle. The apartment was well designed, clean and comfortable and the roof terrace was a real bonus. The host was helpful, welcoming and responsive. Thank you for a great stay!

Loved Ilva's place, was a perfect peaceful stay on a trip between Rome and Florence. Location was easily walkable and a trail head was nearby for a walk around the cliffs as well. Communication was great and patio views were an added bonus. Thank you Ilva!

Wonderful place! Luca was an amazing host who always responded quickly and was very kind. I highly recommend! Being so close to the Coliseum was unbelievable! Location was close to restaurants and the 24 hour convenience store across the street made everything easy! The terrace to relax was peaceful.

fabrízio's apartment is very cozy, quiet, it has everything we need, and almost within the Vatican, quiet, in an easily accessible street with various options of restaurants, market, ice cream. Fabrizio was very kind in us to receive and show everything.

We absolutely loved our stay! This apartment looks exactly like the pictures and is in close proximity to all the sites. When we go back we will stay here again!
