What can I say? Everything was perfect. From the welcome by the parents as well as the rest of the stay. We were immediately seduced and fell in love! The view of the surrounding mountains is amazing, the pool very useful and very pleasant. As for the hosts, very welcoming and available. Thank you!! If we could have extended our stay by a few days we would have done so because we were really sad to leave (big crush on Charly who was always there for us from start to finish, we will miss him). Thank you, thank you! We can't wait to come back

Ivano and Terhi were BY FAR the most welcoming, thoughtful and kind hosts we have EVER experienced on our travels. Right from the get go, Tehri welcomed us with a shuttle from the Zagorolo station and we felt right at home in the little cottage. Ivano gave us some tips on what to do and asked us to reach out if we got stuck in the rain and needed a ride or needed help with how to spend our time. The place is cosy and an easy 25m stroll to the station and supermarket. We enjoyed delightful days exploring the area and then came home to our little cottage surrounded by olives eating homemade Italian food. Ivano and Terhi went above and beyond. Their kindness was so refreshing after a few weeks of being treated like "tourists". If you are wanting to explore Rome, experience Italian hospitality and not be swallowed up by the busy streets and traffic, this is the place for you! If we ever come to Italy again, we will stay here for sure!!! thank you Ivano and Terhi for the beautiful moments ❤

We enjoyed the house with the birds singing and the beautiful view. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for peaceful escape from the hustles of life. It would require a vehicle to access the property. Both Gabriella and Luka were gracious hosts and were helpful with our stay at their beautiful house.

The house is absolutely fantastic, nestled in the middle of olive trees with onbustructed views of the countryside and nobody else at sight! The house is cozy, familiar and everything is there to make you feel at home! Each room is spacious, clean and comfortable to enjoy magnificent Umbria! Flaminia is really helpful and Sergio’s occasional presence is very helpful! We seriously enjoyed our time at the house being a party of 6 with 2 kids! The garden and the swimming pool were absolutely superb! The overall experience was absolutely marvelous!

We had a pleasant stay. The listing and its surroundings perfectly match the description and photos. Our hosts were very attentive and available. the pool is very large and offers panoramic views of the entire valley. Beautiful individual parking spot. If you are looking for tranquility in a rustic place but still with a certain comfort, this is the perfect place.

We spent Easter at Sabrinas place (4 adults and 2 children) there was plenty of space and the pool and the gardens were lovely. Sabrina cooked a wonderful meal for us too. The house is beautiful but some attention to detail would be needed for it to really stand out (decluttering and better cleaning)The kitchen is quite small but we mainly ate out. Belvedere pizzeria was great! There are many cats around which our children loved and the owners dogs visit too.

Lovely peaceful stay in the countryside near Poggio Mirteto, beautiful views and pool. Beatrice & Mario very kindly took us to/from the station. We were a bit naive in thinking there would be taxis available for a wedding we were going to nearby, Beatrice was proactive at messaging us and looked into sorting us out which was very appreciated! In hindsight we should have hired a car to make the most of our stay and be able to explore nearby. Poggio Mirteto is a 30min walk away on country roads (some a bit steep) and has bars, restaurants and a supermarket so we had everything we needed. Thank you Beatrice!

We had the perfect holiday in Orvieto at Nicoletta’s house- it perfectly suited our group of six, which included two children and a disabled adult. The house is handicap accessible, especially the ground floor bedroom! It was stormy and cool during our stay and we stayed cozy with the radiant floor heating and comfortable beds. There were even things for the kids to play with, like games and lego’s. I cooked 4 dinners in the kitchen and can confirm it has everything you need and more. The view is beautiful and it’s close enough to town but far enough to feel like you’re really out in nature- beautiful birdsong every morning. We saw deer, rabbits, a wild boar, and a fox. I hope we can come back someday in the summer!

Wow, what a beautiful place to experience the Umbrian lifestyle! Jo, Tony and Nicole were wonderful hosts. From our first night, Jo offered to book us into a great local restaurant to supplying us with a welcome pack of their olive oil, fig jam some bread and butter for breakfast, after our long travel day! The kitchen is high standard and is stocked with utensils and a few basic needs. The beds are comfy and very nice linen. It’s small but works well, no clutter, 4 adults stayed. We followed their recommendations for day trips from their booklet, which were perfect and saved us time working it out ourselves. Jo was always one step ahead of assisting us with any queries. Casale Zeno is a must when booking a trip to Umbria. We stayed 5 nights and did not see everything.

We were welcomed by Gianluca and Silvia with extraordinary kindness and availability, we immediately felt at home, inviting us to aperitifs and dinner together as if we were lifelong friends. Location really well maintained and clean. The house is tidy and very clean and its location offers you several choices to visit with restaurants that are not bad and beaches that are both equipped and not if you want to have a little more privacy and relaxation. Thanks again for everything guys, we'll be back to see you very soon. Absolutely worth trying.

Annamaria and Domenico were warm, gracious hosts and their place an absolute delight, perfect and so cozy for our family getaway, and in a spectacular, scenic location. The house is charming, clean, and bright, with artistic touches and surrounded by a well tended garden. Our hosts even gave us olive oil from their olive grove and fresh eggs from their chickens! They make the place even more special and we would love to stay with them again.

Beautifully spacious house. Nicely decorated. Warm in winter due to heating and wood stove. Only the kitchen inventory still needs some attention😉. The area is beautiful and super quiet. Lovely terraces. And many interesting excursions in the area possible. Great to walk to the high town (over half an hour).

We stayed here with our 16 month old and it was so lovely. The views from the villa was amazing. It was well stocked and super clean too. Thank you Alessandro for being so prompt in your responses and all your recommendations on what to do / eat. We will definitely be back!

Very cozy house, cared for in every detail, in the middle of beautiful nature. Serena was impeccable as a host. We only stayed one night, but we would have enjoyed staying longer. We hope to come back.

I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how clean and well-maintained the place was. The interior was beautifully preserved, with every detail reflecting the character and charm and coziness of the region, while the exterior was equally delightful, surrounded by scenic views of the olive farm. The highlight of my stay, however is the animals.The three dogs were the perfect companions; they were so friendly and loving that it felt like they were my own. The resident cat added an extra layer of warmth to the experience, making the entire stay feel truly special. The surroundings of the olive farm provided a peaceful atmosphere that was perfect for relaxation. I spent my days soaking in the beauty of the landscape.

Overall, a fantastic stay at Il Mulino — clean and comfortable with friendly, responsive communication! Particularly appreciated having access to a washer and dryer after a week of travel and the owners helping to book a car to the airport on the morning of our departure. Only minor issue was needing to open the windows to cool the apartment or bring in fresh air (was told “no air conditioning” until summer). Normally this would be nice, but on the weekend a nearby club played thumping music until 2am. So, for two nights of our stay, we had to choose between stuffy and quiet or cool and loud…at least until the music ended. That noted, we would absolutely stay again and recommend to others.

We felt mesmerized by the beauty of the location. The surroundings were very beautiful and also the inside of the house was so well taken care of. It is even more beautiful than in the pictures and clean. Also for kids there was enough to do. Our 10y/o son could enjoy the swimming pool, lay in the hammock and play with the 2 cutest dogs. The host Monika was very friendly. She explained about where to visit, what restaurants were good, etc. She also was helpful in making reservations for us. Pomantello lays quite remote, but we loved it so much. It was definitely a place where we could relax. There was so much to explore in the near surroundings like Orvieto, the Bolsena lake and it's nearby cities and villages. The medieval cities on the tuff mountains are so beautiful and the views are stunning. Also the locals are very friendly and helpful. We definitely like to come back one day!

This place is completely magical and breathtaking. This was our honeymoon hideaway for a week and we absolutely loved staying here. This was probably the MOST AMAZING Airbnb we have ever stayed in. Ippolita was the nicest host and such a great person. All of the staff were friendly and so sweet as well. We loved staying here so much. We will definitely come back someday. All the animals on the property are so cute and nice too. We made great friends with all the donkeys and cats and dogs. The Abbey itself is incredible to see. The tower was so nice and we had several lunches at the top! Thank you so much Ippolita!

Our stay at Giovanni’s was incredible. He went above and beyond to cater to our needs. It was perfect for our family with young children.. a wonderful private property with plenty to do, but no need to even leave the property if you don’t want to (especially with such a wonderful pool area). Giovanni and Paolo were great at communicating and did everything they good to help us, even when we had special requests.

We loved our stay and highly recommend it to families and friends who are looking for a convenient location to explore the beautiful Umbria. The hosts are very nice, always available to offer tips and recommendations on the places to visit. The house was very clean, well equipped and nicely decorated. You would wake up to a beautiful view !!

It was a great cozy place to stay between Rome and Tivoli! It felt safe which is what we needed after a long day of traveling around Italy. The bed was so soft and comfortable! The shower was nice and hot! Great price & great people!

Amazing hospitality. Felt right at home. We needed help with a few issues and they helped without hesitation. Great place for kids too.
