Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Lazio

Luigi's house is great! It has plenty of space inside, is well equipped and a wonderfully large garden. Many very pretty transmissions grow in it, but they have poisonous berries. Here you have to be careful with very young children. The beach was unfortunately not very tidy because of the low season, but the sea was still great. We were on site without a car, there are many shops, restaurants and two bus stops nearby. Unfortunately, the buses often arrive too early or too late and you have to buy your ticket in a point of sale or in an app, the bus driver is only exceptionally and then much more expensive. To Anzio (12km) it usually costs €1.30 for the bus driver but 7€. Natalia's care was warm and great and we were able to make arrival and departure flexible.

We really enjoyed the short stay at this well-cut and privately located place. The outstanding feature is certainly the private location with a beautiful view of the water and the animal visit in the morning at breakfast. We would come back anytime and highly recommend a booking!

We stayed in this fantastic villa for two nights, Friday through Sunday. From the very beginning, the host was available and thorough in clarifying any of our doubts. When we arrived we found ourselves in a beautiful villa, clean, modern and affordable for everyone. Carlos and his wife immediately made us feel comfortable, explaining the simple little house rules. Never intrusive but always ready when needed!! We will definitely be back!

Oystein's place in Bolsena is wonderful. Each of the 4 levels has been tastefully designed to be flexible to accommodate a range of sleeping options. Quality features throughout in a superb location. The house is clean and very comfortable with wonderful artwork. The large dining table was great for our family gathering. Wonderful views from the rooftop balcony, which, alongside the other 2 balconies give options for finding a colling breeze (and possibly also a warming spot in the sun in winter). Oystein is an organised and accommodating host who is quick to respond. it was a real pleasure to stay here in this amazing part of Italy.

Great place to stay in. Neighbourhood is peaceful, nice and quiet at night. Stores and few nice restaurants nearby. The place is easy to find and within walking distance from metro or railway station. Clo was also really friendly and helpful.

Giuseppe's apartment is well located, we tour almost all the places of interest walking. We only use the sub a few times as we really like walking. The house was clean and tidy. You have everything we need for a great stay. The Lavarropas and the clothes dryer were very helpful. The heater with radiators worked perfectly, it also has air conditioning that we tried it and it worked perfect. Bed is comfortable and pillows too. The only thing I had is that there is a pizzeria downstairs and you hear noise if you open the living room window so we kept it closed and we were perfect. I recommend Giuseppe's apartment and would definitely stay again.

Thanks Luca and Alessia for their hospitality. We really liked the flat and its location. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with a child, we felt at home. There are many shops and restaurants nearby, the neighbourhood is quiet and pleasant. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again!

We only stayed one night in this apartment but we were super happy with Mrs. Gabriella's availability and kindness. The apartment is very spacious and very clean, inside there is really nothing missing, very welcoming, well-furnished and a few steps from the subway. The area is super-served. Highly recommend!

We highly recommend Anna's apartment. We stayed in Rome for 10 days, which was wonderful. The apartment is spacious with a beautiful interior, various cute little things. The apartment has everything you need, there is no need to go to the store and buy something extra, as often happens in airbnb, which is very convenient. We even found a spice set! Anna responds quickly and responds to requests, many thanks to that. The area is not in the city center, but it is safe and nice, with cool cafes, pharmacies, and shops. The apartment is not suitable if you do not want to spend time on the road or if you have difficulty walking for a long time, but for us it was absolutely not a disadvantage.

One of the best views of the sea we've ever had! This location was so beautiful and drinkong espresso on the terrace overlookong the ocean was absolutely wonderful. There are a ton of places to park and a ton of things in walking distance too. This is a very lovely place to stay!

Camilla is a very accomodating, responsive, flexible, and friendly host, and her place is absolutely perfect for a couple/solo traveller. Upon arrival, everything was clean, the apartment has all the listed amenities, and generally very well equipped eith all the small useful things you could want for a couple days’ stay. Camilla was also left some nice goodies for us in the kitchen to eat and drink, which felt like a nice welcome. The apartment is cozy, has an amazing atmosphere, great privacy, very comfy couch and bed, good heating for wintertime, there is no undue crazy noise from neighbors, etc. Overall, I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, comfy, and clean place to stay close to the center, especially for couples for a romantic getaway.

We really enjoyed our stay. Perfect location- walking distance to Vatican, piazza nova, pantheon, Trevi, Colosseum, etc. Lots of restaurants, amazing dining places nearby. The place was very clean, exactly matched to the photos and in fact even better than what we expected. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will surely come back :)

Eriselda is a great host, kind, helpful, and always responds to messages quickly. There was no problem with late check-in and leaving the apartment later. Quiet village, beautiful beach, sunset and lots of bars and two well-stocked grocery stores. An apartment as described, equipped with all necessary appliances, dishwasher, iron, dryer, towels, etc. Very comfortable large double beds and a spacious terrace with a beautiful view of the sea. Great location, close to the airport but without the noise of planes, also easy access to Rome. I recommend this unit. 😊

Everything is very clean, very well equipped kitchen, beds with a nice smell, air conditioning working perfectly, essential or necessary amenities in the bathroom and kitchen all excellent. Yes, I'd go back again.

Isabella is an amazing host - was very flexible and quick to respond. I booked the place last minute and Isabella got it ready by my arrival. The place was spotless and clean. it had everything you needed and having a washer was a nice touch. The location is ideal for the north of Rome. You can walk around everywhere and there are amazing restaurants and bakeries nearby. The house itself is huge a lot of space and you don’t feel crammed. The neighborhood is safe and peaceful and the room is comfortable. Having coffee on the balcony was a nice touch.

The stay at Andrea's place was perfect. Location is amazing, the neighborhood has lots of services and super easy to get by. The house was lovely, with the amazing external area. 100% recommend staying there. When I come back to Rome, I will book to stay there for sure. I was on vacations, but it is also a superb place to work remotely from.
