Vacation rentals with a sauna in Lazio

We travelled with 2 kids in July 2024. Really nice and quiet agriturismo close to Ascoli Piceno (20 mins away). We enjoyed the countryside and its quaint little towns, the swimming pool and some great local trattorie and osterie. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, the apartment is very clean and if you use the shutters and the fans, it’s cool enough to sleep, even without airconditioning.

I had the pleasure of staying at one of Nos Design Stays, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment I booked, Arianna was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing all the information I needed for a smooth check-in. The property itself was stunning—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Except there’s no pans or pots or at least I didn’t see any. The cozy fireplace in the bedroom made it feel like a true home away from home. The location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants, via del corso, piazza del popolo, villa borghese and the metro…making it convenient to explore The eternal city! Arianna went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable, offering great local recommendations and checking in to see if I needed anything. Their hospitality truly made a difference!

Really lovely apartment, comfortable, clean with lots of lovely touches. Nicola was always keen to help, sorted us a taxi and sent information about restaurants almost immediately when requested. Great location - easy to get to all the famous parts of Rome! You have to be nimble to get up the four flights of stairs…. but there is a loft of needed. Would thoroughly recommend.

The place was spotless. Professionally cleaned, and very stylishly decorated with good taste. The place was quiet and we felt safe. Very close to Vatican Museums, nice trattorias in few minutes walk and two metrostations nearby. I would highly recommend this!

Excellent location in beautiful Trastevere. Very comfortable, clean, and spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Niccolò is very helpful in local recommendations and continued to be responsive our entire stay. Definitely recommend!

Lovely apartment that offers free transfer from the airport/train station. The apartment is within walkong distance to all tourist locations such as Trevi, Spanish Steps just outside etc. Communication with the host was super great and very responsive. Great apartment that I would come back to next time in Rome.

Lia's apartment was amazing. It was beautiful. Set in the middle if a busy tourist area however once we stepped inside it was so quite and comfortable. We had travelled through Italy and these were the most comfortable and luxury bedrooms and bathrooms we had stayed in. The furniture made it feel like we were in a luxury hotel. Location was perfect to all the major tourist locations and shopping. Lia made some great recommendations for local restaurants. Overall a great experience with a great host in a great apartment. Highly recommend

We loved staying at Marta’s apartment in Rome. Marta is a wonderful friendly host and it was lovely to have her greet us at the door. The apartment is large and has lots of space for a family of five. The 2 plus bathrooms were ideal. It’s located in such a central location between the Spanish steps and Trevi Fountain. I would also recommend her family restaurant as the pasta is homemade and absolutely delicious. You’ll love it here!

We loved our stay in Valentinas apartment. Valentina allowed us to stay at number 3 (rather than nummber 5) due to less steps. We were absolutely thrilled with the location, the view and the apartment. Our purpose to stay in Genzano for more than a month was to 'live like a local' and this apartment allowed us to do exactly that! Very close to restaurants coffee shops, supermarkets and the main street. Highly recommend staying here!

Marco’s place is more beautiful than the pictures! He and Monica greeted us and showed us around. They are extremely thoughtful. The location is perfect. It was a great vacation!

Roy stepped in and saved our Rome trip when another Airbnb let us down. This space is exquisite, his hospitality is legendary, and he went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. Every amenity has been thought of, the space was immaculately clean, and the view off the porch was outstanding. Roy mentioned that he designed this space based on what he would want in a home-away-from-home, which was clear in every detail. We cannot thank Roy enough for an excellent stay!

Stefano is a great host, very communicative. He responds quickly to all queries and gives recommendations or help if needed. The place is beautiful and pristine. It is tastefully decorated and very homey. Definitely recommend staying here.

We stayed a few days at the end of october. We loved the appartment. It is as written and showed in the photo's. You can stay there and enjoy the magnificent view, the lovely appartment and the spaces outside. There are also a lot of places around that you can visit. Information you will find in the information pack. Christina provided the appartment with a lot of little attentions; prepared hearth, candles, nice soaps and bath towels, olive oil from own property, .... Christina herself is a very pleasant person to meet and the contact with her went easy and smooth. Relaxing place.

It was great. Luca and his wife are very good people and helpful. We felt right at home and they were also very affectionate with our dog. We would definitely be back.

Casa Martin is great for spending your time out of the chaos of the city.... Surrounded by greenery, far from urban streets and therefore with total absence of external noise, with ample green space around the house and fantastic views of the great stone and the entire area on its slopes. We stayed in 8 people for four days as if we were at home, spacious kitchen complete with everything from the oven to the dishwasher, the super working heaters did not make you feel the outside cold. The owner sent us everything there was to know about the house and how to manage it with a practical pdf that explained everything, including how to get to the house itself. Great experience... I recommend it!

Alfredo was always very kind and very quick to respond to every request. The place is lovely, surrounded by greenery and perfect for a weekend with friends.

I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how clean and well-maintained the place was. The interior was beautifully preserved, with every detail reflecting the character and charm and coziness of the region, while the exterior was equally delightful, surrounded by scenic views of the olive farm. The highlight of my stay, however is the animals.The three dogs were the perfect companions; they were so friendly and loving that it felt like they were my own. The resident cat added an extra layer of warmth to the experience, making the entire stay feel truly special. The surroundings of the olive farm provided a peaceful atmosphere that was perfect for relaxation. I spent my days soaking in the beauty of the landscape.

We highly recommend Peter's estate, an oasis of peace and quiet. The house is equipped with all comforts and is surrounded by wonderful gardens and ponds.

Casale di Vulci is a Villa with all the comforts, well equipped and with an outdoor area wonderfully cared for in every detail. The two pools, one with thermal water, complete the exceptional amenities such as a gym and sauna. On top of that, the hosts are extremely professional and incredibly kind. One of the best villa experiences I've ever had. Highly recommended.

We had a great time, Francesca and Sestina were very helpful and courteous. The house is cozy, clean, tidy and has two balconies that we have used a lot. We leave it with regret.

There’s an issue with Airbnb because because 5 stars is the max, this host deserves 10 stars! The stay, hospitality, and host are deserving of the best. Unbeatable value and experience. I highly recommend it!
