Accesso al mare distanza circa 100 metri (2 minuti a piedi) La villa é stata appena ristrutturata e completamente arredata con molta cura e attenzione ai dettagli. La casa si trova in un contesto non residenziale molto naturale e tranquillo. C'é un giardino con barbecue comune ai due appartamenti. Nel giardino ci sono tavoli e divani ad uso esclusivo. Lovely studio flat front of the sea with; whashing machine, conditioned air, a kitchen and a bathroom, only a double bed therfore the house is for a max of 2 people. The house is really comfortable for many reasons; private access, the opportunity to use part of the garden to have breakfast/lunch but i suppose that the huge advantage is THE POSITION: 10 meters from the beach, 5 min from the turistic hairbour 20 min to the airport, 50 min from Colosseum, well connected with public transport.

Lovely villa. Hosts were very responsive. The garden is amazing and overlooks the sea. There is a lovely place to sit on the private path to the beach. There are a number of steps to the beach which are very well maintained with hand rail. Beach had very shallow slope into sea so very safe for playing and swimming. Supermarket short walk away with lovely breads and fruit.

Cristina warmly welcomed us before check-in time to allow us to put down our bags and change after the trip. The house was perfectly clean and tidy. The kitchen on two levels is also very well organized, to allow you to make the most of the terrace, which has a splendid view of the sunset behind Palmarola. Beautiful home right on the beach and very close to the airport! Federica met us upon our arrival and was so welcoming! She made sure we had everything we needed and even provided restaurant suggestions for avoiding issues with a gluten allergy. We enjoyed the sunset and had a restful last night in Italy prior to catching our flight home. We would recommend this home and were sad we only got to spend one night here!

Dream Airbnb equipped with all the comforts that a guest could look for, a two-minute walk from the beach and the shopping center where there are minimarkets, restaurants, pastry shops, bars, etc. and a bus stop to go to Rome. Alessandro is a magnificent Super Host who assists you from the moment of booking and upon request organizes transport (very convenient when arriving at the airport and leaving) restaurants and the beach etc. at super discounted prices!!!! Bicycles are available at no extra cost so, fantastic for going to the beach and getting around Fregene. Thank you Alessandro for your splendid Airbnb and for all the help you provided to me and my son every day which for a foreign tourist is a huge convenience and money saver!!! House located very well, a ten-minute walk to the port. Near the house is a bakery and a supermarket with everything you need, even tickets for the bus that passes in front. Gaetano and his parents were very welcoming. I highly recommend the boat trip, my friend and I happened to come across Gaetano and his father, who took us to visit all of Ponza by sea. Wonderful and they are very friendly and nice.

RALF’S apartment is a modern, very clean and thoughtfully appointed apartment in a residential community within walking distance of the beach and restaurants. We stayed at RALF’S because of its proximity to the airport on our last night in Italy. I was provided the phone number of a private driver who knew in advance that I’d be calling with details. The arrangements with the private driver to the airport went exactly as we arranged. Very reasonably priced, on time and such a safe driver. I was pleased with this choice and would definitely stay there again. Thank you!
