The Airbnb was perfect! It was super secluded, which was perfect for getting away from everything. There was so much fun stuff to do - we loved hanging out by the fire pit at night and my son loved the zip line. The fishing spot was great, and my son had a wonderful time with his grandfather fishing. We also went hiking and explored the trails around the property and seeing the horses. The whole place was just so peaceful. Matthew was quick to answer our questions; communication was great! The best part was that we had everything we needed right there, so we didn't have to worry about forgetting anything. We had such a great time that we're definitely coming back. It was like the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation all in one spot.

We had a great time at this location. Our host, Margaret was extremely helpful and welcoming. The house and the property were beautiful and what we were looking for. We had plenty of space for our family to celebrate the holidays. Margaret was very responsive and kind when we had any questions. She even brought a family member's lost coat to the house when a business called her about it. She went above and beyond. I definitely recommend this property and the host.

We traveled to Dubuque for my husband’s 70th birthday with our adult kids and their significant others. We had a great time, the home was in a great location, close to everything, very clean, and we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again. Patty & Rick Hernandez

My girlfriends and I had a great stay at Megan’s place! The house has beautiful views of downtown Dubuque and we were able to walk everywhere. The house was exactly what we were seeking for our kids-free getaway!

We had an incredible time ringing in the New Year at Ron’s place in Galena! It’s the perfect spot for larger groups or families. We especially loved the open layout of the first floor, which made it easy to stay connected—some of us were cooking in the kitchen while others relaxed watching TV, all still together. And the sauna and hot tub? Absolutely amazing! My whole family agreed we would love to stay here again in the future. Thanks again to Ron, a very friendly + responsive host!

Our family of 4 , and 2 dogs, enjoyed a weekend at Joel's place in January. The location of the house is very peaceful. The pool & game room is a very short drive away, which our kids loved. There's a lot of trails and woods within the Galena Territory, which the dogs appreciated. As for the house itself, very clean and welcoming with everything you'll need. A 10 minute drive to downtown Galena, which we found to be quite charming with a lot of good places to snack & eat.

It was extremely clean and tidy. The hosts left a helpful binder with recommendations for things to do in the area. It was a very easy walk from the house to the river and other downtown locations. Peaceful getaway in a beautiful part of Iowa.

This was our first Airbnb experience, and it was amazing. We absolutely loved it. It was so clean, looked exactly like the pictures and had everything you could need. It's a short drive to Main Street in Galena but well worth it for the private peaceful location. We will definitely be back.

Sabine's place was well stocked with everything we need for our short one night stay. Sabine was able to accommodate all our last minute requests and was very helpful with suggestions.

Everything was great. Our host Ryan and housekeeper Shannon were super flexible and kind. Galena is nice area for a getaway and this place is perfect for a big group.

My family of 6 and dog really enjoyed our visit to this Airbnb in Galena Territories. We had a great time at the beautiful home where we played cards & board games and endless rounds of pool. We gathered at the spacious table for meals. The hot tub was amazing and everyone loved having their own bedroom and bathroom. The club house was perfect with an activities room, basketball court and an indoor pool. We went to the local antique mall that was a unique experience and ate lots of delicious junk food at Jugz in Elizabeth! The R & R was much needed and we will always remember our fun family getaway.

My family and I are very happy that we got to Overlock. This is a pleasant time spent in the sauna and in the hot tub . Time has flown too quickly. And the games were played, and the room with the fireplace is the most favorite venue. Also, everything is very clean, thought out to the details. Not far from skiing. We will be happy to return again. My children just enjoyed their stay. Thank you for the cleanliness and care.

The cabin/house was perfect! Quiet, beautiful location. Very comfortable beds. Kitchen has everything you need. Hot tub in the screened porch was very nice. Jacuzzi in master bedroom also very nice. Main Street shopping and restaurants were great. I’d suggest Fried Green Tomatoes restaurant. It was very good and our favorite. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you Andrea!

The house looked exactly like the pictures. The price was definitely fair too. A great place to go and stay with a group up to 6 for a couple of nights.

Everything was as pictured or listed in the description. My partner and I decided to stay here being in close proximity to Galena, and fell in the love with Elizabeth! The Galena Territory is beautiful and this home is a cozy spot close to the amenities. The house had things for small kids such as toys, pack and play etc. We were very happy with our stay here for our family.

Our family had a last minute staycation. The hosts were very responsive and helpful in getting this booked last minute. The apartment is very cozy and feels like you’re at home. They also let me bring my 3 dogs and the neighbor was so sweet. Great spot!

Kylie’s place is a cute & cozy place in a nice residential area. It had everything we needed during our two night stay and at a reasonable price. The place was close to the places we wanted to visit. Check-in was simple. We would stay here again when in Dubuque.

The 1920's Spanish Revival home was just what we expected, like stepping back in time 100 years but with modern amenities and a clean, uncluttered look and beautiful aesthetic. It was a lovely mix of old and new with everything you might need for a respite away from the everyday. We thoroughly enjoyed the cozy living room, sun room and dining room and cooked up a storm in the well stocked kitchen. Ample sunlight streamed inside in the mornings, perfect to wake up to a hot cup of coffee. We appreciated the ample blankets for the cold winter weekend, many extra small appliances to satisfy our creature comforts and small snacks and treats left out for us. I highly recommend this space, as it is a short drive to all Dubuque has to offer. It was clean, comfortable and beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

Our family planned a little winter getaway to Galena and this Treehouse was PERFECT! It's beautiful and even the pictures don't do it justice. Plus, Dan and Kimberly were great with communications and answered all questions we had. It's a wonderful place to stay if you want to get away and enjoy nature. (Plus, the clubhouse was perfect for kids with a basketball court, workout area, gameroom, and large indoor pool!).
