The place fit us well for a girls weekend away! We got in late Friday and did spend most of the time out of the house shopping and dining. But when we needed a break it was comfortable to come back to and rest our walking legs! Beds were comfy and fit all five of us comfortably. Bathrooms were great and plenty of hot water for us! Thanks again!

The house was exactly as described. We love the character and it was decorated nicely for Christmas which made it feel even more like home. The area was very quiet which made our stay so relaxing. Thank you again for accommodating our time line with our family Christmas

This updated Airbnb had older character, larger bedrooms with places to put your luggage, and a nice living room space with an electric fireplace. The dining room was easy to gather in, and the kitchen, though smaller, had everything we needed. The decor was simple and uncluttered, colorful, clean and modern. We had an easy check in and check out experience and would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

It was extremely clean and tidy. The hosts left a helpful binder with recommendations for things to do in the area. It was a very easy walk from the house to the river and other downtown locations. Peaceful getaway in a beautiful part of Iowa.

Home is very well kept & equipped. Lots of light. Lovely area, close to Galena and Mississippi Palisades State Park. Cute trails starts immediately from the house. Sports facilities at owners’ club are easy to access and offer plenty of activities, convenient store +, horse riding club + Great stay overall. Thanks!

This was our first Airbnb experience, and it was amazing. We absolutely loved it. It was so clean, looked exactly like the pictures and had everything you could need. It's a short drive to Main Street in Galena but well worth it for the private peaceful location. We will definitely be back.

Our stay at the Treehouse was so relaxing & comfortable in Kimberly and Dan's gorgeous home. The attention to detail & instructions, gorgeous decor, high level of cleanliness, and peaceful surroundings made for the most fantastic getaway. We will be sure to return!

The property matched the description perfectly and is located in a stunning area. Communication with Johnny was smooth and hassle-free. Our first impression of this Airbnb was that it felt both homey and modern—a perfect combination. The floors were easy to clean, which gave me peace of mind as someone who’s a bit clumsy and has a disability. It was comforting not to feel like I had to tiptoe around to avoid mishaps. The highlight of our stay was the jet tub—it was absolutely dreamy and has us imagining one in our future home! This place left such a lasting impression that we can already see it becoming an annual Christmas getaway for our family, and hopefully, for our future kids as well. One of the most magical moments was hearing the coyotes singing in unison after dark. Coming from a busy city, this connection to nature was both enchanting and slightly thrilling—something we’ve never experienced before. Overall, this place feels like our magical destination, and we’re so grateful to the host for creating such a welcoming and memorable space. We can’t wait to return!

A beautiful place with lots to do. From the fishing pond to the fun stiff in the basement to the great outdoor space, my family had a wonderful time.

The Airbnb was perfect! It was super secluded, which was perfect for getting away from everything. There was so much fun stuff to do - we loved hanging out by the fire pit at night and my son loved the zip line. The fishing spot was great, and my son had a wonderful time with his grandfather fishing. We also went hiking and explored the trails around the property and seeing the horses. The whole place was just so peaceful. Matthew was quick to answer our questions; communication was great! The best part was that we had everything we needed right there, so we didn't have to worry about forgetting anything. We had such a great time that we're definitely coming back. It was like the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation all in one spot.

Great location! The porch was where we spend most of our time at the house. The inside was clean and well decorated and furniture was very comfortable. Everything that we needed for our get away to Maquoketa Caves. Definitely worth the trip! Watching the Mississippi River was great. Awesome place to stay! Thank you!

Kylie’s place is a cute & cozy place in a nice residential area. It had everything we needed during our two night stay and at a reasonable price. The place was close to the places we wanted to visit. Check-in was simple. We would stay here again when in Dubuque.

My girlfriends and I had a great stay at Megan’s place! The house has beautiful views of downtown Dubuque and we were able to walk everywhere. The house was exactly what we were seeking for our kids-free getaway!
